Redefining time spent with GodMany Christians struggle to balance work and study with spiritual life, but God reveals that we can spend time with Him throughout the entire day.

Working for the Lord, not for peopleBased on Colossians 3:23, all our actions should be done heartily for the Lord rather than seeking human approval or rewards.

The true ambition of a believerWhile the world seeks success and wealth, the biblical ambition is to be pleasing to God in everything we do, whether at home or work.

Faithfulness in small things leads to greater responsibilitiesUsing the principle of being faithful in little, the speaker argues that God tests our integrity in mundane tasks like studying or working before entrusting us with true spiritual riches.

The example of the diligent workerUsing the Proverbs 31 woman as an example, the speaker encourages finding joy and strength in hard work to avoid the trap of laziness.

The character of David revealed in small thingsEven before fighting battles, David's faithfulness in tending sheep and his wisdom in speech were noticed because the Holy Spirit was with him.

The call to be faithful in the little thingsJust as David was faithful in his routine duties before being anointed king, we are called to be faithful in our current small responsibilities.

The Holy Spirit empowers practical skillsThe first recorded instance of the Spirit coming upon someone was Bezalel, so that he could be skilled in artistic craftsmanship and manual work.

Serving God through practical serviceStephen and the early deacons were chosen because they were filled with the Spirit to handle the practical task of distributing food.

Working for God's reward rather than human approvalFollowing the example of Paul, we should work hard in our trades not to please people, but out of reverence for God, knowing our true reward comes from Him.
