Summary
Jesus inaugurated a new way of life in the Spirit, moving beyond the Old Covenant where the Spirit was merely 'upon' people. The key difference is that the Spirit can now dwell *within* the believer, allowing the 'rivers of Living Water' to flow from the innermost being.
