selfish ambition reigning over a lack of control over our tongues or control over our thoughts do it lord jesus we're seated with you in heavenly places thank you you've done it we will live this way this week thank 17:08 you in jesus name amen you may be seated let's continue in a spirit of prayer i encourage your family as we do at this time during the meeting that we commit your care to him even in the last day or so i i found a little bit of unbelief in me 17:25 a little situation that came up or situations that come up and my natural response is to doubt that god loves me to doubt that he has a plan and what he's allowed trust him lean on him today whatever you might be facing whatever uncertainty there is in 17:39 your life he has a wonderful plan he who began the good work has watched you every moment of your life from beginning to end he hasn't stopped watching for you and his plan for you has not changed no matter what you may 17:52 have done to mess it up his plan for you has not changed thank you pray to him he longs to hear your prayer not just a listen prayer but a prayer from your heart and if you don't know how to pray ask the holy spirit within 18:03 you to cry out with those groanings there's a groaning within your heart oh he longs to hear it there's a groaning you say lord i'm helpless lord i'm useless lord of my own strength but i give up my own ability and i lean on you 18:17 i hang on you lord jesus you must hold me up like the branch that's in the vine if you stop giving me life i will fall off and die lord jesus but you will you will hold me fast you will hold me fast lord jesus you are able to prevent keep me from 18:32 stumbling i know you are and to present me before your throne full of joy thank you praise you exalt you for what you've done lord and i we commit our needs to you pray for any who are struggling in a spiritual bad lord with sin 18:46 reigns in any life or in any marriage or in any home i pray you'll come and break that lord jesus in the name of jesus if satan has a foothold in any life or any any marriage break it lord bring a freshness of your love a freshness of 18:59 the fire of your joy and peace that you long for us to have in all our relationships here on this earth in your body so build us up lord jesus and break anything that's holding us back help us lord to forsake those those 19:11 things of this earth that hold us down selfish ambition or jealousy or self-seeking help us to take up our cross every day and follow you be exalted lord through our lives but also our material and physical needs pray for those who are sick there are 19:25 some in our midst who are sick lord others who struggle with constant pain or illness and different other forms of infirmities lord our hope is on you and we will keep coming back to you we don't set a timeline for you lord 19:37 because you are beyond time but we trust you and we will keep trusting you lord we will keep seeking your face knowing that in that the nearness of god is my good the nearness of god is our good lord so we are near you we draw near to you and we know you're 19:52 running to us you're running to draw near to us so we cleanse our hands lord and we put away all double-mindedness all seeking things of this earth along with the things of heaven we know we can't do that we seek your kingdom first and your 20:05 righteousness lord and we know you will add all these other things that we need job situations financial situations lord our our eyes are on you we don't look to the hills or to the mountains or to any earthly power our eyes are on you our hand our help 20:19 will come from you who made all these things who made man puny man that is made of flesh lord so our trust is not in our bank accounts or in men who have power our trust is on you the eternal god be exalted be glorified lord even our 20:33 bosses they're in your hands like channels of water you will guide them lord for your purpose for your kingdom through our lives use us lord we pray every single one of us brother sister child use us lord for your kingdom show us 20:46 where we lack boldness to be a witness for you and fill us with your holy spirit that the boldness will not be our own ability or confidence in our flesh but confidence in you by the holy spirit that dwells within us and empowers us 20:58 be exalted lord through our lives we pray pray also lord for unity within us lord strengthen our marriages strengthen our relationship with our children protect our children lord preserve them as they grow up lord in an evil world 21:11 that's passing away with each day it's getting worse and worse lord protect them preserve them we know lord that it's still true that you're greater than he who is in the world no matter how bleak or dark it gets in the world you're greater you are the 21:23 same yesterday today and forever you've been always greater lord and we stand on the greatness of our great god for our children lord we intercede for them as they interact and see the things around them in the world i pray you'll 21:34 draw them for your kingdom lord preserve them and help us to be godly examples to them by our words by our conduct by the things we chase after in this world lord to see that it's your kingdom only that we seek help them lord we pray pour your spirit 21:48 upon them as well give them the gift of prophecy give us all that we pray thank you lord and build this church up for your sake for your glory lord we seek no reputation we seek not numbers we seek your glory lord we seek your face 22:01 your heart you said seek your seek your face and so we say as rlcf your face we will seek lord this week in everything we go through help us lord and when we fall when we're prone to wander help us draw us back to you bind our 22:15 wandering hearts to you lord jesus we pray in jesus name amen you know it's easy to believe that all things are possible to god but jesus said all things are possible to you if you will believe and that's this old hymn by charles wesley 22:32 the melody may be slightly new but i think we've sung it here before so you should know and sing with us things are possible lord i know 23:06 me now before we go on i have to remind us of what we just sang i've always been convicted by this mind lord i know more than that name last week you know it's blasphemy to have unbelief is to say that god isn't really who he 23:26 is that somehow he said he would finish it somehow he said he would take care of you but he's failed his word that's blasphemy i know none of us wants to blaspheme his name and so lord we receive your truth rubbing lovingly your truth that says 23:42 all things are possible to me through the power of christ that dwells in me let's sing that verse again all things [Music] 23:58 lord i know more thy name all things are possible 24:22 [Music] do you believe it yet shall it be i know it shall 24:39 jesus i trust thy way he is is it your longing dear friend 28:41 to find your place to thank god that you found your place in the body or if you haven't to find it there but it doesn't mean ministry it doesn't mean that you do something or say something it means that you found a home in the church 28:54 i have i tell you that i'm not here to say to speak a lie i found my home in this church this is the local expression of christ's body that he's placed me in he gave me that call years ago things have changed around me but i know i 29:07 found a place here a pure and holy brotherhood that's formed by jesus in life and
