Being a bondservant in the homeFollowing the example of Jesus who emptied Himself, we should be ready to get up off our seat, drop our own plans, and serve our family members when they ask for help.Philippians 2:7

Being a good listener and apologizingHumbling ourselves means genuinely listening to our children, admitting when we are at fault, and readily apologizing when we fail.

Doing it before the LordUnlike self-help books, Christian humility means we keep doing good even if our kids never change and we never get a thank you, because we are living before God.

Being thankful for the people in our livesEvery person placed in our life is there because God chose them to be there, and our duty is to receive them with gratitude no matter the circumstances.
