0:07 I was thinking of um uh the months of February and March were very special months in my life as a mother. I'll [clears throat] tell you why. Some of you may also have the same experience as I had when my children were growing up. 0:25 [clears throat] The months of February and March were the months when our children were getting ready for the final exams. I don't know how it is here but maybe it is. is the end of the school year and uh some of them would have to sit for a 0:44 public exam what we call a public exam the 10th standard 10th grade and the 12th grade where their future depended on the marks they got out of those two exams and it was a stressful time for the children as well as for the parents 1:00 especially the moms. So every year when the month of February comes, I have the I I remember the days when my children were in school and the climate change and then they'd be, you know, in spring all kind of allergies 1:18 come up, all kind of problems, health problems. And now here in this co I wonder how moms and children are coping with u the co itself was a time of shaking for our homes in our personal lives our 1:36 homes our children that itself was a big shaking because they had to many of the children had to sit in front of the computer and listen to the messages uh listen to the teachers over the screen and they had to keep staring at the 1:52 screen and sometimes they'd have headaches and eye problems and all that. They had to cope with that. So I was just thinking of the storms which can come into our our lives and into our children's lives these days. 2:10 Uh I want to share with you these verses which when Jesus said in Matthew 7 verse 24 he said at the end of the sermon on the mount he said these words about the foolish man and the wise man 2:25 the wise man he it says here he he was wise because he built his house on the rock and that house did not fall because it was founded on the talk and Jesus said, "Everyone who hears these words of mine," that is the words that Jesus had 2:45 just said in Matthew 5:6 and 7, "He hears these words and does them will be like the wise man who built his house on the rock." We teach that song to our children about the wise man and the foolish man. What Jesus was teaching uh 3:03 is teaching us now is to not only listen to God what he has taught in Matthew 56 and 7 and uh not only listen to that but do it apply it in our daily life and that's the only way our spiritual life our 3:22 lives can stand you know um it says here in Proverbs 243. A house is built by wisdom and established by understanding. A a godly woman's house 3:43 is built by wisdom and established by understanding. And in James 3:3 it says, "Who is a wise man? Who is wise? He shows his works by meekness of wisdom. 4:01 So that type of wisdom which we need and which we must have to build the house which Jesus was talk is trying to uh talking to us about. It's it's a house that wisdom comes with meekness. 4:19 There are two types of wisdom. One is the divine wisdom which we read of in proverbs. In the book of proverbs there are lots of verses about godly wisdom and the other is the earthly wisdom. Now 4:38 the earthly wisdom is what we hear of all over through the social media through our friends through people in the world. They talk about having this uh wisdom, the so-called wisdom. But the 4:56 Lord wants us to differentiate between the earthly and the divine wisdom. As I said in James 3:13, it says that wisdom which comes from above. In James 3:13 it says that wisdom 5:15 is different from the earthly wisdom which is from below. The one difference is the divine wisdom comes with meekness. It's obvious. If we want to be wise according to the worldly 5:30 wisdom there'll be pride. We read in uh the same verses in James 3 13 and 14. It says the wisdom from below there's jealousy and strife and selfish 5:48 ambition. We know how it is when we when our children go to school and they they exposed to that earthly wisdom. They see their friends trying to show off to show that they are smarter than the others and they try to pull down the other. 6:06 They try to gang up one they they call all the friend their friends and try to isolate one child against the other or they try to impress the teacher by saying um the answers and not giving the others to 6:23 give uh to give the answer. All those are what our children are facing in this world especially if they go to school or they meet with the worldly friends. But God wants us to teach our children another type of wisdom. The divine wisdom it says here 6:43 in James 3, the wisdom from above is pure, peaceable, gentle, open to re reason, full of mercy and good works. It's impartial. It's sincere. 7:00 All all those are the parts of the wisdom that we should teach our children. And that's a big struggle because on the one hand in the world they see this wisdom which is from below and they think that that becomes so big 7:19 to them and they think oh that's how my friends are succeeding and that's maybe that's how I should do and when they come back home we have to help them to unlearn those things and say no God wants us to have his wisdom. God wants 7:34 us to learn from him. Even if we um not able to impress others and even if we have we not given a chance to show our talents but leave it in God's hands. God when we have divine 7:52 wisdom we can deal and God will make sure that we can uh have a godly life and a godly home. Um first of all uh I want to say about the foolish woman in passing a foolish 8:09 woman you know we don't have to um think but think of the olden days before we knew the lord how a foolish woman would have behaved a wife for example suppose a husband says oh this food is not cooked properly 8:28 or you should have cooked it a little more or there's too much salt or sometimes in our home in our Indian homes there may be a hair in the food and then we are so embarrassed that is it my hair oh yes it's gray it is my 8:45 hair and we are so embarrassed about it and the in a in a a foolish woman can react in a in this way and say okay I'm not going to do any more cooking here after you do the cooking because the hair was there uh because you you found 9:02 fault in my cooking. That's a foolish way. And if we behave like that, our children learn that and they copy that and that becomes part of their life. And that's so important for us to cleanse 9:19 ourselves in every situation. When that um foolishness or that worldly um way of reacting comes up, we have to put it to death and say, "Lord, help me not to take these things 9:37 seriously. Help me to I want to judge myself. I want to be the type of woman that you want me to be. A wise woman who take correction. It says a wise person loves correction or receives correction. I want to take correction in a good way. Then we see 9:56 our children also take correction in a good way. A foolish woman has jealousy. And we see if our children get that habit, they don't like another person doing better than them. They're jealous that their sibling got more attention or 10:14 a better a prettier dress or some more um something which she didn't get or he didn't get. So foolishness often comes with jealousy and we have to deal with jealousy in our lives if we want to teach our children 10:32 not to have jealousy and selfish ambition. I was saying about selfishness. We want to see that we get the top at the important place. We are given the prominence and we don't like another person succeeding. Another person may do better than that 10:51 and we we don't know how we our children don't know how to receive that, how to accept that in their life. And we want to teach our children. Doesn't matter if you don't get a chance to play on the swing first. Let the other person do. 11:07 And now when they when it's free, you can do or another the child some other person's child has been u acting selfish. We feel that it's our duty to go and correct that child and say look it's not your turn. You've had it long 11:23 enough. Let this let my child have a turn. So if we are in getting involved in all the things that our children have to tackle then they won't be able to survive and they won't be able to deal with taking a second place or giving up 11:41 their will. And um it says in Proverbs 1, a wise woman builds a house and a foolish but a foolish woman tears it down with her own hands. The foolish woman who does all these things which I was talking about, she's 11:59 tearing down her own house with her own hands by doing these foolish things by not judging herself by supporting uh by being partial to her children by allowing strife controversy to come. You know if we come if we meet someone 12:18 who's getting angry and getting a little agitated in the home we think that the way to react is to get angry ourselves. If someone shouts and we feel that we must shout back and give a piece of our mind and then it'll equalize. No, that's 12:35 the wrong way. If we find that somebody's getting has this temper anger problem and we feel that yeah there's no need to get angry for this but I'm not going to react in anger I'll just help that 12:51 person to see we'll do it without confrontation we'll try to solve the problem let's do something else or just keep quiet even keep quiet keeping quiet Some people have that habit of punishing 13:08 by silence. We know we've seen homes where the mother doesn't talk for days and then she tells a child, "Go and tell daddy dinner's ready or tell daddy I'm doing this." We've seen homes like that and we don't want our homes to be like 13:23 that and our children to grow up like that. Those are all the foolish things which we can deal with and we can correct. But my my desire now is not to talk about the foolish things but the wise things. The wise woman who builds 13:38 her house. It says in Proverbs 9:1, the wisdom is built with the seven pillars. And just now in James 3, oh it says a wise woman has he 13:55 or seven pillars for her house. And these things which I said in James 3 are exactly seven. Pure, peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy, good and good works, impartial, sincere. 14:15 Uh I at first I was thinking of talking about these seven things, but maybe I'll do that some other time cuz it'll take a long time. But I thought of this uh important thing how how our children how we we can help our children to face 14:33 difficult situations in the home and in the school especially as I was talking about the months of February and March where the children have to face the exams and to do their projects. We need to help them. And those of us who have 14:48 to help our children, we know sometimes we are tempted to be taken up with a child who doing well in his or her studies and we think ah she's okay. But the one who needs help is the one who weak, the one who struggling, the one who has some health 15:05 problem or the one who's little slow. Those are the children who need our love and our um attention. I remember the days when my children were going to do the exams towards the end of the year. It was stressful time 15:24 and he made a card with this verse in Daniel chapter 9 verse one. It says God gave Daniel and his friends wisdom and skill and understanding in all literature and all the subjects. So we kept those that words written on 15:42 front of their table so that they can remember that is the Lord who can give us wisdom to study and to remember. But even if they don't get the um top marks, depend on the lord to help them to see go through this. And I remember those days when my 16:02 children were going to do the exam. I try to I'll try to do all my work during the day and finish up all the housework so I'd be free to attend on them in the evening when they come. And when they came home, it was as if I could see the 16:18 tiredness and the stressful look on their faces. They come with these big backpacks with their books. And after the day, full day in school, they come and they must have thought that they can play a little. Yes, I'd let them have 16:32 some time to play. But then those were un uh espe diff especially difficult days because there was outage what you call outage. We had power cuts because they wanted to uh limit the power supply in different areas. So some days between 16:51 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. there would be no electricity. So then there's very little for them time for them to study. So then we would put out these uh what we call emergency lights, you know, these battery lights and we put them and 17:04 try to sit around those lights and see. So I knew all this will happen and yet they needed time to play. I'd get give them the play time and keep the food ready and snacks and everything and they sit down to study and my mind would be 17:19 like oh so stressed I must see that they are ready for their studies and this um education was so important for me and the Lord spoke to me many times you don't take this education part so seriously as all Indian mothers do think 17:37 of their spiritual life they must be able to they make them disciples of Jesus. Make them build their house wisely. Make them the understand the true value of wisd what is true wisdom to have a house that is built obeying 17:53 the teachings of Jesus and following Jesus to become his disciples. And that was always like a balance. I was struggling to balance the spiritual and the competitive life in India. And the Lord spoke to me. I had to deal with myself and say, 18:12 "Lord, I want to put all these ambitions down. I want to my children first of all to be your disciples. Then everything will be okay." And I remember uh one time it was in the middle of the exam. One of my sons came home and um 18:31 unfortunately during the exam time there are big cricket matches also. It's called World Cup cricket where they're so taken up with the cricket and then it's on the TV in the evenings all the cricket and you know cricket is a game 18:45 which takes hours and hours and you get more taken up and more taken up and then you don't don't get a chance to break away from that. So that was another negative factor. So one this son of mine came home and he said what's the use of studying now 19:04 because all my friends are watching the cricket and I don't want to study and he had just finished as one of his important exams we call it the public exam like you have to go to the exam hall and you're given a hall ticket and 19:16 given so many hours and you have to finish and that's the end of that subject for the whole of your school year. [snorts] So he had finished one or two and then he was ready getting ready for the next day's exam and he was so 19:30 discouraged and lying down facing the other side of the room. So then I wanted to somehow cheer him up and encourage him to study. So I took the textbook which was there lying next to him and I opened the book to the index side and I 19:46 said you don't have to read I'll just read some things for you and you just listen like recreation don't focus just shut your eyes and listen so I found one of the topics in the index and I said do you know what this is he said mom that's 20:02 not in my portion we we don't do that in this in our portion I said okay doesn't matter it's just like a general knowledge is not part of your studies and I said that particular thing this is the meaning of this then I found another 20:17 and I said do you know this he said pal I told you that's not in my portion I said doesn't matter just general knowledge I said that like that five or six uh things topics I said [snorts] and I said and then the last time I said 20:32 that he jumped up and he wanted to see it in his book so then I thought okay I gave the boost now he can study and I went to it and the next day he went for that exam and it so happened that I'll never forget that incident it so 20:49 happened that the the there were about seven questions out of that one of there there were choices you could choose one which had some short answers just one line but they were from this portion which they they were not taught and the 21:07 other was a long question. Yeah, the marks were the same. But if you choose a long question which was from the portion which they had done, they won't get full marks but they get some marks it won't but the question itself was so difficult that the 21:22 students couldn't understand what exactly was meant by the question but the short answers fortunately thank God those were the things which I had to done with my son. It was not in the portion but I said just okay just in 21:37 case you need to know these are things and he just did the all those things which had come and it was such an encouragement to him and to you and I I said see this time the lord helped you he gave us the chance so that you could 21:52 be prepared and when he came out of the exam the teachers were waiting there they were look the teacher was looking very sad because um she hadn't taught that long for answer properly She asked him, "How did you do?" He 22:06 said, "I did okay." Said, "Okay, how did you do this?" So he said, "I chose the other one." The short answer. How did you know that? Yeah, I knew those answers. So that was such a big encouragement and boost and said we 22:19 decided this time the Lord helped us. But every time we can depend on the Lord, even if we know or do not know the answer, the Lord will take care of us and take care of our education. That was a big lesson to her children and to me 22:36 and I said Lord I leave the education of my children into your hands. I do my best and I want them to be prep prepared to face exams but examinations is not the biggest thing in their life. They have to face life and they have to go 22:51 through. I thought of the um the school year like the children are running a marathon race you know with this big backpack of their books and they are running running the the whole races takes a whole year they run throughout 23:07 the year and at the very end they slip and fall and then we go to them and say look how come you got just 90% couldn't you have got 95 or how come you didn't do well in this or how come and instead of encouraging them and picking them up, 23:25 we are there to scold them. And I thought of the story of the uh the parable which Jesus said about the good Samaritan. He um this man was walking from one place to another. It was a lonely path and robbers attacked him and he was 23:44 wounded and he was robbed and he was lying on the roadside just like my son would have been at the end of the school year. He worked so hard but he was lying down wounded and discouraged [snorts] and people passed by and say 23:59 you could have done better. You shouldn't have traveled alone or so many things we could have scolded. But instead of scolding this [snorts] good Samaritan came and bound up, put oil and bound up his wounds. And I saw this beautiful verse 24:17 in Colossians. It says like this. Uh let me read that verse to you. Colossians chapter 3:12. put on then as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, 24:37 humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one another. And if anyone has a complaint against another another, forgiving each other, as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above all these, 24:54 put on love which binds everything together in perfect harmony. I thought of that um especially this part where binds everything. [clears throat] Love binds everything. Just like that good Samaritan, he bound that man's wounds. 25:11 Love is the medicine which binds the wounds of our children and the wounds which we may or other in our family or in our church are wearing are bearing. Love is that oil which binds and comforts and soothes them. And in 25:30 Colossians, it says Colossians 3:14, "Above all, put on love which binds everything together in perfect harmony." I said, "Lord, I want to remember that. I want to think of my children in that compassionate way. I want to think of my 25:44 fellow sisters in that compassionate way and all who are suffering instead of blaming them and say oh yeah because they didn't do this that's why this is happening no but love I want to have that love which soothing and comforting 25:58 and healing I want to have words of love in talking to my children and to my fellow sisters and uh they need encouragement it's it's not scolding that they need. It's not correction that they need at that time at the times when they fall. 26:18 It's encouragement that we need that that they need and which we have and we can do. And it's only when we are working our on our own lives that we can give that comfort to others. If we are always like condemning ourselves and 26:36 blaming ourselves or blaming others and trying to deflect it from ourselves onto other people then we won't learn this valuable lesson which the lord wants us to learn and um I also thought of few things which we we can teach our children 26:55 regarding this wisdom. We have to teach our children that earthly success is not the most important thing. We have to teach them okay you handle success that's very good that you do well you work hard and do well but life is not always successful. 27:13 There are failures also in life and we have to teach our children to accept to receive and accept failure otherwise we are not preparing them to face uh the world. We don't we haven't imparted that godly wisdom that divine wisdom which 27:30 they should have. We know that everything wasn't successful earthly wise in Jesus' life or in the disciples or in Paul's life. But he still continued. They still continued. The disciples continued preaching. They were beaten. They were they had lot of 27:49 suffering but they still continued doing the work which God asked them to do. And so we can we have to teach our children success is not earthly success is not the way we value our life. Don't value and measure your life by success but by 28:06 what you do for others. It's not what what you gain but what you have given to others what you shared with others. That's what is more important. And we have to teach them to accept to receive and to deal with failure also. Sometimes 28:23 failure and very often failure comes especially we are living uh we bringing up our children in an unfair world. Lot of things are unfair. People don't think of spiritual values when they decide. They look at um the in a different way 28:40 how you come out whether you're boastful whether you're portrayed yourself um in a you puff up yourself and you think that you're smarter than what you actually are. That's how the world looks at it. But we have to we have to teach 28:56 our children. Doesn't matter even if you don't come across as a very strong and powerful person. Jesus knows that you're strong in your heart. He you are valuable to him. He sees that you are got that loving nature. You've got that 29:11 sacrificial giving nature. You you've got divine nature within you. That's what we have to teach our children. So we have to teach our children to to deal with success and failure and we have to show our children even if the whole 29:27 world is against them. Maybe in the school there are friends when they go to school there are their friends who gang up and they have a club and they exclude our one child against uh because we are different or we don't speak that 29:43 language or we dress differently not so showy or fashionable we are more simple different things other children can say oh she's different so we don't want to let her come into our group and we our children are excluded from that and they 29:59 feel sad that they excluded. We have to teach our children, encourage them to uh to [clears throat] deal with that and say it doesn't matter even if you are not excluded. If you are excluded from them, mommy's with you, daddy's with 30:12 you. And we have to teach them to to accept that and find comfort in the Lord. And they should know even if the whole world is against, other people may be against, but my mom and my dad are with me. And I have seen how my mom and 30:30 dad have denied so many things for my sake. They deny comfort. They deny sleep. They they deny the best food and they save it for us. And I can see the life of sacrifice in my parents. So that's enough. That that'll the way 30:48 that's the way they'll be comforted and they'll be encouraged. So and also we have to teach our child children to survive in this world. Sometime we are not going to be with them all the time. We one of someday or other the Lord may 31:03 take us home and our children have to survive and we their whole world may collapse if we have supported them and held them up and suddenly dad and mom have left and they have to struggle but we have to teach them even if dad and 31:20 mom are not with you Jesus is with you. You see the way the Lord Jesus took care of daddy and mommy, he'll take care of you. You You remember the time when daddy's had a pay cut or he lost his job. He didn't let us starve. He didn't 31:38 let us um let us down. We had enough. He met our needs. And you can quote those instances when the Lord took care. And we can tell them about missionary stories about how somebody left all the comforts and went to some difficult 31:55 place and served the lord and some were beaten some cruy treated but yet they did it for the lord's sake. We can use that chance to tell them missionary biographies and instances in our own life when the lord didn't take care of 32:10 us. I remember many times when uh my children even uh married children when they had to go through difficult days. Um I I remember one time I saw one of the cards which one of my grandchildren had written. I live in a camper and 32:27 describing the camper life in the camper and I thought the the teacher must have asked that child to write about his or her home and the home was a camper at that time and how they had to squeeze in bed and all those kind of 32:44 things and I thought that's really wonderful that children had that experience and they took it in a nice way they wrote it in a fun way that u experience And um it's and it's also good that we teach our the older siblings to help the 33:02 younger ones. I remember I'm the oldest of nine and it was my duty to teach my younger ones uh easy ways to remember things and check their studies and u I was always trying to find out easy ways like some rhythm. If you learn to want 33:18 to learn some spelling, if they like music, some rhythm of learning the spelling like I still remember never they would always one of my younger ones could never get n v e r you know at that small age. So I we did it like a clap n 33:37 e v e r never you know. So that became like a rhyme. I still remember how that small thing was enough for that child to learn. So we can teach our children to or we the older sibling can teach the younger one no don't get angry with the 33:54 brother or sister because she's slow but you teach her to remember just like how you remembered and then we we can teach them to deal with loneliness. So many children are lonely these days because they because of the covid they can't 34:10 meet with their friends and they have so many restrictions and we have to help them to deal with loneliness. We know that older uh children especially teenagers they struggle with loneliness and sometimes they have to go for some 34:25 treatment to get over the loneliness. But from a young age, we teach our children how to deal with loneliness and find companionship with their siblings. And even if their siblings are not there, companionship with the Lord and 34:39 try teach them to talk to the Lord and tell all their fears to the Lord and get over that. And uh also teach them how to uh not judge others like we see other children who are trying to curry favor 34:54 with the teachers or they in later life uh people give bribes to get a job that's common very common in India they get into the wrong category of people they say they they belong to this category to get a job and there that 35:10 categories there's some reservation to get a job in that category. They they tell a lie and they get wrong documents and all that and then children grow up seeing that their friends are they're doing these wrong things and getting 35:25 jobs but we have to teach our children doesn't matter if others do that don't judge them but we that's not for us as Christians Jesus will reward us for faithfulness and if we are honest one day that honesty will come uh play in 35:40 good u uh stead for us and um we have to tell um you know this um wisdom is something that every age every stage of our life we learn a young wife uh has to learn uh 35:58 come to the Lord and say Lord I I need wisdom Jesus we read in James 3:13 uh James uh 15 if any of you lack wisdom let him ask God for wisdom and God will give wisdom 36:15 liberally and does not scold. are so different from what we understand of when we are when children come to us and ask mom I don't know this and we are so tempted to scold them and we think of God who doesn't scold us he gives wisdom 36:33 to us liberally and he says sure I'll teach you this is the way to do it and we can learn wisdom so a young wife can ask the lord Lord give me wisdom a young mother dealing with toddlers and children how to teach them how to obey 36:48 and take mommy's word say accept no as a no and not compromise we need wisdom from the lord and children are different families are different people do differently there's no way or law that this is the way we should do it but god 37:04 will give the lord will give us wisdom how to deal with and each child is different from one for one child you can just say one time no and he or she will obey for the other child one time no may not be enough. We may have to explain a 37:20 little more or we have to uh take a more severe step. But each child is different and the Lord will give us wisdom to deal with that child. So and then as our teenagers children are growing up to be teenagers and they want we give them 37:37 more freedom but then they they may misuse that freedom or they are tempted to watch the fashions of this world and they say why why can't I do this or why can't I you know do things which my uh which was not uh which you didn't allow 37:53 me to do before but my friends are allowed to do that like um sleepover over and I [clears throat] feel we moms we can have wisdom how to deal with that and say yeah your friends may have sleepovers but mom and dad we want you 38:09 to stay be happy to stay with us and you brothers and sisters and you get along but you can spend the daytime with your friends we'll call them for a playd date or something but not sleepover I mean different families have different rules 38:23 but the lord will give us this wisdom at each level and when our children get grow older and the time for marriage comes how to deal with them and educate them like how to be careful about their friends and for me also as a grandmother 38:41 and mother-in-law I need wisdom too I need I say Lord give me wisdom I need wisdom not to poke my nose into my married children's lives and give advice to my grandchildren they are the responsibility they have the grandchildren are responsibility of they 38:59 have their parents and let the parents do that and the temptation is there so much when I see oh I feel like poking my finger in this but the lord says you need wisdom this is not your area you don't go outside their boundary your 39:15 boundary is just here take care of your husband your children and grandchildren are outside your boundary now so throughout our life we need that godly wisdom we need to ask Lord, Lord, give me wisdom how to deal with life. And uh 39:33 I want to leave two verses with you in closing. Our time is up. Uh one is Proverbs 96 where in the book of Proverbs is full full of instructions for wise for wisdom, a wise son, a a wise mother, a 39:51 wise woman. So if you get time read proverbs with the children and in our own pride Bible study Proverbs 9:6 says leave your simple ways ways simple or foolish in other words leave your foolish ways and walk by the way of insight walk by 40:10 the way of divine wisdom. And I say Lord make that my prayer every day. I want to leave my earthly wisdom ways, my foolish ways, which it says in uh 1 Corinthians, the wisdom of this world is foolishness in 40:28 God's eyes. So help me to leave all this earthly wisdom and get the divine wisdom, the way of insight from from you. And Proverbs 9 uh 10 it says the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. 40:47 Lord help me to fear you more and more. Not that you know the right type of fear. Not that the Lord will punish me or her harm me or but the that I will I might grieve the Lord. That kind of fear. Lord I don't want to displease 41:03 you. Let me have that godly fear that I don't want to fe displease you any moment of my life. If we have that fear then we'll be begin to have uh godly wisdom. Um in closing I want to say another 41:21 small example which I learned from my grandchildren. you know few months back a couple of months back we had our family reunion uh with all our children and grandchildren were together and there was some dangers in that place 41:37 because there was a lake there so we were a little stressed out trying to keep the little children away from the lake so I tried to do my part in keeping the little ones away from the lake so a couple of them I called them and I 41:53 showed them pictures on my phone you know my phone. I have just pictures of my family and the children, different cousins and all and we're looking at that and just to keep the child occupied. Then after a little while, one 42:07 of the older uh children came and whispered something in that little one's ear. So then uh two or three of them were there. So I didn't know what that older child whispered after that older one went 42:24 away. I said, "What did she tell you?" And then she said, "Uh, mommy said that we shouldn't look at other people's phones." So then I I wanted to say that this is grandma's phone. It's okay. But then I wanted to know why did mommy say why did 42:42 mommy say that you shouldn't look at other people's phone? And I was so happy to hear that little child gave three reasons why you shouldn't look at other people's phone. that child said is somebody else's private property and 42:58 that their own private thing so we shouldn't look at it and secondly we might see something which it's only for adults but not for children and thirdly we might do something in the setting so that the phone won't work and I said 43:14 Lord what a wise mother to teach that child at this young age you know I have seen sitting outside when I see people outside our house going for a walk. I see a mom looking at the phone and going through the phone and she's pushing the 43:31 stroller with a baby inside and walking beside her is a maybe a 3 four year old child and a dog on the other side and they're walking but all she's doing is looking at the phone. So the child is growing up thinking this tell you this 43:47 mobile phone is the most important thing for mom and must be the most important thing for me. There's something something important or serious or secret in this phone which I must have. But I thought what a wise mom that was to 44:01 teach the child at that young age the importance of respecting other person's phone. So that's how simple ways in which we can teach our children and I learned from such moms how we can 44:17 teach our children uh godly wisdom which they cannot learn in any school or from anywhere else but we as godly moms can teach our children. So may God bless you all. Um I was actually planning to speak 44:34 on the seven pillars but that's okay. I thought of February and March and exams. So I deviated a little bit and I spoke these. God bless you dear moms as you deal with your children. Just have a word of prayer. Our heavenly 44:54 father we praise and thank you for this time you've given us. Thank you Lord that we could spend this time together. We pray that you will bless each sister who's listening to this. Help each one of us to be to depend on you for godly 45:13 wisdom to bring up our families in the right way. Make us good wives, good and wise wives, Lord, who glorify your name and be good helpers to our husbands. Make us good mothers Lord. Wise mothers who lead our children in a good 45:30 direction so that so that they can face life and they can handle all the situations they face in life. Thank you Lord that you take care of each one of our children. We pray for each child, each mother who is struggling. Lord we 45:46 pray for those who are in cold places and who are struggling without electricity. We pray that you'll meet each one's need Lord. Those who are facing sorrow and suffering, we pray that you'll minister to them. Thank you, Lord, that you are 46:02 with us in all our times of need. We give our thanks and praise to you in Jesus precious name. Amen.
