0:19 I want to share with you what we heard last week. You know, at the end of the meeting from Brother Suresh. Just a little bit uh which he shared in Ezekiel in chapter 37. You brought your Bibles? 0:44 Now, we didn't ask you to show it. Encourage you to bring your Bibles, not just your mobile. Bring your Bible to the meetings. You'll find it'll be a great help in getting to know God's word where certain verses come as you keep that Bible 1:02 and bring it to with you and read it at home, you'll know you know, what comes on which side of the page. Mobile, you can't have that. So, it's good to have a mobile when you have spare time to read God's word. But, uh bring the your Bible to the meetings. 1:23 It's a good habit. Uh for many, many years since I've known the Lord, I don't think I've ever gone to a meeting without a Bible. So, Ezekiel 37 and uh the word the Lord has spoken to me 1:44 and which I want to share with you question that we'd like to ask ourselves this morning. Uh is our our spiritual lives like a dry bone 2:01 or a well-watered garden? Are our spiritual lives like a dry bone or like a watered garden garden? You know, Suresh had shared 2:19 in verse 11 last week. And it says some of the men verse 11 Ezekiel 37 These bones are the whole house of Israel, the church. Behold, they say, "Our bones are dried up 2:39 and our hope has perished." Last week he was speaking about hope not disappointing us because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit. And we 2:58 ended with Romans 16, "The God of all hope fill you with all peace and joy in believing so that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." And that is how it must be. We abound in hope, but 3:16 here the picture of the church here and uh you know, it says there the people say, "Our bones are dried up. Our hope has perished. 3:34 We are completely cut off." So, going back to verse one Is this okay? Can you hear me clearly? At the back? Am I clear? Good. 3:53 It says the of the Lord." This is a vision that Ezekiel had. "The hand of the Lord was upon me and he brought me out by the spirit of the Lord and set me down in the middle of the valley and it was full of bones. He caused me to pass among them round 4:11 about and behold they were very many on the surface of the valley and lo, they were very dry." He said to me, "Son of man, can these bones live?" The angel of the Lord is Jesus in the 4:31 old covenant. And he said to Ezekiel, "Son of man, can these bones live?" And I answered, Ezekiel in all humility, said, "Oh Lord, 4:48 you know. Only you know." Again, he said to me, "Prophesy over these bones and say to them, O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord. Thus says the Lord God to these bones, behold I will cause 5:07 breath to enter that you may come to life. I will put sinews on you, make flesh grow back on you, cover you with skin, and put breath into you that you may come alive 5:25 and you will know that I am the Lord." And that phrase, "You will know that I am the Lord" comes 32 times in the book of Ezekiel. 32 out of 46 times in the whole Old 5:44 Testament. "You will know that I am the Lord when I do these things. And uh that's something that we must keep in mind when we pray, 6:01 when we seek God. That when we we come to him whatever it is in our backslidden condition, in our dryness and we ask him he will answer. 6:19 And he answers, and that's what he said to Ezekiel. You know, can these bones live? And Ezekiel says, "I don't know, Lord. Only you know." And he says, "Prophesy. Prophesy over these bones and say to them, 'O dry bones, 6:35 hear the word of the Lord.'" The word of the Lord is different from the word of God. The word of God is what we have before us. But the word of the Lord is a word that comes from God's mouth and not necessarily in the meetings. 6:54 Not necessarily in the meetings. We can get the word of the Lord every day. Jesus taught us to pray, "Father, give us this day our daily bread." It's not just talking about food. Physical food for uh 7:13 which we have to eat to keep ourselves alive and healthy and strong. It's talking about that food that comes from heaven that will strengthen us, our physical life, uh our spiritual life. 7:30 That we can get strength. That we don't have to dry up. And every day we can get strength from God. We can get nourishment. And that's why the angel of the Lord said, 7:47 "Prophesy over these bones. And say to them, 'O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.'" And I want to ask you, my brothers and sisters, do you just get the word of God? It's good. I'm not saying it's a bad thing. We can 8:05 read our Bible. We need to read the Bible. Read it every day. And whenever you have opportunity. But do you get a word of the Lord? Do you get a word from the Lord in the different situations you face? Do you get a word of the Lord 8:24 that helps you? That gives you faith, that strengthens you. That guides you, that gives you direction. That is what you should look for. And that's what the Lord said to Ezekiel, "Prophesy." And that is what we always encourage in 8:42 the church. But it's not just in the church. You know, when you're speaking to somebody, you don't need to sit up here or stand up here. That when speaking in the home. You know, in the home, that's the best place. At at the breakfast table or if you're 8:59 in a hurry and you you're just gobbling down your breakfast and having to go to work, that you can get a word of the Lord or during the day. Even when you text each other, that there's a word of the Lord. I'm not saying just all these 9:15 posts that, you know, people keep sending out. I I don't have time time to to read most of them. And I said to some I had to said to somebody, "Please stop sending me posts. I don't have the time to read them." But that we can encourage one another. 9:34 We can give a word of the Lord to each other, especially to our partners. To your wife before you go to work or when you come back and something some little word that you heard in the meetings or God has spoken to you 9:52 through your daily devotions or through something that you know, has come to your heart and has helped you, nourished you, strengthened you. You can give that word to each other. And that's how you know, these bones can come alive. We 10:11 don't need to be dry. We don't need to be a dry bone. And the Lord says, you know, when I do all this uh I will uh I will cause breath to enter you that you may come to life. I'll put sinews on you, make flesh back 10:28 grow back on you, cover your skin with skin and put breath in you that you may come alive and you will know that I am the Lord. And so good that every day that I can know that God is there for me. I am the Lord. 32 times it comes in 10:47 Ezekiel in the visions that he had. And in the meetings when we come together we come with a prophetic word. And all of us whether we speak for uh 15 minutes or 5 minutes or even 2 minutes you can bring a prophetic word in the 11:04 church that can nourish the brothers and sisters. Not something from our heads but something that has come into our hearts. Something that we have read, God has spoken to us. And I can share that with an anointing and build the church 11:25 and bless the church. We see that in 1 Corinthians 14. 1 Corinthians 14 and verses 20 through 26. We have heard it so many times. It says, "Therefore, if the whole church assembles together, 1 Corinthians 14:23-26, 11:42 I'd like you to read it in your Bible. Therefore, if the whole church assembles together, all speak in tongues, and ungifted men or unbelievers enter, will they not say that you're mad?" And that happens in many churches, in some churches at 12:01 least. If they're not making a noise with the music, then they make a noise in what they think is tongues. But he says, "If an unbeliever, an unspiritual, ungifted man enters, he think 12:19 he think you're mad. You're all gone mad. But But if all prophesy, and an unbeliever or an ungifted man enters, he's convicted by all. He's called to account by all. The secrets of his heart are disclosed, 12:37 and so he will fall on his face and worship God, declaring that God is certainly among you." This is the mark that we should covet to have in the church, and we have 12:54 coveted that for 48 years. Not the music, not not the choice of songs. Even if the even if the songs don't blend with each other or connect with each other, does not matter. But if we have a prophetic word in the church, 13:12 it doesn't have to be something high-sounding. I don't have to share something clever. Something God has given me, a word of the Lord. I bring that into the church, and if I have an opportunity, and it's necessary that I have to speak in the church. 13:31 While in while fellowshipping with one another, interacting with one another, I can share that word instead of wasting my time talking about all useless things. A word of the Lord, I'm not saying that all the time we have to be 13:45 speaking uh about spiritual things. But a word and say, you know, you know, brother, I I got a word today that encouraged me. Maybe it'll encourage you. You know, sister, here's something that really encouraged me. I want to share 13:59 this with you. And share it. Maybe just one sentence. You know what you're doing there? You're nourishing that sister. You're nourishing that brother. And what happens? The church gets strengthened. But if you 14:18 think, oh, you know, I'm useless. I feel so dry. I have nothing to give. Then you bring that dryness into the church. And there's no need. If we feel dry, we can go to the Lord and say, Lord, I'm so dry. 14:37 That's what these people said. You know that uh in what we read in verse our bones are dried up. Our hope has perished. We're completely cut off. But with all that, the Lord said in the very next verse, he says, therefore, 14:55 prophesy. Prophesy and say to them, thus says the Lord. And that is how we must not allow our church to degenerate. And I want to encourage all of you. We don't just leave it to the elders. That you can 15:14 get a word of the Lord during the week. And every day, you don't need to to read lengthy passages of scripture. You can get a word. Some word you see something like last night there was a plaque which has been on my wall for so long. 15:34 I was able to encourage somebody to go the the the God of all grace is able to make grace abound to you. 1 1 Corinthians 9:8 I think in 2 Corinthians 9:8. And it's been there so long but then you 15:53 know as I was talking to this person I said you know the God of all grace is able is able to make all grace abound to you. And it goes on and in that verse that you may have sufficient sufficiency for 16:11 every good deed. So that's what I want to encourage you my brothers and sisters is to prophesy in the word of the Lord. We get to know that the Lord is God, that he's on the throne. It's through prophesy in the word of the 16:25 Lord that we bring a freshness into the church. Dryness comes into our lives and our meetings in the absence of both of these. When there's no prophetic word and there is uh 16:43 no word of the Lord. That is what happened in the old covenant. They did not have the word of the Lord. And one more thing when there's no thirst when we see this physically if you feel dry what do you want? Water. 17:00 Otherwise you get dehydrated. You know if you've been out in the sun, if you've been doing things and uh you've not had a a drink of water all day what's the first thing you want? Not food, water. 17:18 And that's how it must be. And spiritually, that's how it must be. Why is it that most of us are spiritually dehydrated? Because we don't get the word of we don't have a thirst for the word of the Lord. And I want to say 17:38 to all of us, thirst. Thirst for the word of the Lord. Thirst that you don't remain dry. If you feel spiritually dry, do what you do what you do when you're physically dry. You go for water. And you drink as much as you can satisfy 17:57 your thirst. In the same way, I want to encourage and challenge you. You know, whether you feel like it or not, you need to drink water every day. People tell you that the doctor will tell you that. You need to increase your intake of 18:12 water. Otherwise, it and you know, when you feel weak and uh and um tired and you you go to see the doctor and he you will ask you, you know, are you drinking enough water? So also, spiritually, 18:30 are we getting that from the Lord, that word of the Lord to encourage us? Is there a thirst? I If I do nothing about it, I'll die spiritually. And many of us, I want to say, are spiritually dehydrated. And what you need 18:49 is huge drafts of water, huge drink of water, and of the Holy Spirit. And then, you find freshness return to your life. You know, it says in Psalm 42, verses 1 to 2. It's a lovely Psalm. It says, "As the deer pants for the 19:07 water brooks, so my soul pants for you, oh my God. My soul thirst for God, for the living God. That's the psalmist under the old covenant without the Holy Spirit. As the deer pants for the water brooks, 19:25 so my soul pants for you, oh my God. My soul thirst for God, for the living God. That's how it was with the psalmist. And that's one of the psalms of of the sons of Korah. You know who were swallowed up together 19:44 with their father and all their relatives, but were pulled back. And that's how it must be, my brothers and sisters. Our soul must thirst for God. If there's no thirst in our lives, there's something wrong. If you don't feel thirsty, there's 20:05 something wrong, physically. Similarly, if you don't feel thirsty spiritually, there's something wrong. And I'm a little thirsty, so I need a drink of water. Excuse me. You see how good it is, how good you 20:25 feel just after a sip of water. That's how it'll be. That's how it'll be when you can go to the Lord and say, "Lord, I'm thirsty. I'm thirsty for you. Please forgive me for being so dry." And uh 20:44 you see what the Lord told Ezekiel. Every time he told Ezekiel to prophesy, something happened. It says there, you know, in verse seven. So I prophesied as I was commanded, and as I prophesied, there 21:03 was a noise, and behold, a rattling, and the bones came together, bone to its bone. And I looked, and behold, sinews were were on them, and flesh grew, and skin 21:22 covered them. But, there was no breath in them. It's good the bones come together. There's a lot of noise. And that's how most churches are 21:40 uh content with that. A lot of noise. And they think, "Yeah, we're we have That's the Holy Spirit." But, it's only the bones coming together. And if that happened here among us, thank the Lord we found our place in the church. Thank the Lord that we are 21:59 connected to with one another. Thank the Lord there's unity and peace. But, is that all? It's just like the bones coming together. There's a noise, there's a rattling. And when we come together, we praise God, we shout. 22:12 Nothing wrong with that. But, if it remains that way, do you think God is pleased with that that the bones came together? They found their place joint to joint. Do you think God is happy with us that you know that we find our place in the 22:26 church? There's no strife, and we have come together. Even when the flesh grew on them, and there was sinew and the flesh grew on them, but and the skin came up upon them. And you know, can be all so beautiful. Our meetings, we can make it so 22:43 beautiful. And sing such lovely songs, and we feel so nice. But, is that all that God wants? Is that all that the Lord wanted I I don't know Ezekiel to be content with? And Ezekiel, when he saw this 23:03 he saw the bones coming together. He saw the sinews coming upon them. He saw the flesh grow and the skin cover them. He He was excited. But there's no breath in them. And that's the problem with most 23:21 churches. You can have very beautiful meetings, lovely meetings, lovely songs, good music. It's just the bones have come together. And the sinews and the flesh and the skin have grown on them. But there was no breath in them. 23:37 And that is the problem my brothers and sisters. That is the problem and that can be our problem also. You know, we come to the meetings of the church. We can do that as a routine. You know, in Isaiah 23:56 uh chapter 29, if you read if you go there a moment. Isaiah 29, God This is God's complaint against his people. Isaiah 29. He says his people draw near to me with their lips, 24:15 but their hearts are far from me. 20 29 verse 13. You know, in verse one it says, "Woe Oh Ariel. Ariel, the city where David once camped. Add year to your Observe your feasts on schedule. Have your conferences. 24:34 And I'll bring distress to Ariel and she'll be a city of lamenting and mourning and she'll be like an Ariel to me." And many things that that God says, but then verse 13 where it says there it says Yeah, before that 24:53 it says, "The entire vision will be to you like the words of a sealed book, when they gave it to the one who was literate says, "Please read this." He's He will say, "I cannot for it is sealed." Then the book will be given to the one who is 25:08 literate saying, "Please read this." And he will say, "I cannot read." Then the Lord said, "Because this this people draw near with their words and honor me with their lip service. But they remove their hearts far from me 25:24 and their reverence for me consists of tradition learned by rote." Tradition learned by rote. You know, coming to the meetings regularly and even the home meetings and we do it as a routine. But there's no life. 25:44 We don't look forward to that. We don't look forward to coming together on Sundays. Maybe just to play games or maybe just to meet our friends. But what good is that if you're not being nourished and uh you're not being built up? 25:58 And we do all these things and we try to cover them, you know, with more activity, more religious activity, you know, to shift our focus away from our dryness. But it is returns and again and again. And we can come together 26:16 and uh get refreshed for a little while, but then we are dry again. We need to humble ourselves and confess our dryness and indifference to God. We should not accept dryness. "Our bones are dried up." They said in verse 11. "Our hope is perished. We are 26:34 completely cut off." And do you feel like that? Lord, I'm so dry. I come to the Sunday meetings. I get a little bit of refreshment, whatever it is, just a little sip of water, but I go back again and I'm dry, Lord. 26:53 Cuz there's no breath. There was no breath in this all these bones coming together. Then the Lord said to him, verse 9, to Ezekiel, then he said to me, "Prophesy to the breath, son of man, 27:11 and say to the breath, 'Thus says the Lord God, come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain that they come to life.'" Yeah, that is where, you know, we have we have to be slain. We have to come, say, "Lord, I cannot 27:31 produce breath." What's the good of having a whole bunch of people who are skeletons and they look so nice even with the sinews and the flesh, you know, and the skin grown on them. They look so good, but there was no breath in them. What's 27:50 the good of having a nice church, nice meetings, but there's no breath in our meetings? And the Lord says, "Prophesy to the breath. Prophesy, son of man." So many times that word comes, "Prophesy." Thus says the Lord God, it's not more 28:08 prayer meetings. It's not, you know, doing this and changing the pattern of our meetings. None of these things. Prophesy. Prophesy to the breath, son of man, to the Holy Spirit, and say to the breath, to the Holy Spirit, 28:28 "'Thus says the Lord God, come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain that they may come to life.'" So I prophesied as I command as he commanded me. And the breath came into them 28:47 and they came to life and stood on their feet an exceedingly great army. That is the church, my brothers and sisters. That is the church. 29:03 When there's breath in the church, all the other things mean nothing. And how do we have that breath? How do we get that breath? By prophesying. By prophesying to the Holy Spirit, by 29:21 turning to the Holy Spirit. Whenever a man, whenever a woman turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away and the Lord is the Holy Spirit and where the spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom, emancipation from all bondage, from all dryness. I don't have 29:40 to be dry even for one moment. Yes, we do go through times when we are tempted, but if we give in to that dryness, we'll remain dry. But if I do what the Lord has commanded me to do, to prophesy, 29:58 and that's what Ezekiel obeyed many times and the Lord says so you'll know that I'm the Lord your God. So that you'll know that I'm the Lord your God. I will not disappoint you. I've redeemed you. I bought you with a price. You're my son. You're my 30:15 daughter. You're not a slave. You don't have to go down under that kind of depression and low feeling. Snap out of it by prophesying and say, "Lord, give me a word. Give me a word to lift me up." 30:35 Some situation you face in the office, some situation you face in the home, with the children, with growing children, so many kinds of situations you face. You don't know what to do. And somebody who comes to you with a 30:48 problem, you don't know what to do. Prophesy. Say, "Lord, give me a word from you for for this situation. Help me that I don't go down into depression. I don't go down into dryness. Lift me up, Lord." 31:07 And that's what happened there. And breath came into them, they came to life, stood on their feet, and exceedingly great army. I want to say, my brothers and sisters, this is what CFC needs. This is what you need. This 31:25 is what I need. Thank God for the word, for the powerful word we hear from brother Zach, for the truths that God has given us in 48 years. But I have to ask myself, with all that, am I a dry bone? With all this coming to me, but it's not 31:44 nourished me. It's not brought nourishment. It's not brought uh a coming together. I do things out of route and routine. It's so boring. That's what they said in Malachi's day. "Oh, it's so tiring. So tiring to come to the meeting. What's 32:03 the use of keeping my heart pure? What's the use of all that I'm hearing? It's not possible this life to get victory over sin. It's not possible." That's what the devil wants. And then we are not an army. We are just bones. 32:18 That's what he'd like to see happen to CFC. We're just dry bones. We need brothers and sisters who can come with a prophetic word, and you don't need to sit here or stand there. 32:37 You can encourage one another and give that word that will build up one another and bring the bones together and let the sinews and the and the flesh and the skin grow. And then prophesy and encourage my one 32:54 another. Prophesy to the Holy Spirit. Lord, fill this brother with the Holy Spirit. Fill this sister with the Holy Spirit. Fill my sister with the Holy Spirit. Fill my brother. Fill my children with the Holy Spirit. We become 33:12 a great army. And that's what the devil fears. And I pray that we would take this as a challenge. You know, it says there what we heard last week, I believe God wants us to hear it again. 33:31 Then verse 11, he said to me, "Son of man, these bones are the church, the whole house of Israel. And I hope we have the honesty to say, 'Lord, our bones are dried up. 33:51 Our hope has perished. We are completely cut off.' When we are honest and we go to God, then God in verse 12 says, "Therefore, prophesy here to this again and say to them, 'Thus says the Lord God, behold, I will 34:09 open your graves, cause you to come up up out of your graves, my people. I will bring you into the land of Israel.'" I I like that there, that even in that dry condition, when they acknowledge their dryness, God says, "My people, 34:28 I will open your graves, cause you to come up out of your graves, my people. I'll bring you into the land of Israel. And what whatever kind of grave you're in, I want to say, and how long you've been in that grave, like Lazarus, 34:44 and maybe you're stinking. Yet, the the Lord wants to bring you out of that. And how can you come out of that condition? It's the prophetic word that you can receive. The word of the Lord. When God when Jesus said, 35:02 you know, Lazarus, come out. Come forth. And God says to you, how long you have been in that grave, whatever it is, depression and discouragement and and worry and anxiety and you're in that grave there, bound up with grave 35:20 clothes. And the word comes to you and the Lord puts your name there, come forth. And he came out and he said, untie him. I believe the Lord wants to say to many of us here, you're just content in being dry. You're 35:39 just content in just going on doing things out of route and routine. You're not You're not really taking it seriously. You'll die. You get spiritually spiritually dehydrated and you will die. You start living after the flesh and 35:57 when you live after the flesh, you will die. But instead, that you can see the God of hope, like we heard last week, fill you with all joy and peace in believing that you will abound in hope. And you can take that word to come out 36:16 of that grave that you're in, whatever kind of grave you're in, the Lord wants you to come out so that you will know that he is the Lord. Then you know that I am the Lord when I have verse 13, when I have opened your graves 36:31 caused you to come out of your graves, my people. I'll pour my spirit within the I'll put my spirit within you and you will come to life and I will place you on your own land. Then you'll know that I the Lord have 36:47 spoken and done it, declares the Lord. That is God's will for us, my brothers and sisters. And I pray that we would hear that word this morning. Whatever condition you may be in 37:07 that you will come out of your grave. The spirit of God will come upon you and clothe you and fill you and take away the dryness and fill you with freshness. That is God's will for every last one of 37:25 us sitting here and hearing this word and those of you who are hearing it on the live stream. Come out of your grave of dryness. I am telling you what I have been through many times and dryness can so envelop you that you can 37:45 get dehydrated and you don't care. You don't care about it. One sign of dryness, you don't care about others. You're only thinking about yourself. You're focusing on your condition. And you'll remain that way. But when you 38:02 when you are watered then you'll start thinking about others. Now I want you to look at this word in Isaiah 44. I want you to first of all hear this that God's will for us that our spiritual lives on this earth, please listen to this, must always 38:22 be like a well-watered garden, never dry. He has promised to pour water, the Holy Spirit, on dry ground. And water that is poured on dry ground can never remain dry. Isaiah 44, I read verses 1 to 5. It says, "But now 38:41 listen, oh Jacob, my servant. Listen to these words. Put your name there. Now listen, put your name there, my servant, and Israel, whom I have chosen. Put your name, your family name there. Thus says 38:58 the Lord, who made you and formed you from the room from the womb, who will help you. Do not fear, oh Jacob. Put your name there. Do not fear, Ian, my servant, and you, Ian, put your name, your name 39:18 there, whom I have chosen. I will pour out water on the thirsty land and streams on the dry ground. I will pour out my spirit on your offspring and my blessing on your descendants. They will spring up among the grass like 39:36 poplars by streams of water. This one will say, "I am the Lord's." And that one will call on the name, your name. And put your name there. Another one will write on his hand, "Belonging to the Lord." And will name 39:52 your name with honor. That's for you, my brothers and sisters. That's for me. Believe that word. And your family. Don't worry. God will do that what he's promised for your children. Whatever it is they're going through, 40:12 they go through different stages. And you have problems with them. But they will spring up like poplars by streams of water and one will say, "I am the Lord's." Praise God when that day comes. That one will call on the name call on his 40:29 father's name and say, "Thank God for my father. I thank God for my mother for my mother. And I know that that is happening today with my children. They thank God. And one will write on his hand, "Belonging to the Lord." Praise the 40:44 Lord. And will name their father's name with honor, their family's name with honor. That's what happens, my brothers and sisters. A new freshness, a newness of life every day in all that we do and say. 41:02 Life must never get boring or stale. And the baptism many of you, young people particularly have gone through, have you ever thought of this word in Romans chapter 6 verse 4? Romans chapter 6 verse 4. I was speaking to all of us who have 41:20 been baptized and particularly those who have been baptized recently. This is the life God has called you to. That's why you went into those waters of baptism. You are here today. This is the word of the Lord to you. I'm prophesying. 41:36 This is the word of the Lord to you and all of you, all of us who have been baptized in water. Therefore, we have been buried with him through baptism into death. You've been baptized in water. You've been buried with him 41:51 through baptism into death so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life. Did you remember that when you went into those waters? 42:10 I thank God for reminding me that. I was baptized 55 years ago. 55, 56 years ago. And it's not changed. I was buried with him through baptism into death so that as Christ was raised 42:29 from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too, I too, put your name there, might walk in newness of life. And here, finally, is a promise I want to prophesy. 42:47 I am prophesying the what God has put on my heart for us as a church, for you as individuals, for your families, and this is what God has spoken to me. Isaiah 58:11. The Lord will continually 43:08 guide you. I prophesy to all of you who are hearing this word. Hear the word of the Lord this morning. The Lord will continually guide you. Don't listen to your mind that tells you all kinds of things and 43:28 confuses you. Don't listen to your friends. Don't listen to your unbelieving partner, if he is one or if she is one. Listen to the Lord. The Lord will continually guide you and satisfy your desire in scorched 43:48 places, even when you get dry and you're scorched, he'll continually guide you. Where will he guide you? To springs of water. And satisfy your desire in scorched places and give strength to your bones, and you will be 44:07 you will be like a watered garden and like a spring of water whose waters do not fail. Uh silence? No amen? Very very feeble amen. 44:27 A loud amen if you believe that I prophesy to you like Isaiah prophesied to those dry bones and if you're a whole lot of there's a whole church of dry bones here, I prophesy this morning that breath is going to come into you. 44:43 The Lord is going to pour out his spirit upon you and upon your children. Amen. I'm glad there are those who have faith. Say it loud. He will Amen. He will continually guide you. He will satisfy your desire and scotch your He'll give strength to your bones 45:01 even you feel weak. Whatever it is you're suffering from. He'll give you strength. He's given me strength to my bones. And you will be like a watered garden and like a spring of water whose do not fail. Don't worry about all your pains and 45:18 aches and whatever the doctors told you. God has given you life. He's given you breath and he wants to give you the breath of life, the Holy Spirit. He wants to breathe into you. He wants to breathe through this church and breathe through our homes and our 45:38 families. The one condition, you know that word I just read to you is sandwiched. You've heard it before in Isaiah 58. Just turn back there. If you fulfill 45:56 You know, God's promises are always fulfilled with a condition. Isaiah chapter 58. I'm not going to read all the verses. You've heard it before. You know, it talks about fasting there, 46:15 whether you fast or not. It says in there, it says they were they took pride in their fasting. Why have we fasted? Verse 3 and you do not see. Why have we humbled ourselves and you do not notice? See, all this can become a dead work. 46:34 You fast, you know. And you know, I fasted for something God has not seen. You know, somebody I was talking to last night. Well, you know, I if if if God is really all powerful, then why is this happening to me? 46:52 And we can think like that, you know. You know, I I pray, but I never got what I prayed for. I've humbled myself and God doesn't notice. And you know, the Lord says beyond the day we are fast, you find your desire and drive hard all your workers. 47:09 You How do you treat your helper in the house? Your housemate. And God says you fast for contention and strife and strike with a wicked fist. Is it a fast like this which I choose? Verse 5. A day for a man to humble himself. 47:27 Is it a bowing one's head like a reed and so on? Will you call this a fast even acceptable day to the Lord? Is this not the fast which I choose? Loosen the bonds of wickedness. Undo the bands of the yoke and let the oppressed go free. 47:45 Is it not to divide your bread with the hungry and bring the homeless poor into house? It's not that we go and get all the poor people and feed them. You know, God is not That's not what God is talking, but it's not just being occupied with yourself, 48:01 I, me, and my family. And you don't think of others. Whether it's food or clothing or whatever it is, whatever we're able to do to help others. And then then it says verse 8, "Your Then your light will break out like the 48:15 dawn. Your recovery will speedily spring forth. Your righteousness will go before you. The glory of the Lord will be your rear guard. You know, I Isaiah 58:11 is sandwiched there. And I'm reading now from the Message Bible, verse 9. If you get rid of unfair 48:34 practices, quit blaming victims, quit gossiping about other people's sins. Do we hear that? Quit gossiping about other people's sins, speaking emptiness, it says, speaking wickedness in in the version we have. If you're 48:52 generous with the hungry, start giving yourselves to the down and out. Think of others. Don't just think of yourself. Oh, only I'm going through this, and I feel so miserable, and I'm so dry. I have nothing to bring. I have 49:07 nothing to give in the meetings, in the in the home meetings, and nothing to give to others. It says there, "When you start giving yourselves to the down and out, your lives will begin to glow in the darkness. Your shadowed lives will be bathed in 49:24 sunlight. I will always show you where to go. I will give you a full life in the emptiest of places, firm muscles, strong bones. You will be like a well-watered garden, a gurgling spring that never runs dry. And you will be called the repairer of 49:43 the breach, the restorer of the streets in which to dwell." I want to say to you, my brothers and sisters, in closing, refuse Refuse, listen to this, to resign yourself to your condition. 50:01 However backslidden you may be, however dry you may be, believe in the Lord your God, in God who wants to raise us up out of our graves. Refuse to accept your condition as an as 50:18 a normal thing. Seek for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. For the breath to come into you. Thirst. Let there be a thirst that comes. Lord, I'm thirsty, spiritually thirsty. And 50:38 ask God to give you a word that you can help others walk in the newness of life. And I believe we will become a mighty army. Oh, very feeble. A mighty army. 50:59 When breath comes into us, everyday, not just now. We're going to close now. And uh we're going to sing a song. But we're going to pray. We're going to believe the prophetic word 51:17 that God has spoken to us this morning. Even to me to me. This word is I'm not preaching to you. It's a word that God has given me that's encouraged me, has lifted me up many times. The Lord will continually guide you and satisfy your desire in scorched 51:35 places. If you're dry and scorched, he will satisfy your your desire and give strength to your bones. You will be like a watered garden and a spring of waters whose waters do not fail. And that river will flow 51:54 from this morning. Forget about yesterday. Forget about last week, last month. Forget about whatever's happened to bring you to such a dry condition. Say, "Lord, I'm thirsty." I'm thirsty. Jesus stands in our midst like he stood that day 52:13 and said, he cried "Note, all you who are thirsty, come to me and drink." "Come to me and drink. He who believes in me, he who believes in me, out of his innermost being will flow rivers of 52:30 living water." And I prophesy that river will begin to flow again in your life, in my life, in all of us. The breath will come into us and begin to make us a mighty army. Amen. 52:49 Praise the Lord. Let's bow our heads.
