We do this corporately by becoming fully functioning members of a local Church (Ephesians 4:11-16)

Arming ourselves with the purpose to cease from sinSince Christ suffered in the flesh, we are to arm ourselves with the same purpose so that we live the rest of our time for the will of God rather than human lusts.1 Peter 4:1
