The danger of eternal regretFailing to hear and respond to God daily can lead to profound, eternal regret in heaven for not living fully for Christ.
The only true motivation for devotionWe should not live for Christ out of a selfish fear of regret, but solely because of the immense love He showed us on the cross.
The necessity of being filled with the SpiritOur hesitation to stand up for Christ often stems from not being filled with the Holy Spirit, which should be a continuous experience.
Aiming for Christ's approvalOur ultimate ambition should be to live in such a way that we hear the Lord say, 'Well done, good and faithful servant' when we stand before Him.
