Why is your face fallen?God asked Cain why his face was fallen, revealing that outward facial expressions reflect internal heart conditions like anger or jealousy.
The wisdom that is from aboveThe wisdom from above is pure, peaceable, gentle, and free from hypocrisy, whereas foolishness stems from jealousy and selfish ambition.
Throwing back the devil's grenadesJust like a soldier instantly throwing back a live grenade, we must immediately reject and throw back sinful thoughts of jealousy and ambition thrown by the enemy.
Trying to look better than othersTrying to appear smarter or better than others is not true wisdom; it leads to confusion and causes things to fall apart.

Flushing out the spiritual toiletInstead of putting on a fake smile, believers need to clean out the accumulated garbage of gossip, hurt, and criticism from their lives.
Being examples rather than bossesElders and older believers must tenderly show the right way by the way they live rather than acting bossy or lording it over others.
The importance of receiving lightA wholehearted person continuously receives light from God on their selfishness and speech, allowing them to quickly correct mistakes.
