you that you've given us a voice lord that we can lift up our praises to you 9:06 we never want to take that for granted lord pre-glorified be exalted you are worthy lord we worship you we bow down before you we exalt your name thank you thank you lord jesus jesus name amen may be seated family let's continue in the spirit of prayer 9:22 lift up your hands to him and your voices to him your heart to him he says cast your cares on me because i care for you have you been carrying a care this week maybe even for a minute or even just for a day for an hour that's one hour too long 9:39 that you needed to carry that care cast your cares on him he cares for you he wants to carry your burden thank you lord jesus we're going to sing a couple of new songs which are actually very old songs and i thought i could read those words 9:54 before we pray just so the one paraphrase of zephaniah 3 verse 17 says you know it says he will be quiet in his love and a paraphrase reads this way he is silently planning for you in love 10:12 and here's a beautiful song that a lady named emily grimes wrote listen to these words the lord will silently plan for you because you're the object of his all-seeing care and he's taken on the responsibility to be the pilot 10:28 of your life through each subtle snare you won't even be able to see those snares the devil is scheming to put a snare in front of you but god is the pilot of your life he'll navigate you through that the next verse goes the lord will silently plan 10:42 for you so certainly he cannot fail if you were to plan you would fail but he plans so certainly he cannot fail so rest on the faithful god and in him you will surely overcome the third verse says the lord will silently plan for you some 11:01 wonderful surprise of love you thought about that that waiting for you this afternoon or sometime this week is a surprise of love it may not always feel that way it may not even look that way sometimes but it's a surprise of love 11:14 because god is love he cannot do anything but love everything he does is out of love i has not seen it nor has he heard it but the rest of that passage says he has revealed it to us through the holy spirit and so it's up to us to prove it prove 11:29 that wonderful surprise of love dear family this week let's do that the lord will silently plan for you his purpose he'll unfold it for you little by little the tangled scan shall shine at last that speaks about a painting 11:45 on canvas little by little maybe you see him do a little drawing in one corner and you wonder why he's doing that but one day he'll take you back and show you the full puzzle what a masterpiece of skill it will be the last verse says the lord will 11:59 silently plan for you a happy child kept in his care and this is wonderful he loves you as if you're his only child isn't that a wonderful thought and each of you can think the same thing and believe the same thing he loves you because he's infinite 12:14 because he's god he loves you so immensely so wonderfully as though no other claimed his love but thou alone to him we're dear the next song we'll sing is also a similar similar vein this is a song by anna waring 12:33 father i know that all my life is portioned out for me you've planned out my life and the changes that are sure to come i don't fear to see i'm not afraid of what changes will come but i ask you for a present mind a mind that's in this 12:48 moment intent on pleasing you i ask you for a thoughtful love through constant watching eyes thoughtful of the needs of others to meet the glad with joyful smiles to rejoice with others it says and to wipe the weeping eyes 13:07 a heart listen to this word a heart at leisure from itself to soothe and sympathize that means you're not always focused on your own needs and your own thoughts about yourself you've taken a break from yourself to think of the needs of others that's what 13:21 it means a heart at leisure from itself to soothe and sympathize i don't want a restless will that hurries to and fro seeking for some great thing to do for you or some great thing to know but i would be as a weaned child david 13:38 said i would be treated as a child and guided where i go so lord give me daily strength you won't deny anybody that asks you in faith give me a mind to blend with outward life while keeping at your side isn't that beautiful we've got a work to do we've 13:57 got to live in this world we're in this world but not of it but while we're blending with the outward life we're keeping at your side content to fill a little space if you will be glorified can you do that find a little space that you can fill 14:13 this week maybe with a little child or with your wife with your husband or a co-worker a little word of encouragement a text message you said to somebody a little space that glorifies god and if some things i don't ask i find in 14:28 my cup of blessing i would have my spirit filled more with grateful love to you careful not to serve you much but to please you perfectly careful to please you more than to serve you this is life with god there are briars 14:48 besetting every path that call for patient care there is a cross in every lot and in an earnest need for prayer but a lowly heart lord is near to the brokenhearted near to the lowly a lowly heart that leans on you is happy 15:05 [Music] happy anywhere i want this this has been the prayer of my heart for a few weeks now i thought we could learn these two songs as a church let's pray father as we've read these words there's a longing within our hearts lord that we will experience that 15:20 life with you silently with you lord in the secret place where we experience your love we're satisfied in you we're not seeking for pleasure and satisfied and satisfaction and things around us in what you give us even in your 15:34 blessings lord we're thankful for that you've blessed us every one of us is more blessed than we deserve more blessed than most of the rest of the world we know that lord and we're thankful for it but lord i pray that you'll give us a 15:45 deeper deeper intimate relationship with you an intimacy with you a reverence for you and the fear of god that you might reveal to us the secret things lord what your nature is like i want to know what you are like i want to know your 16:00 ways i want to know your nature i want to partake of your nature lord i want to see your face i want to behold your face that i might be like you more in my relationships here on this earth do it lord for us that's the cry of our heart 16:13 thank you for reminding us again through these words that you love us you're silently planning for us and i know that all my life is planned out before i was born you wrote every day of my life in your book and i'm just 16:24 living it out lord you know the future and so i entrust we entrust our lives to you i don't even know what this afternoon will look like but you do lord and i place my life in your hands we place our lives in our hands in your hands 16:38 we place our marriages in your hands watch over them lord we want to be faithful husbands we want to be faithful wives but you watch over our marriages unless you build a house we labor in vain unless you build a house lord all our marriage efforts 16:51 are in vain you build that marriage in this church every marriage lord i pray you build our homes with our children we we train them up we teach them we try to raise them up in the fear of you lord but you must build a house 17:04 you must work in their hearts lord do that we give you the freedom to do that they are your children after all you've given them on loan for a few years lord to us we want to be faithful with the ministry you've given us but 17:15 lord they're yours help us to prepare them for your purpose for their lives to point them in that direction always watch over our children lord rescue them save now i pray that every single one of the children in this church family 17:27 will be your disciples lord they will know at a young age that the greatest thing they can do is give their life to you fully wholeheartedly not waste a single moment for the things of this world but to please you and you will watch 17:39 over their lives you will guide them you will plan for them you will lead them we believe you lord for that i pray that they will see that too bless them we pray for any spiritual needs in the church for any who are battling in sin discouraged down-hearted 17:53 lord because the devil has had some some rain in their life or oppression bad habits addictions lord i pray in the name of jesus and you'll come and breathe hope and faith shine your light into those dark rooms lord break those chains asunder 18:07 that are bound any first for for a long time lord break them we pray you said that if the son that you set us free we shall be free indeed an absolute abundant victory and freedom lord that's what you bought for us on the 18:19 cross thank you lord i pray for any who have fallen short of that or find that their life is falling short of it that you lift them up your spirit calls us to come up higher we come up higher this morning lord jesus to to experience more of that life out 18:34 of our bondage out of our sickness out of our night jesus i come to you we come to you thank you lord we pray for our material needs as well for financial needs job needs thank you that you care about them you are our provider 18:48 you will provide our needs lord so help us to trust you pray for any who are sick i pray the name of jesus you will lay your hands on them and heal them you have the ability to do that lord they don't even have to be in this room 18:59 wherever they are if they reach out to you in faith you can heal them lord i pray that if it's according to your will you will bring healing for those who are reaching out to you for it bring comfort lord to those who are weeping we pray for ed and anna and 19:11 dorine and bianca and their families especially this time will you comfort them and encourage them lord thank you for the testimony of of our sister maria lord and how she the little bit we got to walk with her and see her 19:24 her longing for you lord thank you that the testimony of her life over the last few days you gave her was to be with you and i pray that that will be our longing as well lord no matter how long we live that every day we're waiting to be with 19:36 you that's the life we want that's the life we're looking forward to be glorified be exalted and bring comfort into that home peace and joy the joy of heaven the joy of resurrection thank you lord that you've defeated sin 19:49 you've defeated the grave oh death where is your sting oh grave where is your victory jesus has overcome jesus has risen jesus is alive thank you lord may we proclaim this by our lives and our words in jesus name jesus amen 20:08 the lord will silently plan for thee thou object of ambition care god undertakes himself to be the pilot through 20:27 each subtle snare lord will silently plan for thee so certainly 20:41 he cannot
