And if you had any doubt, any shadow of a doubt in your heart of his goodness, like we sang in the previous song, see here his 3:19 hands, his side, his feet. So, if we came this morning with with some sort of sin that was unconfessed or something that's weighed you down, temptation that we were not 8:01 able to overcome this past week, we come to him with these words, "Search me, oh God, and know my heart today. see if there be a wicked way in me. There's a progression. Verse two says, I praise thee, Lord, for cleansing me from sin. 8:18 Fulfill thy word in me and make me pure within. We come with faith that God has and will cleanse us if we confess our sins this morning. And we will praise him for it. And there's a further progression. Verse three, Lord, take my 8:32 life and make it holy thine. Fill my poor heart with thy great love divine. In verse four, oh Holy Ghost, revival comes from thee. We can make that our prayer this morning. Even if we've come after not having the best week, we can come and confess our sins 8:49 here and ask him to cleanse us, but then have the confidence that we can praise him for cleansing us and a confidence that we will not repeat that ever again. Do you believe that this morning? That we will not repeat our sins again if the 9:02 Lord fills us. Let's sing that with this confidence. Search me, oh God, and fill me. And as long as we're seated there, we're secure. As long as we fix our eyes on Jesus, the one who promised and the 15:29 one who's faithful to complete it, we're good.
