earth be exalted be glorified be lifted up lord jesus by our gathering here that's the only thing that matters is that you are pleased lord even if you allow us to grow a little bit more like 8:12 you even if you bring victory over sin in some area it's about you lord it's for your glory it's for your name's sake it's not for our sake that you might be glorified even by our lives that are pleasing that are such a small part of that and yet you care you're our father lord 9:37 so we bring our needs to you i pray first of all for any who are in a spiritual battle where they're discouraged they're defeated by satan their satan has a foothold in their heart in some way or their in their lives in some 9:48 way the name of jesus we bind your work satan in any individual in any marriage in any home in any relationship in this church in the name of jesus we bind your work satan because we have authority over you you are defeated on the cross 10:01 and that that defeat is permanent it's forever it's not going to change thank you lord jesus that you won the victory for us that you won the victory for our individual lives you you're in the business of saving our souls completely you didn't just 10:14 come to forgive our sins and leave us still defeated you came for a full salvation lord so we trust you today for that even if our eyes can't see it lord i pray for any whose eyes are unable to see the victory that you've already won 10:26 for for them for all of us help us lord open our eyes to see that victory the reality of what you did the finished work on the on the cross and when you rose from the grave hallelujah thank you lord jesus we we proclaim it we want to be bold 10:40 witnesses of that resurrection power that worked in your life lord and if you uh father were able to bring jesus back from the dead you're able to give life to our mortal bodies you're able to give us that same power over satan over sin over our bad moods 10:55 over our attitudes over anything any self-seeking over bitterness over unforgiveness so lord come and encourage everyone i pray for any bruised reeds here any smoldering wicks that you will strengthen them lord the hands that are 11:09 weak and the knees that are feeble help us lord jesus to be your encouragers here on this earth but thank you more than anything else we have a friend in you lord jesus and your holy spirit is a comforter so be glorified we also pray lord for 11:22 relationships for marriages will you restore the hearts of the husbands the wives the wives to the husbands the fathers to the children the mothers to the children and the children to their parents lord bring restoration and healing and 11:34 strength into those relationships lord we pray and even in the church between brothers and sisters be exalted bring be exalted by our unity lord true unity unity not to impress others but unity that you can see where you see that 11:49 that we have died to ourselves we've given up our agendas and our self-seeking attitudes and ways of thinking so that we can be made one in those relationships where you're looking to make us one so make us one lord that's our prayer make our 12:02 marriages one not two that are hanging out together but one two becoming one do that in this church as well lord we believe you will but also for our material and our physical needs lord jesus we know that you care for them 12:15 pray for any who are sick there's some that are sick even today lord i pray you'll touch them even in the name of jesus and heal them those who are part of this local body those that are listening online come and touch lord every sick body in 12:28 the name of jesus we have faith that you're able to heal you've done it before lord you've done it before we look back on times when we thought we would make it through and here we are we've made it it's your hand that has carried us 12:39 you've led us forth lord jesus thank you thank you for the reminders you give us that you're with us so heal us lord we pray and you are sick for any who are in financial need or material need lord with job job situations or otherwise 12:55 come lord jesus and bring provide for our needs as as you do because you're our father you long for us to come and cast our needs on you not look to man not look to ourselves not look to our own strength but to look to you our god who is 13:09 reigning on on high who's all powerful who's all seeing all knowing yes you are our father lord we proclaim proclaim it today as your church you're our head lord jesus and you have the responsibility to care for the body because you are our head 13:24 so we believe you will thank you in jesus name amen i've been thinking this morning family that it's so easy for us to just do these meetings out a ritual [Music] all over the world people go on a sunday morning to some gathering or the other 13:43 it's just a habit [Music] but i've been struck this morning even from the time i woke up of just how seriously god takes our gathering how much he is he's interested in this time that we are together he longs to be glorified by our 14:01 gathering he longs for a throne of praise to be made for his gathering think about this song can we go to the chorus real quick this is a song if you don't know it you can listen to it but sing the chorus a very simple chorus 14:16 talks about how it was night and i wonder as you think about this song what it must have been like for those who walked with jesus when he was here on this earth even his mother mary his disciples who put their trust in him 14:29 and thought he was going to answer their prayer in some particular way and what it must have been like to see him hanging on the cross and how they must have thought it's over there's no more hope the one we trusted in is there hanging 14:42 on the cross beaten but three days later morning came night turned in today the stone was rolled away and hope rose with the dawn and i wonder if you're in the night today dear friend your brother and your sister if you're in the night the morning is 15:01 coming remember that resurrection morning when jesus rose from the dead think about peter and john and the excitement they had when they saw it was an empty tomb think of mary magdalene who turned and saw her master he was 15:15 risen again satan was defeated death was defeated all sin had been defeated [Music] i pray that your hope will rise today with that resurrection dawn he is risen he doesn't have to rise again he's already risen trust him 15:33 death has lost life has
