this week he's going to put you through a trial put you through a fire where all else seems to fall apart around you but there he will be in the midst of 14:04 that fire like he was with those three hebrew men where it seemed like everybody else had power around them and they were at the mercy of an ungodly king and there was jesus in the midst with them this is the journey he wants to 14:16 take us through dear brothers and sisters this is the journey that awaits those who put their trust in him completely god wants to see that it's more than just words but it's a reality of life that we sang these words out of out of 14:29 the abundance of our hearts that have really put our trust in him lord jesus we commit our lives to you and we say lord that we let you we invite you to test us lord this week and the days ahead with this we really meant what we said when we 14:44 sang in thee oh lord i put my trust and that we'll be still and know that you are god knowing that your mercies are new every morning your boundless mercy will endure and that you love us with an everlasting love a steadfast love that never changes 15:02 all other love around us will change lord will come and go will fade but you are steadfast in your love lord show us more of that love that it'll be a deeper and stronger foundation for our lives today lord jesus thank you thank you be 15:17 exalted be glorified we we bow before you lord we are we're sitting here we're standing here and we're just in all of you lord and it's not an emotion but it's it's a desire within us lord you put a well within us that you promised you would do 15:32 we've drunk of that water which is you lord jesus and it's become a well within us that's springing up to eternal life and from that well we say we we just acknowledge that you are god you're worthy and worthy to be praised and 15:44 exalted help us never to get in the way of that lord jesus help us never to rise lift up our face from the dust thinking that we're something when we're nothing and that's our safety lord jesus that we realize we are nothing where 15:57 nobody's here on this earth and yet you picked us up you seated us there in the heavenly places we are seated there with you lord jesus and the devil can't convince us otherwise because we look to your word we look to the holy spirit within us 16:11 that gives us this assurance that we have a daddy in heaven who is ours and whom we belong to thank you be exalted fill us lord with your holy spirit that shed abroad that love in our hearts so much insecurity and fear and worry 16:25 and unbelief comes from a lack of knowing you as our father lord i pray that you will pour out your holy spirit shed it abroad in our hearts this love lord jesus that it will be a firm foundation it won't be another shaky 16:37 week ahead of us lord but a a week of growing stronger and brighter like the new day son lord jesus we're not going backwards we're going forward with you this is our calling be exalted be glorified lord and like we prayed already this morning 16:52 lord i pray that we will become nothing really we'll have less and less thoughts about ourselves of how important we are or what we can do or say for you and recognize that you are everything may we decrease more in our own eyes 17:04 this today lord that you might increase more in our midst than you ever have help us lord jesus it will really go down like grains of wheat it's the only way you can build your church lord jesus through grains of wheat so we come as 17:17 small as we are as grains of wheat lord jesus help us to fall into the ground and die that you might that you might bring fruit out of our lives fruit that will remain not just a passing fruit lord not just a temporary fruit but fruit that 17:30 lasts for eternity fruit that's for your glory fruit that is gold silver and precious stones that will make it through the fire that you're gonna bring thank you lord send us through that fire even now lord jesus that we might test 17:42 what we're building with that it's not wood hay and straw thank you father be glorified be exalted lord we pray for our we bring our needs to you because you said we could lord jesus because we put our trust in you lord and so we're laying it delaying 17:57 these needs before you first of all our spiritual needs lord jesus we pray lord that you will bind the work of satan in any individual life or any marriage or any home any child any relationship lord where the devil's trying to bring this 18:09 unity any spirit of pride that one puffs itself up in our in our thoughts in our heart or in the situations you place us in lord jesus bind the work of satan we pray and break free those who need to be loosed in the name of jesus especially 18:24 from sin lord this is the eternal sickness that can destroy our soul that will destroy our soul help us to hate sin radically lord to hate pride to help to hate selfish ambition to hate jealousy and envy and lust and anger and 18:38 bitterness and unforgiveness and malice lord all these things lord that you want to set us free from in the inside lord not just on the outside cleanse us lord jesus we pray and set us free unite us in marriages lord we pray pray 18:52 for every marriage in this room those listening will you knit our hearts together in love that today will be a sweeter walk in our marriage than it has ever been we know that that can be so lord that must be so if we are truly 19:04 being conformed into your image help us lord knit our hearts more closely together as we are knit more closely with you lord jesus be the glue that holds our marriages together and our homes together bless our children lord 19:15 watch over them and let them also know you at a young age not just out of road or ritual lord not just to know the memory verses or to know the the things we preach and teach lord but that it will be a life within him that it will 19:28 be a spring of life within them lord each one of them what a privileged lord that they can hear the truth that they can know you that they grow up in christian homes but help us lord not to take our responsibility as parents 19:40 lightly and even for all of us adults in the church that we won't be a stumbling block to our children be exalted by our home life lord jesus be exalted by what you see in secret about how we're walking with you you are the joy of our 19:52 lives you're everything to us you are the center of our joy be exalted lord through that we pray thank you lord we also pray for our physical needs pray for many who are sick lord or those that struggle with constant sickness lord we ask you 20:06 every day we ask you every week like this but we're not going to stop lord you told us to pray always and never lose heart and so we're not going to lose heart we're not looking at how things look with the outward lord how 20:17 things look in the physical realm because we're in the spiritual realm are we wrestle not even with germs and disease here lord we wrestle with principalities powers and spiritual forces of darkness in the heavenly realms lord jesus and whatever you allow 20:31 us to have on this earth whether it health or sickness lord we will praise you still like we're saying in the midst of the darkness in the midst of the brightness we'll praise you but we ask for healing lord because we know it is your will to to heal us in 20:44 most cases lord we ask that you will touch our bodies and heal us simply that we can live for you that we can further your kingdom here on this earth with the one life you've given us lord we ask for health for that reason alone not that we 20:57 would pursue our own pleasures or our own desires but that we might please you that our bodies might be truly that healthy living sacrifice that's acceptable and as our spiritual service of worship to you receive these bodies 21:10 lord that we offer you afresh this morning do with our eyes as you will do with our years as you will with our tongue as you will with our minds as you will with our ambitions and goals and plans for this week and from this month and 21:22 next year and the years ahead and plans for our children lord they're yours have your way lord we are just simply clean your hands you are the potter you passionate lord jesus and we won't try to figure it all out because we can't that's pointless but we 21:37 will trust you we will have faith in you we will believe you and you will be exalted lord you will be pleased by our faith we know that that's that's true thank you lord we commit our jobs to you our financial needs lord 21:50 whatever they might be lord there's so much uncertainty in the world even now lord and thank you that you've allowed that lord so that we can lift our eyes off of this uncertain world and fix our eyes in the eternal god fix our hope in 22:02 you who are unchanging so our riches are you lord jesus that's the only riches we really desire and you will take care of all our needs you will provide us all that we need for this earth and this life you've already done 22:15 that lord you've planned ahead for today you've planned ahead for tomorrow there are plenty of storehouses from which you're filling each day with our needs and what we what we require lord and so we just we come to you and we take off 22:27 of that which you give us lord we receive it gladly free us from jealousy free us from envy lord from looking at what others have and wishing that we had that set us free from the love of money lord from the things of this world we 22:39 want to fix our hope on you lord jesus and you alone thank you you will do that lord and knit our hearts together in this church lord we can't do it we don't want to just be a group of people coming here together and listening to 22:50 teaching or singing or having lunch together lord we don't want to be a club of people that likes each other because we're nice to each other we want to be your church lord the work that only you can do through knitting our hearts 23:02 together as we fall into the ground and die kneading our hearts together through our holy spirit with a bond that is eternal lord jesus do that in us do that in me do that in our homes in our marriages and in this church lord 23:15 knit us together that you might be glorified lord you would not as the head want your body to be divided we know that that is not your will so knit our hearts together let us walk let us be diligent to preserve the unity of the 23:27 spirit and the bond of peace and you will help us lord pour out your spirit upon us lord we lift our hands to you we lift our mouths open wide and we believe you will fill it just like you promised praise you lord jesus we worship you and 23:39 exalt you put a song of praise in our mouths lord jesus free us so many of us may be still bound by timidity lord or shyness or lack of boldness lord pour out your holy spirit on us and light a fire within us lord that we will be bold 23:53 to be your witnesses there'll be a song on our lips when we're in the workplace lord jesus there will be a word of prophecy the testimony of jesus on our lips when we're in our workplace that our co-workers our neighbors those we 24:06 interact in the world around us we know that we're living for a different kingdom we're taking up with you lord jesus and you are everything to us and we really mean it we mean it by our words but more so by our life do that lord pour your spirit upon us 24:18 that we might have the boldness to be your witnesses you said we would have power to be your witnesses and we're coming to you lord and claiming that promise we're going to hold you to your word because we know you love it when we 24:29 do that we're going to believe you that that promise will be fulfilled in our lives every single one of us from the youngest to the oldest in jesus name amen we love because he first
