0:00 Let's pray. Thank you, Father, for who you are and all the richness of what you've given us. 0:20 I'm personally so grateful that I could be here this week. I never want to take even one day for granted, Lord. I'm not promised. I wasn't promised today when I went to bed last night. And I'm not promised tomorrow when I go to bed tonight. 0:41 I pray you'll help me to live my life as a love song to you, full of gratitude, full of thankfulness, and full of joy. I believe you'll do that. Speak to us one more time, Lord, this evening, this afternoon. Speak to us as we do our skits. 1:03 Speak to us even tomorrow as we hear your word and as we sing the songs of praise to you. I pray you'll get us in the habit of constantly listening to you. In Jesus' name, amen. So as you know, we've been on this journey. 1:20 We're talking about the path of the righteous. I want to look at that verse again in Proverbs chapter 4. Proverbs chapter 4, verse 18. The path of the righteous is like the light of dawn that shines brighter and brighter until the full day. 1:54 I want to go with you for a moment to what dawn is like or what pre-dawn maybe. What it's like when you're in the night and it's dark. And even though the sky is dark, as you know, there are stars and there's the moon and there's other lights, city lights perhaps. 2:14 The only reason that you need the stars and the moon and the city lights is because the sun is not there. If the sun was there, you wouldn't ever have street lights, house lights outside. You wouldn't really need the stars or the moon either. 2:32 The moon really just reflects the light of the sun. Sorry, I've got to turn that off. So it's likewise in our life. The reason the world and you and I, before we're born again, try to find satisfaction in other things is because we lack Christ. 2:59 We were built to find our light from Jesus himself. And if you find a craving for the things of this world, it's because you haven't yet found fulfillment in that for which you were designed to find fulfillment. And that's why we need a dawn in our lives when the sun rises, starts to rise over the horizon. 3:22 That's where it begins when you're born again and Jesus Christ starts to become the light of your life. But you know, there's something beautiful about dawn. Talked about this already, the beautiful colors. Something more spectacular happens at dawn than, say, at this time of the day. 3:42 But I hope, my dear young people, that you're not satisfied and that you're not going through your Christian life looking back on some time when you had something beautiful in your life or what you thought was beautiful. 3:56 I think of dawn and the appearance of dawn, what it looks like, as representing the emotions we feel when we're born again. There are emotions that you felt when you gave your life to Jesus, that thrill, that excitement, that wonder and amazement and all that. 4:14 And perhaps you've been growing in your Christian life and that's not there anymore. I don't want you to doubt for a moment that you haven't been growing. I find this question being asked of me from many Christians, many young people especially. 4:29 They say, man, I don't know if I've grown. I think I'm backslidden because I remember when I was born again, how wonderful I felt. The key word there is not wonderful. It's the word felt. Feelings. And there are feelings that you and I have had in the past, especially when you are new to this Christian life or when the Lord allows you to go to another level or when you are around God's people. 4:57 There are feelings you will feel that are really just the springboard to get you into this life of growth. And so if you're at 9 o'clock in the morning and reminiscing to what it was like at 6 o'clock in the morning when dawn broke, don't go back. 5:16 Don't long for those feelings again. The feelings may come and go. You may get appearances of color here and there. But more important than that is that the sun continues to rise. And it may seem more boring. I'll tell you this, my everyday Christian life has a feeling of being more boring today than it was when I was born again. 5:41 But it is more exciting in reality. Let me say that again. My Christian life, my everyday Christian life has the feeling of being more boring, feels more boring than when I was born again. But it's actually more exciting. 5:57 And I'd like to talk to you a little bit more about that today. If you're like me, you love conferences. And I love conferences, especially when I was a young person. I grew up in a church where we had, not youth conferences, but big conferences like this where there would be a few hundred people. 6:14 And I look forward to that every year. We had them twice a year and I loved them. I didn't mind sitting and I didn't really get a whole lot out of the sermons. I got a little bit, but I was mostly distracted by, oh, I loved just being there and the prep for it because our church put it on. 6:30 And being around my friends and the break times and the food they'd serve, I loved all of that. But I hated the last day of conference because it meant that things were coming to an end. And I knew what was waiting for me outside that door. 6:46 I knew that the moment the conference ended and I walked out that door, what I was going back to, which you're feeling perhaps today, you're perhaps feeling what will happen tomorrow when you walk through that door of that theater where we'll be meeting tomorrow. 7:00 Because that represents going back to the life you left when you came here. Nothing's changed over there in Florida or Tennessee or Washington or Oregon or wherever you guys live. Nothing's changed over there. I hope the Lord has done a work in your life and done a change in your life while you've been here. 7:17 But I'm pretty sure not a whole lot has changed there. So you're going back to those same circumstances, to your same parents. Now they may have changed. Your same brothers and sisters, they may have changed a little bit as well. 7:29 But they didn't, they weren't here. They didn't experience the same feelings that you've had. And if you're around ungodly people, it's pretty certain that they haven't changed at all. If anything, they've gotten worse. 7:40 They may treat you more harshly, more spitefully than you were treated before. And perhaps you're dreading going back to that circumstance. I've used this analogy before. I always think of it when we get to the last day of a conference. 7:55 I used to picture my life like this, you know, the last day of the conference. During the conference, you know how an airplane leaves a terminal? When it leaves the airport, it pulls out of the terminal. Everybody's on board. 8:07 It slowly taxis and gets to the end of the runway. And then it turns around and faces this long strip of tarmac. And then they start the engines going faster, faster, faster, faster. The plane's not moving yet. Engines are just spinning. 8:27 Then the pilot or the co-pilot pushes down on the throttle and the wheels start to turn. And the plane gains momentum. And the plane gets faster and faster. Now it's actually moving. And I picture the conference that we've had this week. 8:41 And any conference you go to like that, like the runway. We are, what Paul told the Corinthians, he was, a helper of your joy. We're helping you push down on the throttle during this week so that the plane revs its engines and gets faster and faster and faster. 8:58 And we're pushing down and pushing down and pushing down and all of us together working in one accord to get this plane going faster and faster and faster. As we speed down this runway on a plane like a jumbo jet, Boeing 747, carry four or five hundred people, big beast of a machine, four jets, two on each wing. 9:17 Can't travel pretty fast on the ground. I mean, 150 miles per hour, perhaps, by the time it gets to the end of the runway. So perhaps you feel like you've been going faster than you ever thought you could go. Then you get to the end of the runway. 9:33 What happens at the end of it? You reach the end of the runway where you run out of tarmac. You know what, at the end of the runway is usually a wall and then there's just dirt and ground or some buildings. Many people, and this was my testimony for many years, reach the end of the runway, the conference. 9:51 And when they ran out of tarmac, it was just sinking to the ground. So you think, oh man, I did something wrong. Circle back. Let's start over. Let's go to another conference. Let's find another youth conference. Or if you don't have another option, you wait until next year. 10:06 Already mark RLCF Youth Conference 2017 in your calendar and say, maybe then God will meet with me again and I'll do something different. You heard a little bit about this yesterday evening through some of the testimonies. 10:17 So you think, okay, this time I'll do, I'll change it a little bit. I'll push down a little harder on the throttle. I'll pay more attention. And you speed, speed, speed, speed, reach the end of the runway. And again, the same thing. 10:29 Crash at the end of it. And you spend your life going in circles. And you think, man, what a wonderful, I was going 150 miles an hour. I was going 160. Next year I'll go 170. Even if you were going 300 miles an hour on the ground, what would you think if you saw a jumbo jet, big fighter jet, let's say, a big F-16 fighter jet doing circles on the runway. 10:59 Running down, speeding down the runway, getting to the end of the runway, crashing into the dirt, going around, coming back. And putting on a big show of how fast this F-16 fighter jet can fly down the runway. Now, if you went to the Indy 500, that's okay. 11:14 Vehicles going around in circles for two hours, that's fine. But imagine if you went to the Indy 500 and you paid a lot of money to watch. And there in the middle of these cars is an F-16, traveling along with them, speeding on the tarmac. 11:29 You'd say, something's wrong. F-16, you have lost your identity. You weren't built to spin in circles here on the tarmac. You were built to be up there. You should be racing with other F-16 fighter jets. Making, and just flying through the air at 500, 600, breaking the speed of sound. 11:49 I don't want to be impressed with looking at all the other cars around me and thinking, well, at least I'm better than them. So take your eyes off of, can we get the slides back on? Take your eyes off of others. If you've been called to live in the spiritual realm, take your eyes off of others. 12:09 You were built for so much more than to just go 150 miles an hour on the earth, 200 miles an hour on the earth. And if you want that life that transports you into the heavenlies, where you get the heavenly perspective of this earth. 12:24 You know what happens when a fighter jet gets up where it's built to be? Is that on? You may need to turn that switch off or on in the back. Maybe. What happens when the fighter jet gets up to that high 20,000, 30,000 feet altitude? 12:50 All of a sudden, that cheering of the crowd around you while you were spinning on the earth, you can't even hear it anymore. While you're here on this earth, spinning around like an Indy 500 car, yeah, you can still hear the applause of men. 13:07 But when you get up to where you were designed to be, you can't hear it anymore. When the F-16 pilot is flying up there at 20,000, 30,000, maybe even higher than that, he can't hear the people who are looking up there and saying, wow, he's deaf to that. 13:22 The fancy car and the beautiful women and the riches of this world are completely lost on the fighter jets that are flying up there. Do you want to be set free from the things of this earth, dear young people? Ask God to take you up to where you were built to be, into the highest, into the heavenlies. 13:42 I want to talk to you about that. Worship is this. This is a saying that's taken from the, I think it's the Westminster Confession. A confession that's used by the Presbyterian churches and even though we may disagree theologically, there's a truth in this statement that encapsulates what it means to worship. 14:04 On this last day, we've been trying to focus on worship, which is the destination. The path of the righteous is like the sun, which gets brighter and brighter until the noonday. What is the noonday? Is it victory over sexual lust? 14:17 Is it overcoming addiction to internet pornography? Is it dressing modestly? Is it wearing a head covering? Is it this? Is it being a part of a local church? It's worship. The chief end of man is to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever. 14:38 If you're on this journey, my dear young people, if you're on this journey of seeking to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever, you're on the right path. If you're pursuing anything else, I want to tell you that is just Indy 500 stuff. 14:52 And you might be impressed with it. You might think, oh, I left that dead denomination. I was freed from legalism over there. Now I'm part of a New Covenant church. But if it's not along this journey of getting to the point where we are worshiping God in spirit and in truth, like Jesus said, the Father seeks, 15:12 that all of it is just another Indy race, NASCAR race. Sure, maybe you win your races on this earth. Maybe you think, I got the car to go a little bit faster. But no, you weren't built for that. You were not built. You were not created for any destination other than this, is to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever. 15:34 So, we'll look at that a little bit more closely. First of all, what does it mean to glorify God? Turn with me to 1 Corinthians chapter 6. 1 Corinthians 6. The Old Testament, as you know, the Old Covenant is a picture or a shadow, as some translations put it, 16:00 a picture of what God intended the reality to be. If I was to use an example to describe that, when Megan and I were courting, we were separated by quite some miles. I lived in California and she lived in Arkansas for most of our courtship. 16:18 And so, it was long distance. And we didn't have FaceTime and Skype back then, but we had old-fashioned pictures. You guys know what pictures are? No, I don't mean pictures on Facebook, on your phone. I mean, like, actual physical pictures. 16:33 Your children probably won't even know what those are. You mean, you actually had to take a picture and take it to Walmart and develop it? They'll ask you, what's Walmart? But we had these pictures and I had a stack of them. 16:47 I had them all over my bedroom and my desk at work and stuff like that. But imagine if after I got married to her, I was still taken up with the pictures, you know, these pictures. There she is next to me. But I'm more interested in looking at the picture than her. 17:02 You say something's wrong. Now, the reality is there. She is actually there next to you. She's talking to you. She's next to you. Why would you pick up the phone and call her when she's sitting right next to you? And a lot of people are trying to interact with God in an old covenant way, even though he's called them into the new covenant. 17:19 And that's what it is. If you're trying to please God by your service and you think that these things that you do for God are somehow your expression of worship to him, I want you to know that he wants you to know that's not it. 17:30 That is like you looking at a picture of your wife or husband when they're sitting right next to you and you can see the reality of it. And, you know, stroking their hair in the picture when you're married to them and you can actually do that in person. 17:41 And God wants to interact with you in a personal man to personal way. God to man, God to woman way. That's what the new covenant is about. 1 Corinthians chapter 6. And the reason I mention that is because under the old covenant, they had a tabernacle. 17:58 And in that tabernacle, there was a particular place where the glory of God dwelt. And if you wanted to know what it meant to glorify God, same word glory, you had to go into the most holy place where the Ark of the Covenant was. 18:12 And there above that was the Shekinah glory of God. The very essence of God was right there. And only one priest was allowed to go there once a year to see it. And I don't know what he saw. And even what he saw was just a foretaste, was just a picture of the reality. 18:31 And you know that now under the new covenant, that same glory that caused Moses' face to shine, that terrified the people on Mount Sinai. God now says, I want you to partake of that glory and for that glory to come and dwell inside. 18:46 1 Corinthians 6 verse 19. So how shall we bring God glory? How shall we manifest the glory of God under the new covenant? Verse 19. Do you not know that your body is the tabernacle now? Now it's not the temple in Jerusalem, which is not there anymore, but it's not some place. 19:09 It's not this building that many of you have fond memories of now, including myself. It's not the church building that you attend, where you attend. It's not a physical place anymore. The tabernacle where God seeks to make his glory manifest is your body. 19:25 Just the way it is. The eyes, the head, the ears, the nose, the hands, the legs. Your whole body is the tabernacle. Do you not know that your body is the tabernacle of the Spirit of God, who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own? 19:40 For you have been bought with a price. Therefore, glorify God in your body. But dear young people, you know that the way you and I will glorify God, we're talking about the chief end of man. How will I worship? How will I reach this pinnacle? 19:56 How will I reach the destination? How will I reach it so that it's the noonday sun? Glorify God in your body. When God is glorified through your physical body, do you know that that's a greater act of worship than what the priest experienced behind the veil once a year? 20:14 Let me say that again. When you glorify God in your body, that's a greater act of worship than whatever it is that the priests did with all their service and all the regulations they had to follow. And I assume that the priest had specific duties of what he was supposed to do behind that tabernacle, and oh, he better do it with a sense of reverence and awe. 20:36 And there were two priests, the sons of Eli, no, the sons of Aaron once, who did it dishonorably. They thought, ah, I can just be a little bit careless with this worship of God. And God sent fire from heaven that consumed them. 20:50 Nadab and Abihu were their names. You can read about them. There was a sense of awe. There was a sense of responsibility. And God now says, you, when you glorify me in your body, you're doing an even greater act of service. 21:04 Now, as you know, the tabernacle, there were three parts to it. There was the outer court, the holy place, and in the outer court was this building, and the building consisted of two parts. Think of it like this. Imagine that this, I doubt the tabernacle was even this big. 21:18 But let's say, for example's sake, that this was the tabernacle. And outside the tabernacle was this courtyard all the way around it. And the courtyard was where the sacrifices happened. The bulls were sacrificed out there on the altar of sacrifice. 21:37 And that's a picture of the things that you and I are set free from, the carnal things that you and I are set free from. Sins. Sins that we come and confess to God. We make sacrifices for. We don't make the sacrifice, but Jesus Christ has already made that sacrifice. 21:53 And we come to God on the basis of the sacrifice that Jesus has made. Jesus' blood is shed for us. So now I have the right to come into the tabernacle, into this building. So I come in through the door, and I find this tabernacle. 22:06 And in the tabernacle is the altar of incense. There's incense always going up before God, a picture of our praise. There's the showbread, the bread, and various other things, various other activities. There's a piece of worship that represented worship that happened in the tabernacle. 22:22 But if you came into that tabernacle, you would see something like this. It was actually a different color, purplish and other, some scarlet and some weavings on it. There was a curtain, though. And you could never go in and see what was on the other side of the curtain. 22:35 Now, if you were an average Israelite, you couldn't even come into the building. Only the Levites could come in to do their service here. But even those Levites couldn't go into the most holy place. They couldn't go through that curtain. 22:49 One high priest could, the high priest could, once a year, go through that tabernacle, go through that veil. But today you and I, because we're called to partake of the glory of God, have the privilege to come boldly into the most holy place. 23:04 This is where we worship. And the reason that's important is because, dear young people, you are being told by a world around you that worship means to have a wonderful time of praise. So let's get this out of our language altogether. 23:19 Don't call the time of singing before the message, praise and worship, because it's not. In fact, I have a feeling that most of you have had very few opportunities really to worship and to be tested in whether you're really a worshiper of God yet, 23:33 because you've been around a lot of activity. Perhaps you're still here in the holy place where there's a lot of activity. And I want to say this in no uncertain terms and for you to be absolutely certain that these activities are not what will preserve you as a worshiper of God. 23:51 And the only thing that is pleasing to God is worship. If you're dwelling here, if you're dwelling here amidst all the activity and you feel like God met with you because of the singing and because of the prayer and because of the teaching, I want you to know, 24:04 this is not that what will lead you to victory over sin. There, where you dwell in the presence of God, you will see God's glory and you'll be taken up with Him. And the sun will shine so brightly. I can imagine that that Shekinah glory was so bright and so blinding that there was nothing else that they could see. 24:24 And you know that in that most holy place, there's no activity at all. Do you long, my dear young people, to get to the place in your life where you are dwelling in the presence of God, even though you are by yourself on a deserted island? 24:37 Let me say that again. By the way, let me pause. A few of you are here very distracted. I don't know why. Maybe it's the afternoon. Maybe you're tired. But I can't tell you how important this is. This is life and death, my dear friends. 24:51 If you're looking at your phones, if you're smiling at each other, if you're goofing around, you may not have the opportunity to hear this again. It's not because I'm saying it. I would say the same thing if you were listening to any of the other speakers. 25:02 But I want you to know, if you have a casual, lackadaisical attitude towards God, while you're together with His people, can you imagine how much more the devil will take advantage of you while you're by yourself? It's a series. 25:25 Yeah. Hebrews chapter 10. I want you to know, if I speak firmly, and I've had to speak to some of you firmly, 25:47 it's because I love you. I really do care about every single one of you. There's one thing I want for you more than anything else. To save you from some of the mistakes I made as a young person. And to save you from going astray from how I see the majority of Christians are going astray. 26:04 Many of you are in church environments where you don't get to hear good teaching. And that's unfortunate. It's just, you know, it's beyond your control perhaps. But I hope that the deserts that you walk in and the wildernesses that you walk in 26:19 will create in you such a hunger and thirst and passionate desire for God that you'll squeeze every opportunity you can for fellowship and for instruction in the Word of God. So, I want one thing more than anything else. 26:34 For you to be able to stand before the judgment seat of Christ, perfect and ready for His coming. Some of you, that might happen tomorrow. That might happen a month from now. We might be sending an announcement on the RLCF Facebook page or something like that, 26:47 that one of us died in a car accident. One of us just was gone. God called us home. Or you found out that you had cancer and you had three weeks to live. This happens all over the world where we're given a short period of time and then it's gone. 27:00 Our breath is like a vapor. It's taken away very, very momentarily. But I want you to know if you are alive and you're hearing His voice today, today is the day of salvation. It's not too late. It doesn't matter how hopeless and how horrible and how much of a mess you've made of your life. 27:17 I want you to know that you might only have minutes to live. You might only have an hour to live. But if you determine with all faith to put your trust completely in God, God will make that one hour count. You remember the story of the many people who came, the servants who came to serve God. 27:35 Some of them came early in the morning. Some came midday. Some came later. And then some came for one hour. But they all got paid the same amount. What God was looking for in those servants was this mentality of, I don't know how much time I have to serve, but I'm just here to serve you. 27:50 I'm just here to give you my life completely. If you come to God with that mentality, I tell you this, I believe this with all of my heart. If you're beginning your Christian life today, but you begin with this 100% bond slave mentality, 28:02 you could die 10 minutes from now and God will welcome you into His presence as a wholehearted disciple. And you don't have to have any regret. Because when you decided and you turned to God, when you heard that call that today was the day of salvation, 28:15 you jumped in head first and you gave it all. It's better to do that than to sit and waffle with a 10% mentality or 20% mentality. If you're going to follow Jesus, do it all the way and you'll see He's worth it. So going in from the holy place to the most holy place, a lot of people think, this is what I was talking about, 28:33 that worship is singing like that praise night. Perhaps many of you thought, wow, that was the greatest worship service that I've ever had. I want you to know that's not worship. That's wonderful praise and thanksgiving and prayer. 28:47 In Hebrews chapter 10, in verse 20, we read this. Verse 19, Therefore, brethren, since we have confidence to enter the holy place by the blood of Jesus, since we have confidence to enter to this most holy place by the blood of Jesus, 29:03 by a new and living way which He inaugurated for us through the veil, that is His flesh. So here we're told, remember I told you that everything in the Old Testament was a picture for us in the New Covenant. The tabernacle and the activity that happens in the holy place is a picture, 29:21 was a picture of what you and I get to have, which is times of praise, times of fellowship, church activity, evangelism, all these other things of service that we do to God. But even that is in worship. It's when we go into the most holy place through the veil that we come into the presence of God and see His glory. 29:42 And we're told here that this veil, what is this a picture of? It's our flesh. It's His flesh. It's Jesus' flesh. And for us who are going through the veil as well, we have a flesh just like Jesus did that allows us to go into the most holy place. 29:59 What does that actually mean? That means that when I face circumstances in my life, when I face temptation, when I'm tempted to look at that picture on the computer, when I'm tempted to speak to that person a certain way, 30:09 when I'm tempted to look at the things of the world and be drawn after that, when I deny myself and say, Jesus, you've opened a way of denying yourself where you never pleased yourself even once. And I see the way that He has opened this new and living way through this veil. 30:25 Now, the veil was pretty thick, the way we understand it. It was pretty thick. It wasn't just a thin curtain like this. It was a thick veil. And that thick veil, I think, is a picture of the Christian journey that you and I are on, 30:37 pressing through day by day by day, denying ourselves, denying ourselves. You know what it said about Jesus in Romans chapter 15? Let me show you this verse. Romans 15. 30:59 Verse 3. This is a one-sentence synopsis of Jesus' life. One-sentence summary of Jesus' life in Romans 15, verse 3. Even Christ did not please Himself. Can that be said about your life, at the end of your life? Even Santosh did not please Himself. 31:22 Now, I know I used to live my life pleasing myself all the time, but even Santosh did not please Himself because he was fixing his eyes on Jesus who walked this new and living way of not pleasing Himself. So how will we glorify God? 31:36 Like I said at the beginning, worship is this, is to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever. How are we going to glorify God? In our bodies. As much as those priests experience something supernatural and something wonderful, 31:51 something so mind-blowing, you and I will experience that same glory of God when we deny ourselves, when we take up our cross. And I want you to know this, that every time you deny yourself the pleasure to do what you want to do, 32:07 you deny that and you do what God wants you to do, God is glorified in a way. Now, He hides that from us. If the consequences of sin were immediate, sin would be eradicated pretty quickly. Right? I mean, if every time you lusted, 32:24 your eye got plucked out and you couldn't get it back, I mean, you'd realize, man, I have one more eye to see. I can't ever afford to lust again because if I lust one more time, the second eye is gone. I'm going to be blind. 32:36 Of every time you spoke rudely to somebody or harshly to somebody or gossiped about somebody, a little bit more of your tongue got eaten away by some bacteria. You'd be like, wow, man, I need to be careful about how I use my tongue. 32:50 But God doesn't want that kind of service. He doesn't want the kind of obedience to Him that is based on punishment where if you do it, I will punish you and you do it again, I'll keep punishing you and punishing you and punishing you 33:01 till there's nothing left of you. Because that is obedience that leads to death. What is the result of my eye being taken away every time I lusted? It's eventually, I don't even have an eye and God can no longer prove obedience in my life, 33:16 can no longer prove my love for Him through my body. But likewise, there is one thing that is being eaten away little by little by little and that is your time. The longer you live and the more time you spend in sin or pleasing yourself, 33:31 that's time that you'll never get back. That's time that's eaten away that you'll never get back. But God doesn't want this punishment kind of mentality. He's looking for a love that comes out of, an obedience that comes out of love for Him. 33:46 In the same way that God doesn't meet out immediate punishment for sin, He does not show us immediately the way in which we glorify Him when we obey Him. So, when you deny yourself and you struggle and you fight and you ask God for grace 34:02 and you overcome in a particular area, guess what you're going to feel right after that? Probably the same. You feel that? No, no, that's what it was for me. If I fell into sin, I'd feel horrible. But if I overcame, I kind of just felt about the same. 34:17 I mean, I didn't feel any euphoria or anything like that. All of a sudden, didn't all of a sudden get a revelation of, wow, I'm glad that I pleased God for those five minutes because look at that glory. God doesn't allow us 34:29 to be drawn by these temporary satisfactions because it takes faith to believe that every time I go into the ground and die, there is a resurrection power that is coming up through it. And it takes faith. I can't see it with my eyes. 34:44 I can't see the way in which God is being glorified through my taking up my cross and denying myself. But you must believe that it's happening. So, take up your cross and believe if you're going through trying circumstances, 34:56 if you're under the authority of your parents and it's hurtful to be there and it's squeezing your spirit to be there or you're in a church environment where you feel like you're not growing but you know you must continue to go there 35:10 because you're under the authority of your parents or you don't have another option, do it joyfully and take up your cross and fix your eyes on Jesus. Do you think that the preachers in the synagogues in Jesus' day were fascinating? 35:25 If anything, they were boring. I mean, they preached the Old Covenant more than any Old Covenant preacher today, I believe. They were the Pharisees. But Jesus sat there and took up His cross for 30 years. Took up His cross 35:37 listening to these dead sermons saying, well, okay, I'll wait for Him to be done speaking until He opens the scroll again and starts reading from some passage in the Old Testament and then I'll pay attention and I'll grab 35:49 every little word. Who was it that taught Jesus the Word of God? Who was it that taught Jesus the Scriptures when He was young? Did He have some supernatural ability to automatically know it? How was Jesus able to quote the Scriptures 36:04 to the devil? Do you know how? Because He listened to the Pharisees. He listened to those in authority over Him who were completely imperfect. In fact, those same people probably ended up in hell. But Jesus said, I'm not going to sit here 36:16 and judge those Pharisees for how they lived their lives, but I'm going to use every opportunity, any chance I can get to hear the Word of God because I know there's life in it. And that's why I perk up when somebody's reading the Bible, 36:28 even if it's somebody who doesn't even believe it because I want to soak in the Word of God as much as possible. You can glorify God in your bodies, my dear brothers and sisters, dear young people. You can glorify God in your bodies. 36:41 You may not be able to see it. In fact, you probably won't be able to see the extent of it until you reach the end of your lives. I want to talk about enjoying God because this is so critical as well. The word enjoying comes from the word joy. 36:56 That means there's something about God that brings you joy. Something about God that brings you joy. You know, when Jesus called the disciples, you can read about this in the Gospels. He called Peter and Andrew at one point. 37:10 He called James and John another time. He called Matthew while he was in his office. He called Philip. He called Nathaniel. Well, Philip called Nathaniel. When they called, when Jesus called the disciples, I see something 37:22 very interesting going on. I see that the moment he said, follow me, boom, they followed him. And they left, it says, they left their nets and followed him. In the case of James and John, they were with their father, Mr. Zebedee, 37:37 and they left their nets and followed him immediately. And yet, when I look at the world and the evangelism that goes on around the world today, I see there's a lot of pleading. There's a lot of chorusing, oh, please come 37:50 and let me convince you. Let me, let me beg you. Let me, let me show you all the ways in which Jesus will be good for you. You know why? I think the joy of discipleship is missing. You know, I, the reason I think James and John 38:02 and Peter and Andrew and all the other disciples reacted that way is because they had a completely different mindset. Imagine if, you know, the Olympics are going on in Brazil today and imagine a few months ago when they were 38:12 selecting the teams that would represent the United States in whatever sports, whether it's soccer or athletics or fencing or gymnastics and they heard that you were pretty good at it and they showed up in the back of that hall 38:27 and said, hey you, we want you to be on the team. What would your reaction be? Here they are calling you to represent the United States of America in the Olympics. I mean, you'd be out of here in a flash. You're like, yes, 38:40 really? You picked me to be on your team? You know the feeling when you're out there and they're picking teams and there's two captains and they're going to pick teams for basketball or soccer or whatever it is. You know how 38:52 if your name gets called first you think, all of a sudden you perk up your shoulders and you sit tall and you're like, yes, I got picked first. And if you get picked last, you're looking around and there's two of you left 39:03 and you're thinking, I hope I'm not dead last. Pick me, please. At least don't let me be last. I've been on both ends of the spectrum so you don't have to feel embarrassed if you are there. But this is the difference between those who have seen 39:17 the call of Jesus and those who haven't. If the call of discipleship and the yoke that Jesus called you to go under seems heavy, I want to tell you that the devil has succeeded in blinding your eyes into what Jesus is calling you to. 39:33 Rather than me spend more time convincing you that you should, I would ask you to go on your knees before God and ask God to show you what exactly He's calling you to. And I've been asking the Lord to show me this because I see it 39:47 it takes me so long to respond to God's call in so many areas. And the reason for that is it's because the sun has still not risen high enough. The reason I'm still staring at the moon is because the sun is still low on the horizon. 40:00 The reason I'm still taken up with Mercury and Venus and Sirius and all the other stars and planets and fascinated by that is because the sun is still there low on the horizon. The secret is not more convincing about how ugly 40:14 the moon really is compared to the sun. The secret is to being focused on the sun and having the sun rise in my life. The secret to joy. So the disciples had a sense of joy when Jesus called them. This joy of you picked me 40:31 to be on your team saying do I have to? Is that what your response is when Jesus calls you? When he says don't lust after women young people you say really? You mean not even once? I can't even admire their beauty for a second. 40:47 How far can I go before I actually lust? I think there was a question of some sort on that on the question yesterday. At what point does it become lust? I'll tell you dear young men don't even let it get to the point where you think 41:01 it might be. If there's a potential that you might turn away if it means being extra radical be it. Why? Because your attitude is not one of do I have to? But I get to. I get to have the eyes of Jesus. I get to be pure like him. 41:17 And I want you to know the Holy Spirit wants you to know that the eyes of Jesus and being able to look with purity and having a pure heart and a pure body is far more enjoyable than pleasing your eyes with lust. Pleasing Jesus 41:31 and pleasing God is ultimately far more enjoyable than any pleasure you can get from this earth. That's what he wants you to see. But the devil will convince you otherwise. He will convince you that there is a pleasure that you're going to 41:43 miss out on now. We heard about Esau a few days ago. What was the test that Esau faced? Esau came back from hunting and was completely famished completely tired and thirsty and hungry and Jacob had a convenient bowl of stew 42:00 ready for him. Smelled good looked good and he knew it was going to taste good. The devil will come when you're tired and you're lonely and you're famished and you're thirsty and hungry and he'll present to you something 42:13 that will satisfy you in the moment. At the end of a long day at the end of a hard working day when you come home at night he'll present you the opportunity to get on your phone to get on your computer when maybe you've been 42:28 let down by people around you and it's in those moments that you must choose whether to be like Esau and say well yes I can't do anything I'm just going to give in to this pleasure or to say Lord please help me in this circumstance 42:41 that I can see your glory that I can see the joy of serving you far greater than the temporary joy I would get from this this circumstance what was it that kept Jesus going in Hebrews chapter 12 you can know this young people 42:58 that no matter what the circumstance you face Jesus faced exactly the same thing if you're tempted to lust and you think I must be an odd person because I have such intense desire to lust and everybody else seems to be okay 43:12 I want you to know that Jesus faced as much pressure and as much temptation to lust as you face I think on the cross while he was hanging the devil was trying to get him to lust if he could throughout his life Jesus battled it 43:27 and he overcame no matter what you're going through no matter what the temptation that you're facing and you may feel like nobody else here is facing the same temptation I want you to know that Jesus faced that temptation 43:39 that's the reality of that verse in Hebrews 4 he was tempted in all points as you are let me be honest with you let me be frank for a moment I don't know if any of you struggle with homosexuality I believe with all of my heart 43:52 this is a battle that Christians are facing in the world today as well that the battle in that area is a temptation that Jesus faced now I don't want to dig deeper than that I don't want to dig deeper than that because scripture 44:06 doesn't allow me to I don't want to dig deep enough to say did he actually was he tempted to look at another man or anything like that except this that he was tempted in all points that means all points the temptation that any human being 44:23 in the world faces today in that point Jesus was tempted the reason I say that is because all of you are tempted by the devil to think that this will have this feeling that somehow I'm a little bit different somehow this pressure 44:39 that I'm facing in this particular situation is far different than anybody has ever faced how am I ever going to make it through I don't know of anybody that's ever made it through such intense trial I don't know anybody who's faced 44:50 such calamity and distress all in one day this is the worst day of my life you'll be tempted to think that but your comfort and your hope must come from not this that somebody else made it through but more than that perhaps other people 45:03 have made it through but more than that that Jesus made it through Jesus never had a phone Jesus never had a computer to be tempted in that specific way but the very temptation you are facing in that area Jesus is faced 45:17 already and overcome how did he face it Hebrews chapter 12 we were looking at that verse 2 verse 1 therefore since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin 45:32 which so easily entangles us and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us how? fixing our eyes on Jesus the author and perfecter of faith who? when we fix our eyes on Jesus what are we doing? we're not fixing 45:50 our eyes necessarily on Jesus the Lamb of God seated there at the right hand of the Father that's for my forgiveness and for my justification when I have fallen into sin I look to Jesus on the cross and the empty tomb and Jesus 46:06 the right hand of the Father my interceder and I see that I don't have to bear the burden of my guilt anymore so that's my past that's the things I've already done I've got mercy for that I've got justification I'm free from guilt 46:19 I have an intercessor so when the accuser comes at me I look to Jesus my intercessor but when I'm looking for how to make it through my trial right now what do I need? I need to see Jesus not the Jesus seated at the right hand 46:31 of God but the Jesus who's right here next to me looking at that same woman that I'm tempted to look with lust at dealing with that same situation that I'm about to deal with I can picture I can see Jesus right there next to me 46:47 on this earth because he was tempted in all points as I am and I can know that here I am in the midst of this situation facing a temptation and so dear young men especially you can sit there at the computer and you know 46:59 how you've gone down those pathways but in that moment I hope you'll hear the words of the Bible and I hope you'll be reminded of my words again where you're about to go down those pathways or on your phone and you can for that moment 47:13 immediately recognize that Jesus is there with you and he offers you a way through you know it says in 1 Corinthians 10 verse 13 that with the wow I just destroyed that need to back up a little bit I'm getting too excited 47:29 with the way of with the temptation he'll provide a way of escape I remember thinking of it like this that you know in every room it's got these exit signs it's fire code you're required to have it that way if there's an earthquake 47:43 the lights go out and something's happened there's a fire you'll always see that light I guess we need to fix that light because that's out but at least we've got two other ones that tell us but you immediately know no matter what 47:55 those will always stay on that's the way out my dear young people men and women alike when you're in the midst of that temptation and that trial that intensity of trial I want you to know this Jesus has got his light on saying 48:08 this is the way out follow me fixing our eyes on Jesus not the Jesus who's there in heaven the same Jesus it's only one Jesus but I don't I don't see him there and think well okay he did it but I don't know how but he's an example 48:23 for me because he walked in these shoes and he was tempted in the same temptation same area that I'm being tempted now and say Jesus you made it through how do I get through fixing our eyes on Jesus and how is it that he got through 48:35 we see in Hebrews chapter 12 verse 2 who for the joy set before him for the joy set before him I want to tell you a little bit about joy do you know why you can be joyful Hebrews chapter Ephesians chapter 1 why you must be 48:59 absolutely why you can be absolutely enraptured with the call with the call of Jesus when he says if you want to follow me you must take up your cross and follow me that ought to sound greater than the US Olympic committee coming 49:14 to me and saying hey we want you to swim on the US Olympic team I mean that's nothing compared to Jesus saying come take up your cross and follow me you get to do this young person there will be no crosses to carry in heaven 49:27 there will be no denying of ourselves to do in heaven there will be no temptation to overcome in heaven it will all be done away with but neither will there be opportunities to show how much you love your Savior and to experience 49:41 the joy that comes through suffering you only have those opportunities here on earth in Ephesians chapter 1 verse 18 Paul says to the church in Ephesus I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened so that you will know 49:55 what is the hope of his calling what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints whose inheritance what do you think whose Jesus' inheritance what do you think Jesus' inheritance is 50:15 Jesus' inheritance pause for a moment and think what could that possibly mean Jesus is God he's in need of nothing God is there owns the cattle on a thousand hills owns nothing why would he have an inheritance what is an inheritance 50:34 first of all inheritance is let's say I have a rich father or grandfather who dies and they have a lot of wealth they give that wealth as an inheritance to their children and to their grandchildren we did nothing to earn it 50:45 the only basis on which I have that wealth now is because I'm their son or their daughter he's my father he's my grandfather because of that relationship I get a gift of that inheritance now God says I got an inheritance 51:02 when I got you I got an inheritance when I got you do you see the delight in the father's eyes over you his son you his daughter I don't know how to describe this other than this and I've used this example before when God says 51:18 that we are his inheritance and he says I am excited that you are mine the best picture I can get of that is this way I became richer when I got my child my first child and my other children as well I became richer 51:39 now you can say well you look at it physically you have to spend more money on them before that it was just my wife and I we had two mouths to feed now I've got a third mouth to feed and I got to think about sending this kid to school 51:50 and buying clothes for that person and doing this other thing and I got to buy a bed for them to sleep on and I got to pay my electricity bill is going to go up and then this and this and this that's my daughter I can look at it 52:05 I can look at it like that and think I'm going to spend all this I'm going to have to spend all this money to care for this child or I could look at it like this that I get to have this child this child is my inheritance 52:17 and I consider myself richer because of my daughter who wakes up in the middle of my messages and cries but I'm a richer man because of it and you see that that's the heart of God and when you're tempted to think oh God 52:31 poor me I have nothing to offer to you I have no gifts I'm just a nobody I sit in the back of the church and nobody even speaks to me I'm useless to your kingdom get that idea out of your mind and God says you're valuable to me 52:43 or you may say God I failed so much I'm still defeated by all these sins I'm completely useless to your kingdom he says no I'm richer because you're my son because you're my daughter this ought to bring joy into our lives 52:56 God comes himself richer because of you I want to show you another passage in Luke chapter 15 you'll see joy sprinkled throughout the gospel message in fact in fact a gospel message that is lacking joy and this enjoyment 53:17 of God is a false gospel it's presented the wrong way or you're hearing it the wrong way in Luke chapter 15 there are three stories how would you let me give let's do an exercise I'm almost done how would you describe the summary 53:33 of these three stories you know it's the story of the sheep the story of the coin and the story of the son how would you summarize those in a sentence anybody want to take a shot at it sorry lost and found okay what were you going 53:47 to say Michal say that again God loves us yes lost and found God loves us any other any other ideas yes joy yeah I've started to see joy there you know what let me summarize it this way then somebody had something that got lost 54:06 that got found and then they had a big party let me say that again this is the path of the righteous there was something it got lost it was found and they threw a big party that's throughout all three of these stories and I've started 54:24 to get taken up with the party more than all the rest of the story you know and I like to sing that song when God ran but perhaps I'll take some time to write another verse that talks about what happened after the prodigal 54:37 son came inside what was that party like with the father sitting there and this prodigal son sitting there next to him what must have that conversation have been like where the son is like sitting there afraid of what the father 54:53 is going to ask him and he looks he's afraid to look at his father but he senses that the father is just staring at him and he expects that the father is going to ask him so did you even come back with a dollar left or did you spend it all 55:05 he expects that kind of a question and so he just nervously looks up and he just sees his father smiling at him yes dad why are you looking at me why are you staring at me and I imagine the father saying because I haven't 55:18 got to look at you all these years while you were away now I can I can look at you all I want you're the delight of my eyes I find pleasure in just you being here next to me yeah you still kind of look a little beat up yeah maybe 55:34 you still need a few more showers before you smell good and all that but that doesn't bother me you're here you're home you know that this is how your father looks at you focus on the party dear young people focus on the joy 55:50 that God experiences in heaven that was the essence of what Jesus told the Pharisees there is more joy in heaven over one sinner that repents than over 99 other righteous ones who have no need of repentance if you feel like 56:09 you're the worst person here in this room because of the things you've done or the condition of your life or the sins that still beset you that you're not yet sure that you're going to overcome I want you to know this if you focus on the joy 56:21 if you come back home in faith and focus on the joy you will overcome what is it that brings pleasure to God have you thought about this what is it that pleases God I used to think that victory over sin was pleasing to God 56:38 if I could somehow be freed from that besetting sin that would be pleasing to God I want to tell you that that's not the answer the Bible never says that if you overcome sin you are pleasing to God you are called to be an overcomer 56:52 don't doubt that for a moment the book of Revelation is very clear you must be an overcomer but we are told very clearly how it is that we overcome what is the victory that overcomes the world somebody tell me faith which means what 57:05 God's looking down in pleasure with me and seeing me as an overcomer is not whether I actually overcame or not in that circumstance but this is their genuine faith in my life when the son of man comes down to this earth 57:20 he's not going to see alright who's overcoming who overcame who overcame so and so just fell an hour ago sorry you can't come with me you fell last night into sin sorry you can't come with me no that's not what he's going to see 57:33 what he's going to look down and see is faith that's what he's looking for and so whether you fell a minute ago the last time or an hour ago or 10 hours ago or 10 days ago or 10 years ago in a particular area do you have faith today 57:49 and the sad thing is that there are some people who fell a short time ago who are genuinely looking up to God in faith and others who haven't even fallen in that area ever in their lives perhaps who are not looking to God in faith 58:05 and God looks at the sinner and finds faith did you follow me that's why when Jesus was here on this earth he said there's more hope for the tax gatherers and the prostitutes and I would say there's more hope you know I think 58:18 the people of today are the people who are falling into the worst sins from the conservative Christian mindset there's more hope for you who are addicted to pornography there are more there's more hope for the homosexuals 58:31 there's more hope for the prostitutes and the loose licentious women who have faith that's the point it's not that you go out and live that sin and that God thinks of sin lightly no but if you come if having fallen into sin 58:46 if you come to God in faith say Father I am not giving up I'm not going to let go of you I am looking to you and my only way out of this mess is you and Jesus says come you will overcome faith is the victory that overcomes the world 59:01 and so God doesn't look at the falling and the not falling the falling and the not falling he looks for those who have faith who are walking by faith who as many times as they fall they get up like that verse that Phil quoted 59:15 Proverbs 24 verse 16 the world is performance based but heaven is redemption based I have that on there the world is performance based and that's why it's so easy for us to bring this mindset into Christendom oh I did well today 59:32 I didn't fall in a particular area God you must be happy with me it's been a week since I last did that God you must be happy with me that's performance based religion it's not Christianity Christianity is joy that comes from redemption 59:45 where whether I've fallen into sin in a long time or not my joy comes from the fact that I like you and like everybody else who is the son of God is redeemed and I find my joy in that redemption and that's why Jesus could say 59:59 there's more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over 99 others who have no need of repentance what is it that causes the joy in heaven it's not the sin you know it's not like God is looking for you to sin some more 1:00:11 so that he can have joy in heaven no sin does not bring any pleasure to God don't doubt don't question that for a moment but repentance brings him such pleasure because it is an act of faith it's saying Father I have no way 1:00:23 out of this situation but I turn to you in genuine dependence on you faith heaven is redemption based the other thing I want to say in this regard is that God takes delight in solving big problems you know I find when I read the 1:00:40 we've been going through the book of Matthew as a church in our sermons and I find that every time somebody came to Jesus with a problem he didn't all of a sudden say man you got another problem you're still another blind person 1:00:51 another demon possessed he never got sick of them saying man you wicked and perverse generation or you you you people you're always blind always demon possessed one person after another anytime somebody came to him with a problem 1:01:06 he said do you want me to heal you and he did you know when he used those strong terms saying there's no hope for you or I can't do anything for you is when there was unbelief but no matter how big the problem was if it was 1:01:19 a seemingly small problem like a fever that Peter's mother-in-law had Jesus could heal it if it was a seemingly big problem like a dead girl well a person girl who was sick and then died he could solve that or a seemingly 1:01:32 even bigger problem a man who's been dead four days like Lazarus was Jesus could solve that the lesson of that story the lesson of that all is that God is not limited by the size of our problem he's not limited by the size of the problem 1:01:47 he's not limited by how horrible you think your sin is what he's limited by is whether you believe he will do it for you or not do you trust him do you believe he'll do it for you he'll do it for you there's no problem no addiction 1:02:01 no sin there's nothing that is too difficult for God find your joy in this God who has redeemed you I'll end with this there is hope I already talked about that turn with me to Hebrews chapter 2 there is hope if you still believe 1:02:19 Hebrews 2 verse sorry it's Hebrews 3 verse 12 here's some serious words young people watch out 1:02:42 young people that's what I see verse 12 take care watch out that there not be in any of you an evil unbelieving heart that falls away from the living God but encourage one another after day after day as long as it is still 1:02:57 called today so that none of you will be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin for we have become partakers of Christ if we hold fast the beginning of our assurance firm until the end while it is said today if you hear his voice 1:03:13 do not harden your hearts if you can this is how I like to think of it if you can hear the words today if you can say today what does that mean that means you have breath in you because the time will come and you won't be able to say 1:03:26 today walk by the grave walk by a graveyard or a cemetery that's filled with the bodies or the rotting bodies of people who once could say today but who cannot say today anymore because their their eternity their eternal reality 1:03:42 is is where they are today you can still say today today you can still hear these words which means today there is still opportunity to repent today there is still opportunity to see your father rejoicing over you and throwing that 1:03:56 party over you because you repented today if you hear his voice harden not your heart and he's talking about what is it that hardens our heart it's unbelief he's talking about unbelief which means what your heart will be 1:04:10 hardened if you say Jesus I think my problem is too big I went to so and so they said no there's no hope for you I went to that other person no hope for you there's no hope for me the hardened heart is the one that says 1:04:22 this problem is one that I will never overcome I will never get victory in this area you should never be saying that young people let me leave you with one last thought God has presented before you a blank check he's going to ask 1:04:38 you to write in the amount that you want to cash on his bank how many how much will you write you'll think okay I've been getting by with a few cents all my life let me write ten dollars in there here's a blank check the richest man 1:04:54 in the world is giving you and you write ten dollars because you're embarrassed or you think is he really going to give it to me I don't want to make a fool of myself if I write a lot then it doesn't really work let me just write 1:05:05 ten how much are you going to write on the blank check that God is giving you this is how I worded it our job my job I like to think of it like this there's a picture the Lord gave me this morning as I was just gathering my thoughts 1:05:21 for this message our job this conference has been to get you to add a few zeros to the end of that check now a zero is a nothing right it's a nothing you put a zero by itself it's absolutely nothing but God has put the one 1:05:38 there that is Christ Jesus and he says you write in if you've been writing ten dollars all this time put a zero at the end of it say Lord I'm going back from this youth conference not imagining that my life is going to be 1:05:48 any easier or anything like that but I'm determined this I used to just cash in my ten dollar check now I'm coming to you with a hundred dollar check and I believe you're going to be good for it I used to think that you would 1:05:58 give me victory over lust once a month but now I'm coming to you and saying once a week Lord is the most but now don't stop there I hope you're going back looking for how many more zeros you can add to that check than you've 1:06:12 already been adding many of you are already born again getting by with a little bit God has the richest of the nature of Christ available to you all purity all self-control all love all joy all patience for every circumstance 1:06:29 that means no matter what you go through you will never become impatient do you want that kind of life that no matter what you go through you will always be kind no matter what you go through you will always be gentle long-suffering 1:06:40 full of love full of joy full of peace full of faithfulness do you want that add on a few zeros don't wait till next year to come back and add the next zero you can do it through the power of your holy spirit how many zeros 1:06:54 will you add to your check today I hope that it will be endless because the infinite God the eternal God has his eternal life to give to you for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoever believes in him 1:07:12 for this will not perish but have infinity have eternal life all the zeros you can imagine and that beats any problem you could face on this earth let's pray father I pray 1:07:33 that you will give us ears to hear what you speak to us all the time I pray especially for these young people Lord that you will speak to their hearts even after they leave this conference that they will make it the passion of their 1:07:50 life to serve you and to please you never please themselves and come to you with bigger checks and claiming bigger things in faith according to your word than they've ever asked before fill us with your Holy Spirit Lord we pray 1:08:06 I cry out to you that you'll pour your Holy Spirit upon us you promised us that if we came to you in faith if we ask you for bread you won't give us a stone if we ask you for fish you won't give us a serpent if you ask you for 1:08:17 an egg you're not going to give us a scorpion we thank you Lord that your what your plans for us are for our welfare not for our calamity to give us a future and a hope today I choose today to add another zero to the end of 1:08:30 my check that I'm bringing to you and cashing in your name because of the riches that are available to me in Christ Jesus do it Father I pray in my life in the lives of each of these young people as they go back to their 1:08:43 homes to the their circumstances at work and home and church life I pray Father that you will strengthen them and preserve them for your kingdom that they will be ready for your return we don't know when it will be but we 1:08:55 know it's soon we want to be ready we want to use every opportunity to follow you to hear your call and to see you beaming over us with joy in Jesus name Amen Amen
