Lord, change me instead of my trialInstead of asking God to remove challenging circumstances or other people, we should pray that He roots out our own bitterness, resentment, and fleshly reactions.

Demonstrating His matchless worthGod shows mercy to the foremost of sinners so that His perfect patience and loving kindness are demonstrated, shutting the mouth of the enemy and exalting Jesus.
