Summary
A good conscience requires reconciliation both with God and with people. When dealing with people, one must apologize and seek forgiveness for wrongs committed. When dealing with money gained unrighteously, one must either repay the specific person or, if the original owner is unknown, give the money to the poor or the church, as all things ultimately belong to God.
