0:00 I want to tell you about the last words of Jesus before he went to heaven. 0:30 It is very interesting to see, it is in John 21 and Acts chapter 1. The Lord told many things to his disciples during three and a half years. 1:02 But in the end we find him giving some advice to his disciples. And if we listen to that advice, it will be good for us. 1:25 So the first example is John 21, where the Lord told Peter in verse 18, "Truly, truly I say to you, when you were young you girded yourself and walked where you wanted, but when 1:47 you are old someone else will tie your hands and take you where you don't want to go." 2:12 And then he tells us, this, by this verse 19, he was signifying what kind of death Peter would die to glorify God. And I think Peter understood this, that now I can go where I like but one day somebody will 2:36 tie my hands and take me and probably kill me. And then Jesus said, "You follow me." So, Peter, instead of saying, "Yes, Lord, I will do that." 3:01 See, many years ago, three years earlier when he was catching fish and the Lord said, "Leave all that and follow me." He said, "Yes, I will come." But now, when the Lord says, "Follow me," he doesn't immediately say, "Yes, I'll do 3:23 that." It says he turned around and saw the disciple, that is John, he saw John. And he looked at John and he turned to the Lord and said, "What about him? 3:47 Is he also going to die or only I'm going to die?" In other words, he was asking, "Is he also going to die like me or he's going to have an easy life?" I told you in the morning how the devil won't allow you to look at other people whose life 4:18 is worse than yours, but at other people whose life is better than yours. So, you look at people whose life is maybe easier or more comfortable and you feel jealous. 4:46 Or you feel unhappy. And so, Peter was also looking at John saying, "I'm going to suffer. What about him?" That's a very common temptation we face when we are going through some difficulty to look at other believers and say, "What about them? 5:13 They are not going to suffer like me?" Now we know that John lived about 30 years more than Peter. And as far as we know, he didn't die in the same way that Peter died. 5:39 And we can learn something from this. Whenever we have a question in our mind concerning somebody else, another believer, "Oh, how is he going to go with that person?" 6:01 Why should only I have difficulty? Why should only I have some trial? Why should I only have a difficult mother-in-law and that person has a good mother-in-law? Or I have a difficult job, he doesn't have a difficult job. 6:27 Or, "I've got such a small house, he's got a good house." It's a very common temptation. And what does Jesus reply to Peter? "If I want him to live till I come back, what is that to you?" 6:50 That means 2,000 years. If I want John to live for 2,000 years, what is that to you? That is the question the Lord asks us. Why are you bothered about other believers? 7:16 Why can't you mind your own business? Do you follow me? What does it matter how I deal with that believer? So, essentially what the Lord was telling them, Peter was, "You mind your own business." 7:40 Why you want to mind other people's business? How that person is doing or what that person is going to suffer, it's none of your business. Well, that can be a very common habit among believers, to mind other people's business. 8:05 What about this man? What about that woman? We must get that out of our mind. That was the last thing that Jesus mentioned in the Gospels. Don't be curious about things that don't concern you. 8:35 You follow me, that's enough. Don't worry about whether other people are following me or not. Don't worry about whether they have an easy life or a difficult life. You see, 2nd Corinthians chapter 10, 2nd Corinthians 10, verse 12. 9:06 See, Paul is talking about certain preachers who are comparing themselves with Paul and saying, "We are also as good as Paul." But Paul says, "We don't compare ourselves with others like them." 9:30 I'm not 2nd Corinthians 10, verse 12. There are some people who try to praise themselves, but we are not in that category of those who compare ourselves with them. Paul saved himself from that. I'm not trying to find out if I'm a better preacher than that person. 9:55 Or, I'm a better singer. Or, I play some instrument better than somebody else. See, all these things can be in the church. Even among elders, I'm a better elder than that person. 10:15 Or, my church is better than that church. Or, more people are coming to my church than that church. The Lord will say, "What is that to you? You follow me." You mind your own business. Or, my children are better than that person's children. 10:45 Be very careful. People who boast like that will destroy themselves and destroy their children one day. Paul was wise. He said, "We don't compare ourselves with such people who think that they are so good in some area." 11:08 Then he says in verse 12, "But when they measure themselves by themselves and compare themselves like that with each other, they are without understanding." That means they are all foolish. 11:30 If you want to be foolish, compare yourself with other believers. If you want to be foolish, compare your children with other people's children. Compare your church with other churches. Any type of comparison. 11:53 How smart you are, others are not so smart. You know the disciples had this habit also. They were frequently asking God one question. Asking the Lord. 12:15 Who is the greatest? In Matthew 18, he was asking, they were asking, "Who is the greatest in God's kingdom?" And they got a big surprise when Jesus took a little, small one-year-old baby and said, "This is the greatest." 12:42 He really humbled all of them. They are thinking, "Is it Peter or James or who is the greatest?" And they said, "No, none of them, this little child is the greatest." And then later on at the end of the last day, at the last supper, again they were discussing, "Who is the greatest? You or me?" 13:03 See, we have to learn something from this. Why were they asking all that? They were not filled with the Holy Spirit. After the day of Pentecost, everything changed. 13:23 So what do we learn from that? When you compare yourself with other believers, you are not filled with the Holy Spirit. That is your problem. You are like the disciples before the day of Pentecost. 13:45 After the day of Pentecost, that is not what they were discussing. They may have had disagreements among them, like Paul and Barnabas. But they were not discussing after that who is greater. So I want to say to all of you. 14:09 All of you who think you are better than some other person. Or you are a better elder, or you are a better church. Or children are better than those people's children. 14:31 I have one advice for you. Ask God to fill you with the Holy Spirit. And then you will get the Spirit of Christ filling you. Then you will not be thinking who is better or who is greater. 14:55 Then your mind will always be the mind of Christ to serve others, not to see who is greater. And you will not be looking around and seeing John, what about him? Is he also going to suffer? 15:17 You will not be looking around to other believers to see what is wrong with them or what is happening to them. See, there is a natural curiosity in the race of Adam. That we keep on like to find out things about other people. 15:43 The Bible says we must follow Paul as he followed Christ. And so if you see some brother who is following Christ, to learn from him how to follow Christ is a good thing. But to be curious about all types of things that don't help you to follow Jesus. 16:05 It is a terrible sin among many of God's people. Do you seek to find out from others how you can follow Jesus better? 16:25 Or are you curious about all types of unnecessary things which don't help you to follow Jesus? That is Peter's question. What about this man? What is it going to be like in him? A curiosity that is not going to help you. 16:46 And the Lord will say to you, like he said to Peter, what is that to you? Why does it bother you what is going to happen to him? Your job is only to follow me. 17:06 So if you want to find out from somebody how to follow Jesus better, that is a good thing. But all types of other information is not going to help us. So if you fill your mind with all types of other information, you won't have place there for God's word. 17:31 See our mind is not like a huge universe where we can stuff everything. See like in this room, you can say, how many chairs can you put into this room? I don't know, supposing you say put about, pack it all in, maybe you can put 200 chairs. 17:58 There is a capacity, you can't go beyond that. So, after that you want to put a table in, you will have to take out some chairs. Or you want a pulpit in, you have to take out some chairs, because they are all packed with chairs. 18:18 So, our mind is like that. If you want to put something useful in, you got to get rid of all the things which are useless which is in our mind. I will tell you the reason why many of you don't have place in your mind to memorize the word of God. 18:44 One of the very sad things I find is so many people in our church are so ignorant about the Bible. They don't know most of the verses in the Bible. They are good listeners to sermons. 19:06 But when they get into some trial, they don't know which verse will help them. Okay, you ask yourself, if you are like that, ask yourself this question. Have you got lot of information in your mind about other people, which is absolutely useless? 19:30 That is why you have no place in that mind for God's word, because it is stuffed with all that useless information. Get rid of it. And fill it with something useful. There are many things I read and I hear, but I throw it out. 19:55 I read the newspaper every day, see what is happening in the world. But I don't have to keep all that information in my mind. It comes and it, okay. Throw it away. If it is necessary for me, I keep it. If it is not necessary for me, why should I remember all those things? 20:16 I want to give you a little bit of advice. Don't worry about John or James or Andrew or anybody. Jesus says, you worry about yourself. You follow me. 20:37 Very, very good advice. Now you go to Acts chapter 1. These are also the last days of Jesus. And he was telling them, for 40 days, verse 3, the last part, he said, 40 days he was telling them about the kingdom of God. 21:02 And then he said, in order to possess this kingdom, you must be baptized in the Holy Spirit, verse 5. Verse 5, you must be baptized in the Holy Spirit. That is what is important for you. 21:23 Kingdom of God, you must be baptized in the Holy Spirit. And see, now they are not interested in that. They ask, what about Israel, kingdom of Israel, verse 6. See, it's just like Peter's question. 21:43 The Lord is talking about one thing, they are talking about, what about this earthly kingdom of Israel, are we going to get something here? Are we going to be ministers or chief minister in Israel? And see what the Lord told them. 22:03 Same thing. That is none of your business. That is none of your business. Mind your own business. Don't worry about kingdom of Israel, that is in the father's power. And verse authority, verse 7, he will do that in his own time. 22:20 That is the father's business. Why do you want to interfere in all that? No, you don't have to put your head into all that. There is no need for you to know all that. See, even about spiritual things, sometimes people ask all types of questions about things which are not necessary for us. 22:44 Not only about people, but about future things. What is heaven going to be like? How is it going to be in heaven? And so many things about the future which are not clearly written in the scriptures. 23:09 Like they asked, when will the kingdom come to Israel? And the Lord says, you don't need to know all that. There is no need for you to know all that. So much information about things which the father has decided in his own time he will do it. 23:26 Don't worry about it. What you need, verse 8, is to be filled with the Holy Spirit. Again he brings them back to what he said in verse 5. Don't worry about all that, you be filled with the Holy Spirit. 23:47 And I want to tell you, one of the biggest lacks, lacking things in CFC churches is people are not filled with the Holy Spirit. That is the reason for so many problems. It is not that we don't have knowledge. 24:07 You all have more knowledge than any church in Chennai. But it is possible that some other people may be more filled with the Spirit than you are. That is the important thing. You can know all about the kingdom of Israel and about the future and all that, but it is not the main thing we need to know. 24:32 Bible knowledge is not the main thing. When God is going to do this and when God is going to do that, leave that to God. You mind your own business. What is your business? 24:53 You have got to be baptized in the Holy Spirit. And be my witnesses. You know, if we single-mindedly concentrate on what God has called us to do. What is that? 25:13 To be filled with the Holy Spirit. And to be a burning fire for God. Even if I don't know so many other things, it is not important. So, that is also a type of curiosity. One is curiosity about other people. 25:36 And the other is curiosity about a lot of spiritual things which are not help to you. So, be careful about these two types of curiosity. Remember, that is the last thing that Jesus spoke about before he left the earth. 25:58 Curiosity about people, curiosity about things in relation to the future. But, I have found these are two things which are very common among believers. And they don't seek to be filled with the Holy Spirit. 26:21 So, you need to ask yourself whether you have got rid of these two curiosities in your life. Can you honestly say, I am not curious about anything about other people. 26:41 I am not interested in hearing the latest gossip about somebody in the church or my neighbors or anybody. I am not interested. I am not interested. I am not interested. I am not interested. I am not interested to find out all types of things which are not clearly written in the scriptures. 27:10 There is a little bit written in the book of Revelation about the future. There is only one book out of 27 in the New Testament. There is only one book out of 27 in the New Testament. Why not study the other 26 books and see how to live a holy life? 27:36 It is much more important to get rid of your anger than to find out something about the future. And for you men, it is much more important to overcome lusting after women than to know all types of things about other people and about the future. 27:55 Those are the things written more in the New Testament. And if you concentrate on those things, you will come to such a need in your life because you are so defeated. You say, Lord, I am so defeated by my anger. 28:21 Why am I curious about all these other things? I am so defeated by my sexual lust. Why do I have to be curious about interpretations of Revelation? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? 28:38 Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? 28:43 Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? 28:48 Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? 28:53 Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? 28:58 Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? 29:03 Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? Why do I have to be curious about the Lord? 29:08 For ten days they did not find out what is going to happen to John or Andrew or anybody else. No, they did not try to find out about the kingdom of Israel or any future things. They waited on the Lord for ten days. They took his exhortation, mind your own business. 29:33 Don't be curious about other people's affairs. And don't be curious about unnecessary things in the future. And they concentrate for ten days in prayer to be filled with the Holy Spirit. Their lives were changed. 29:54 Instead of that, if they had spent ten days discussing so many things about the future, Or investing each other about what is going to happen to them in their private lives. There would have been no spirit filled people on the day of Pentecost. 30:16 And that is why there are very few spirit filled people in many of our churches. They had to concentrate on being filled with the Holy Spirit. And they had to get rid of other things. Now, when I preach a message like this, I am not expecting that everybody will respond to it. 30:45 I have seen from my experience, That even after preaching the most powerful message, Some people will still continue to do what they have always been doing all their life. They will still be curious about other people's affairs. 31:07 They still compare themselves with others. They will still boast about something in them compared to other people. Ten years later, they will still not be filled with the Holy Spirit. The devil sidetracks them. They hear a message like this. 31:27 And one or two days. And one or two days they will change. I must not be curious about other people. I am not going to ask other people unnecessary things about their life. And I am not going to be curious about unnecessary things about the future which are not written in the Bible. 31:47 I want to be filled with the Holy Spirit. For two or three days. After that, back to the old life. You see if it has not happened in your life in the past. Where? The Lord spoke to you sometime and you got challenged with it and then you forgot all about it after two, three days. 32:11 What happened? Because the devil put into your mind all types of useless things. You know, it is like filling this room with a lot of garbage bags. 32:31 Imagine if this room was filled with garbage bags. There won't be a place for you to sit. First of all, it will stink and there will be no place. Many people's mind is exactly like that. It is filled with a lot of useless information. 32:55 Garbage. Which has not helped them one bit in their spiritual life. But they carry on after they inquire about John, then they want to inquire about James. And then they want to inquire about Peter's mother-in-law. 33:17 You can spend all your life making all these inquiries. When are you going to finish with it? I will tell you something which I have prayed in my life. See, because I am an elder brother, so many believers come and tell me a lot of their problems. 33:43 Emails that people send from around the world, so many problems people have. So, if I have to help them, I have to read it. Or I have to listen to them. More people come to me than to any of you. 34:04 And I have learnt that I can fill my mind with such a lot of information about other people that does not help me spiritually. But at the same time, I can't tell them, no, no, no, I won't listen to you. 34:25 Otherwise, how can I help them? So, I prayed a prayer. I said, Lord, what people tell me, I cannot forget tomorrow. But I want you to do something in my mind, in my memory, that at least by two years I forget everything. 34:51 In two years, it must go. Otherwise, my mind will become filled with all types of useless information. And you know God has answered that. A number of people have sometimes come and told me, 35:12 Brother Zach, I told you that three years ago. I said, I don't remember. And quietly I say, praise the Lord. He told me that three years ago God took it away. 35:33 If you are serious, even information that you get which is not going to help you in the long run, God will take it away. See, for example, I have prayed this prayer also. Lord, when I see a sister, please help me not to see whether she is wearing ornaments or not. 36:02 That is a big thing for some people. No, I don't believe in ornaments. My wife does not believe in ornaments. But, that is my conviction. But, I have learned not to judge anybody else. 36:22 Why is that person doing it? The Lord says, that is none of your business. You follow me. I have learned it. There are many things in the world which are not my business. So, it is not such a big sin. So, I say, Lord, please help me not to see whether people are wearing it or not. 36:46 In other words, I am not concentrating on that. The world is full of needy people. Help me to help them in their need. And, that can help us that we don't unnecessarily judge others also. 37:07 There are just one or two examples I am saying from my own life. And, there are many things like this. You know, I say, Lord, please help me. That is, that information is useless for me. I want to know the scriptures. So, that if I come to a place of need, I know what verse is there to help me. 37:30 And, when somebody else comes to me with some need, you will remind me of the verse which can help them. So, many people read the Bible every day. Why don't they know what God's word says? 37:51 They put God's word into their mind every day. But, then they put so much other information into it like God's word is pushed out. It's like supposing we have arranged the chairs here nicely. 38:11 And, it looks nice. Then, so many garbage bags are put in here. A lot of chairs get pushed out. Because, this room can only occupy so much space. So, don't let your mind be filled with useless stuff. 38:33 The Bible says our mind must be renewed. To think like God thinks about everything. To look at people. It's one of the prayers I pray. Lord, help me to look at people the way you look at them. With compassion. And, also, to speak the truth that will help them and not try to please them. 39:04 See, Jesus knew how to tell an adulterous woman, I don't condemn you, don't sin again. And, one murderer on the cross today will be with me in paradise. But, he also knew how to tell Peter, get behind me Satan. 39:29 I say, Lord, I want to learn both. I want to be like you 100%, not this side or that side. I want to know when to say I don't condemn you and when to say get behind me Satan. Yeah, that's, God will show us. 39:50 But, we must learn to listen to him. See, Isaiah chapter 50. This is a beautiful verse that all believers must take seriously. 40:12 This is a verse about Jesus Christ. It speaks about the tongue and the ear which are two parts of our body with which we commit so many sins. See, men commit a lot of sins with their eyes, women don't commit so many sins with their eyes. 40:41 Not, they don't do so much. But, tongue and the ear, all of us have the danger. To hear unnecessary things and to speak unnecessary things. 41:02 And so, these are the two parts spoken in this verse. Tongue and ear. That is for all men and all women. And the Lord says, this is about Jesus. Verse 4. Isaiah 50 verse 4. 41:22 The Lord God, that is the Father, has given me the tongue of a disciple. And, in the last part, he is giving me a ear like a disciple also. So, we need a disciple's ear and a disciple's tongue. 41:42 And, he is not only talking about this year, he is talking about the ear and the heart. So, first of all, it says in that last part, he wakes me up morning by morning to listen. Like a disciple. Always to listen. 42:02 Always to listen. And, when he says he wakes me in the morning to listen. He is not talking about some half an hour quiet time with the Bible. That is, that is very good. 42:23 Especially if you are a young believer, you must spend time with the Bible every day. All believers, if you are very busy in the morning, then spend time at night. But, sometime during the day, you know, nowadays you can even carry the Bible in your phone or in a small pocket in the Bible. 42:55 And, you can in the, you got five minutes spare in your office, you can turn to the Word of God and look at it. I have 10 versions of the Bible in my pocket. Wherever I go, anytime I can pick it up and look at something. 43:20 Not just 10-15 minutes in the morning. When I am sitting in a meeting. Or, when I am travelling somewhere. Suddenly, I think of something. Then, I can take out my Bible and look at it. Look at it and see the different versions, what it says. 43:42 Now, I still need to do it. Even though I have studied it for 50 years, I am still learning new things now. Now, I must listen. You know, I must listen. What is the Lord trying to say to me? If you have an accident. If you have an accident. 44:02 Like once I got tossed off the scooter some many years ago. Somebody opened the door of a car and hit me and threw me off. Somebody. Somebody. Somebody. So, I said, Lord, what are you trying to say to me? 44:22 And I thought some deep spiritual truth will come from heaven. And the Lord said, don't drive so fast. That's all. So, it's not some deep spiritual truth, but some very ordinary truth also sometimes. 44:43 I want you to live long, don't drive so fast. So, I want to hear. Whatever the Lord has to say. When something goes wrong. Maybe I made a mistake. Now, Lord, what? 45:03 What does it mean? What shall I do? The Lord says, trust me to bring something good out of that mistake. See, sometimes we make mistakes which are not sin. Sin is serious. 45:24 In our daily life, we can make mistakes. Yeah. But maybe you add too much salt in the food accidentally. You thought there was no salt. You added some more. Especially the wives. Yeah. 45:44 Everything. God is trying to teach us something. Maybe one day your wives cook some food and it gets spoiled. The Lord says, what are you trying to teach me? I want to get out of your head that you are such a smart, clever person. 46:08 I remember in my own business, sometimes I lost money. And I said, Lord, what are you trying to teach me? The Lord is trying to teach me. You are not such a clever person. Just humble yourself. I want to free you from the love of money. 46:28 Thank you, Lord. Always in, I believe in Romans 8:28, everything God is trying to teach me something. And what I learn, I can tell other people. So, the Lord God wants to open our ear, right from morning till night, to listen to him. 46:50 But if you have the habit of blaming other people, Like Adam, who blamed his wife. Then you will never hear God. That is another bad habit that many Christians have. 47:13 When something goes wrong, they immediately want to blame somebody else. A lot of husbands blame their wives. A lot of wives blame their husbands. Or we blame our children. Many years ago when my children were small. 47:37 And I remember I was in the driver's seat of the car. And the children of the family was getting in the car. And one of my children's hand was near the door. 47:57 I didn't see it. I shut the door. And he screamed. It was not broken or anything, but it pained him a lot. He was just seven or eight years old. And I told him, See, you must not put your hand like that. 48:18 Somebody will shut the door. He was crying and sitting down. And then the Lord began to speak to me. And told me, If your hand was there and somebody else closed the door, what will you say? 48:39 Then you would have said, Before you shut the door, You must see if somebody's hand is there. Oh, I really had to judge myself. Because my attitude was, 48:59 Daddy is always right. If daddy shut the door and your hand was there, it is your fault. If daddy's hand is there and you shut the door, that is your fault. Because daddy is always right. 49:20 I got such light on myself. I said, Lord, this nature of Adam is so much in me. I want to get rid of it in my life. So little by little I have learned through the years. We won't get rid of it completely until Christ comes. 49:43 But, you know, you don't get a PhD in one year. Little by little we go from five standards, six standards, seven standards. If you are making progress, it is okay. If we keep on listening to God, we will make a progress in our life. 50:08 So that is God's will. And one of the things God will say to you is, mind your own business. We must hear that. We must hear that. And when some wonderful thing, supposing God uses you in some great ministry. 50:28 And the devil whispers in your ear, wow, what a wonderful thing you did. That is also a danger. Then we need to hear what God is saying. See Luke chapter 10. 50:49 The disciples felt like that in verse 17. The Lord, they were so excited. They said, Lord, even the demons run away when we use your name. And the Lord said, verse 20, don't rejoice that the demons are subject to you. 51:19 That is not such a great thing. If you want to rejoice, rejoice that your name is in heaven, that you are born again. Now let me ask you one thing. Will you be more excited if you are born again or will you be more excited if you can cast out a demon? 51:43 If you are honest, you will say, boy, I would like to cast out a demon. That will be a great experience. The Lord says, no, your name written in heaven is a much greater thing. Don't you believe that? 52:03 To have to be born again. That is the thing that should rejoice. Because born again is what Jesus did for us. Casting out a demon is what I did. So, the message there is, don't rejoice in what you did for the Lord, rejoice in what God did for you. 52:26 That, that is the message here. You look at your life. Do you rejoice in what God did for you? Or do you rejoice what you did for God? Supposing you prayed for somebody. 52:49 And the next day, he became alright. He was already becoming better in any case. He may have become better even if you didn't pray for him. But you think, ah, I prayed yesterday and the fellow is healed. 53:13 Be careful. Be thankful that he is healed. But don't say, I prayed and he got healed. That is a big temptation. At that time, you need to hear the, the Lord is trying to open your ear and say, 53:33 rejoice in what I have done for you, not what you do for me. I will tell you why this is so important. Because the moment we become a little proud, God becomes our enemy. That is a law. 53:53 You can't change that law. It's like the law of gravity. Everything will come down. You can't make things go up. If you throw it up, it will come down. It's a law. Same way there is a law. 54:13 If you are humble, God will come behind you and push you forward. If you have become proud, God will come in front of you and push you back. Now what do you want? You want God to come behind you and push you forward every day? 54:35 Or you want God to come in front and push you back? I know what I want. I want God to push me from the back. Then God says, always humble yourself. That is why we must listen to that voice which says, now you are becoming proud, humble yourself. 54:55 Then, once we can hear what God says, then God will give us a tongue to speak the right word to other people. Isaiah 50 verse 4. The Lord has given me a tongue of disciple to sustain a weary person with a word. 55:24 See, that's a wonderful thing if you hear God. And then, during the day you meet somebody, and you just share something with them. And later on that person will say to you, See, sister, that word you spoke to me really blessed my heart. 55:50 You didn't know my need brother, but you said something that really helped me. And you say, I did not know anything about your need. But, I was hearing God saying something to me, I shared it with you. 56:11 Every day of your life, you can walk on this earth being a blessing to other people. That is the way everybody here can live. And once you keep doing that, You know, if you get up in the meeting and share something, even five minutes, 56:34 it will be a tremendous blessing to people. Don't think the greatest blessing is the person who speaks for 45 minutes. I have heard some people speak for 45 minutes, it is boring for 45 minutes. 56:55 And I have heard some people speak for 2-3 minutes, and it has challenged my heart. The thing is, do you listen to what God is saying? Don't be a busybody in other people's matters. 57:15 Don't be curious about so many things in the Bible which you don't need to know. Okay, we will close with one verse, Deuteronomy 29:29. This is a great verse. 57:35 Deuteronomy 29:29. The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but the things which are revealed belong to us and to our sons forever, that we may observe the words of this law. What are the secret things? 58:03 The things about other people's private life which you don't know. Who is planning to get married to whom? Who is becoming pregnant? Why are you interested in all that? 58:23 If you are the husband, you should be interested. But you are not the husband, why are you interested in all those things? It is this curiosity, I want to know. That is why you can't hear God speaking to you about his word. 58:42 All those secret things, leave it. God will reveal to you what you need to know. All secret things belong to God, they don't belong to me. What I need to know, God will reveal to me. 59:04 Those are the only things I want to know. Live like that. Mind your own business. And listen to Jesus saying, follow me. And seek to be filled with the Holy Spirit. That is the most important thing. 59:24 So all these things I said to you was to get rid of things that prevent you from being filled with the Holy Spirit. So, I hope this will bring a change in you, not for two, three days, but for your whole life. Let's pray. 59:44 Let's bow our heads in prayer. Please take a little decision in your life. You pray. And say, say this to the Lord in your heart. Lord help me. Really to take seriously what I heard today. 1:00:08 It can change my life completely. I want to be filled with the Holy Spirit more than anything else. Get rid of from my head all the unnecessary information I have stored up there. Let me replace it with your word. 1:00:30 And give me a good tongue that can bless other people. Get rid of my gossiping tongue. Help me Lord. In Jesus name. Amen.
