everything else was because there was in the heart of people of passion to discover more and more and more and any christian who is not doing that to discover more and more of the life of jesus should be ashamed when he looks at these

christ is all christ alone is all that i seek and that his the gospel truly is about my crucifixion with him and his resurrection power being my new identity jesus essentially being my all in all and as we've heard you know him being the glory

of the Apostles and the prophets and the Cornerstone is Christ Jesus himself we are carefully joined together in him becoming a holy Temple for the Lord through him you Gentiles are also being made part of his dwelling where God

times when it says that he will delight in me what I see is that's a promise that he can make me delightful and that's his aim to make me delightful to his son Jesus Christ and it just blows my mind to think about it just like that young man waits for God's

so I wanted to share briefly just a reflection this week as I was thinking about this first the last verse especially we proclaimed him him whom Paul says he proclaims his Christ in you the hope of glory and christ in us is

what Peter had just confessed in verse 16 you are the Christ the Son of the Living God that was the rock Peter just said others are saying that your verse 14 Elijah Jeremiah John the Baptist and but we know you're the Christ the Son of

that concerns the Lord is not so much that the world has not been reached with the gospel. I come from a country where 98% are non-Christians. And I've traveled the whole length and breadth of that land. And my problem as I see as I see is not

who um Province chapter two is called a problem it's called The Book of wisdom and I know a lot of casual Christians or non-christians who even read this book it's a very wise book it's got a lot of practical ways to be the wise

people who want to accomplish something you want to spend our life and say we've accomplished something with the lord even in christendom who other people were known as great in christendom people have done something accomplished

that's written about it but we get a little idea of what the early Christians were like and and those of us who have been used to traditional Christianity uh you must remember that the early church never had Church

meet his current needs and he lost his Birthright so the thing that we need to ask ourselves is what is our Birthright if someone were to ask you my brother or sister what is your birth right as a Christian

that's wrong because if you do that you'll be just as guilty as those who actually crucified Christ on the cross if you eat the bread and drink the cup in an unworthy manner you'll be guilty of crucifying

the Most High God and I want to talk about maturing in that identity last week I spoke of becoming soldiers for Jesus Christ and conducting ourselves as soldiers and I think it's one important step you can almost think

without dying it is not possible for me to have fellowship with my my wife if me and we both are connected to our head to the lord jesus christ and the holy spirit the holy spirit will comes and dwells in me this is what the lord

is you know take death seriously but that's not true there are some people who are living who are not going to die you know why because Jesus Christ is coming the only thing certain is we're going to meet Jesus Christ

kindness and truth we have to know that part of his nature and identity but then he goes on to say the lord is his very name is jealous he's a jealous god and that's what james is saying the brother of jesus do you think the scripture speaks to no

1 and verse 18 we say Christ is the head of the church and we are the body of

heavenly father that does not condemn me yet commands me to be victorious but yet how can i have this victory i've tried early on in my christian life living a good life trying on my own strength to overcome my lusts my love for things of the world my

you know but praise god my identity in christ was soon to be found now you know facing the sun for me you know after realizing that my pursuit for my identity in the world was pointless and inevitably leading me to death

Isaiah this is beautiful Christ 8 and this is about this is the character of Christ he does not despise the weakest candle it has the tiniest bit of the flame and that for me it does not look down on the street and it's bruised or
