Doing all to the glory of GodSince the vast majority of our lives are spent on basic activities like eating, drinking, working, and caring for a home, we must practice doing everything to the glory of God.

Finding purpose and reward in ordinary workWhile life can feel monotonous or like vanity to an unbeliever, a believer's daily work and home life are not a waste of time, and we will reap a reward if we do not grow weary.

The cure of giving thanks and joyful serviceThe antidote to monotony and drudgery is doing everything in the name of the Lord Jesus with a thankful heart and doing our work heartily as unto the Lord rather than men.Colossians 3:17

Bringing the taste of heaven into our everyday encountersWe should go through our ordinary daily tasks and interactions as ambassadors for Christ, asking God in faith to help us bring a taste of heaven to our jobs, churches, and homes.
