0:00 We want to continue what we've been thinking about living as Jesus lived. There is a wonderful verse in Romans chapter 3 which has helped me for many, many years. It's a verse that you must keep in mind whenever you read the Bible. 0:26 It's a little sentence. Keep that in mind whenever you read the Bible. Romans 3 verse 4 says there in the middle, Let God be found true and every man a liar. 0:56 That means whatever man may say is a lie if God has said something else. We must develop the habit of believing God even if the whole world says something else. 1:23 I was born again when I was 19 years old, 51 years ago. 1:44 But after I was born again and baptized in water, For 16 years, I was a defeated Christian. But when I was 35 years old, I was so backslidden in my inner life 2:08 That I said, Lord, I'm not going to preach anymore. Because I'm a hypocrite. I'm not preaching that what I've experienced. And I began to believe this verse. 2:28 One verse. Romans 6, 14. shall not be master over you because you are not under law but under grace. 2:49 Now, I'll tell you my experience. In all those 16 years after I was born again, I never heard one preacher in India preach on that verse. I never heard one man in India proclaim that verse is my experience. 3:20 I said, "It's written in God's word." Sin is not supposed to rule over me. There is sin and there is me. Either I must be master over sin or sin must be master over me. 3:42 I have to decide now. Who's going to win? The Bible says, "I will win." If I receive the grace of God. So, if I'm not winning, that proves I'm not receiving the grace of God. 4:02 I'm imagining that I'm receiving grace. Supposing a man says, I've got electricity in my house but no light, nothing is burning. No fan is running, nothing. I see you are deceiving yourself that there is electricity in the house. 4:28 Just because you connect the fan and connect the bulb doesn't mean you've got electricity. You know all of you who construct houses. How the electrician will put all the electrical wires throughout the house. The light points, fan points, plug points, everything. 4:45 The light points, fan points, plug points, everything. The light points, fan points, plug points, everything. Everything is there. But nothing will work. Because the electricity board has to give you an electricity connection. 5:04 The grace is like that. The grace is like that. All these fittings are like understanding the doctrine. All these fittings are like understanding the doctrine. Yeah, that is necessary. We need fans. We need lights. But all of that is useless without electricity. 5:30 That is the trouble with so many Christians. That was a problem with me. So that time the Lord, you know, I began to claim that verse. I want this to be fulfilled in my life. And I would fall in my life. And I would get angry. 5:52 I would have difficulty overcoming in my life. Even though outwardly, I had a very good testimony. In my inward life, I was defeated. That was my life 36 years ago. And I prayed. 6:13 And I fasted. And I sought God. And I kept on saying, every time I fell. One day, sin will not rule over me. And it became real in my life. 6:33 Today, I can boldly say that verse is true in my life. I want to say to all of you believers. You must be a living testimony in India. That this word of God is true in your life. 6:56 Because that is how Jesus walked. Do you know how he lived this life? One of the things the Lord asked me was this. One of the things God asked me at that time was this. Supposing nobody in India believes this verse. 7:20 That means all the 120 crore people in India don't believe. Those days, it must have been only 90 crore or something. Nobody believes. Will you believe me? I said, yes, Lord. Even if all the 80, 90 crores don't believe, I'll believe. 7:43 And then the Lord said. Supposing all the 600 crore people in the world don't believe. Will you still believe my world? Supposing there is nobody in the whole world who lives in victory over sin. Will you believe it? 8:07 Because your word says so. I said, let God be true and all the 600 crore people in the world liars. Will you take that position? 8:27 Will you say that? You know, the sad thing is so many believers, before they believe something, they look around to see who else is believing in. You know, in the early days when Christianity was preached, very few people believed it. 8:52 Even when Jesus came, they said, this man is not preaching from the Bible. He's a false teacher, he's a false teacher, he's a heretic. Very few people believed. How many hundreds of thousands of Israelis there were? But 120 people believed to wait for the part of the Holy Spirit. 9:18 And same way with the Apostle Paul, wherever he went, people said, don't listen to him, he's not preaching according to the Bible. See, in those days the Bible was only the first 39 books. Old Testament, that's all. And he's saying, he's not preaching according to this. 9:40 In every generation that has happened. Wherever somebody preaches the whole truth of God. All the other Christians even will say, no, no, no, that's not according to the Bible. Why? Because they are following the dead traditions of their church. 10:05 And most preachers are so interested in pleasing people. That they will never say anything which will offend anybody. You think the Old Testament prophets were like that? Supposing all the prophets said, no, no, no, we won't offend anybody. 10:30 God would have dismissed Jeremiah and dismissed Isaiah and say, you get away, I'll find somebody else. So, whenever God's truth has come forth, it has always found opposition from people who don't believe the word of God. 10:50 And I, God is looking for people who will say, I don't care if nobody believes it. If God has said it, it is true. And God will test you on that. 11:12 Whether you will trust him or you'll care for the opinions of men. And I'll tell you our experience. When God filled me with the Holy Spirit. And brought me into this wonderful life of the new covenant. 35 years ago, when he started preaching it, so many people opposed it. 11:41 They said, heretic, false prophet, antichrist, everything. You know what we did. Like a sheep before its shearers is dumb, we did not open our mouth. 12:04 See, sometimes in the court, the advocate will say, you just keep quiet. I will speak for you. I also have an advocate. He is the Lord Jesus Christ. 12:24 And I know times when the Lord has told me. That person who is opposing you. That person who is trying to harm you. That person who is calling you a bad name. Do you want to deal with him? Or will you let me deal with him? 12:46 I say, Lord, you deal with him. That is better. I keep quiet. Why should I open my mouth when I have got my advocate to plead for me? I have now seen in 35 years what that advocate has done. 13:07 Not only in India, but all over the world. He has found here and there, here and there, not one or two, but hundreds of people who are longing for a life of victory over sin. That's not my work. 13:30 It's the work of my advocate. And you have the same advocate. Who will fight for you. Who will help you to obey his word. But you have to understand one thing. How did Jesus live this life? 13:52 That's very important to understand. And this was the thing God opened my eyes to 35 years ago. It's a secret. Let me show you. Let me show you. 1 Timothy chapter 3. You know, there are some things in the Bible which are not a secret. 14:18 They are open and free. How to receive the forgiveness of sins. That's not a secret. It's written all over. Repent. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ who died and rose again for you. And even if you are the greatest sinner on earth. 14:44 That moment your sin can be forgiven. In a moment you will be the child of God. You don't have to wait even five seconds. To receive the Holy Spirit. It's not a secret. 15:06 Anybody comes. If you being evil know how to give good gifts to your children. How much more your heavenly father will give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him. That is Luke 11.13. 15:34 Never doubt it. Why did Jesus say if you being evil. I am father of four sons. By the grace of God they are all following the Lord today. They are all married believers. 15:55 And they are all following the Lord. And I was a good father to them. I sacrificed many things for them. But the Lord looks at me. And if you being an evil father he says. Say Lord I was not an evil father to my sons. 16:19 I never did any evil to them. I did so much for them. Why does God call me an evil father? In Luke 11.13. He says compared to God. Even the best of you fathers are evil. My goodness as a father is a soul thing compared to God's goodness. 16:52 See. My goodness is like the light of the star. Like the light of the stars. So little. God's goodness is like the light of the sun. See now if you look into the sky. 17:13 Can you see any stars? Have they disappeared? They are there. All the stars are there. Why can't you see them? Why do the stars look like darkness now? Because the sun is so bright. Like that. 17:34 My goodness as a father disappears. When you see the goodness of God. That is how good God is. And if you do good to your children. How much more God will give the Holy Spirit to anybody who asks him. 18:03 Don't doubt it. That's not a secret. It's free. Forgiveness of sins. You don't have to fast and pray and wait. In a moment you can receive forgiveness of sins. In a moment you can receive the Holy Spirit. 18:24 How to be filled with the Holy Spirit. That may take a little time. A lot of people confuse being receiving the Holy Spirit and being filled with the Holy Spirit. Those who have received the Holy Spirit to them Paul says in Ephesians 5.18. 18:48 Be filled with the Holy Spirit. See Acts of the Apostles chapter 19. There we read that Paul came to Ephesus. And he's met some people there. 19:10 Verse 2. And he said did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed? Now those days the gospel was not preached properly. Don't blame them because they didn't have a New Testament those days. And there were very few apostles. 19:32 They only spoke what they heard. And these people had only heard about the baptism of John. And that was not the full gospel. They believed in Jesus. Because John the Baptist preached about believing in the Lamb of God. 19:54 But they did not know about the Holy Spirit. Because John the Baptist never preached that. Then we read Paul laid hands on them and the Holy Spirit came on them. Verse 6. Who are these people? Christians in Ephesus. 20:14 Now to these Christians. Who have received the Holy Spirit. Paul is writing a letter to them. To these Christians in Ephesus. Ephesians chapter 5. Verse 18. He says now you must be filled with the Holy Spirit. 20:37 It's like if a house has got 10 rooms. And there's light in one room. You can say. Is there light in that house? Yes. Is it filled with light? No. Nine rooms are dark. That is how many Christians are. 21:00 Have you received Christ as your Savior? Yes. Have you received the Spirit? Yes. Because it's not Jesus Christ who comes in. He's in heaven. He's got a body. How can he come? He comes by his Spirit. 21:21 That's the only way he can come. So when you ask Jesus to come into your heart. It is his Spirit that comes in. That is so simple. Jesus has a body. How can he come into your body? It is his Spirit that comes into your heart. 21:41 It is his Spirit that comes in. And. But you may have allowed him to come only to one room in your heart. There's one room in your heart called guilt. Guilt because of so many sins I've committed. 22:01 And you say Lord please come and remove my sins. He comes. And your sins are all forgiven. But your heart has got nine other rooms. And Jesus says. 22:22 I am knocking at the door. If you open the door I'll come in. You open the door to the guilt room. I came and forgive all your sins. I am knocking at another door. See that room where you got your television set. 22:43 I want to come into that room. You say. No Lord please don't come there. Because. You may not like some of the things which I watch. The Lord says. Can I look through your collection of all your DVDs. 23:05 No Lord. My children have brought some DVDs and all. The Lord says. Are you the head of your house. Or your children are the head of your house. What to do Lord. We have to. Be at peace with them. The Lord says. You want them to go to hell. 23:27 So long as they are at peace on earth. Be the head of your house. But Lord. There is too much confusion. If you come into my television room. Okay. The Lord says. That room will remain dark. That's all. Can I come to your library. 23:47 To see all the books you read. Magazines you read. And all that. Lord there are some books. Which you may not like. Some magazines I get. What to do. My wife likes those magazines. You have to get them. Say are you the head of your house. 24:13 Lord if I try to be the head of my house. There will be war. At all. At all. The Lord says. Fight the war. And win the war. And be the head of your house. Don't be like Adam. Who allowed his wife. To be the head of the house. 24:36 Okay. You don't open the door. I won't come. Remains dark. Now there's another room. You know your finances. Checkbook. Bank account and all. Can I come and look at that. How you. Pay your income tax. And all those things. 24:59 Please Lord. No. Don't ever come there. There's too many complications. You don't realize. We are living in a difficult world. The Lord says. I also lived in this difficult world. He says. 25:23 Okay. If you don't want me to come. I won't come. And you get into financial problems. You get into difficulties. I say. Lord please help me. But you never allowed me to come into your room. Like that. There are so many rooms. 25:47 One room there is light. All your sins are forgiven. How can you say. Fill me with the spirit Lord. Fill me. I'm fasting and praying. The Lord says. I've been knocking at all these doors. You don't open it. How can I fill you with the Holy Spirit. 26:04 That is the difference. That is the difference. Between receiving the Holy Spirit. And being filled with the Holy Spirit. Don't get confused. By all these things. That people say. 26:25 Filled with the Holy Spirit. He's not just making a lot of noise. He's not just making a lot of noise. Falling on the ground. It's all deception. Jesus didn't fall on the ground. He was the really spirit filled person. But that was the secret of his life. 26:48 How did he walk like that. He was filled with the Holy Spirit. Every room in his life was open to the father. Even to eat food. 27:08 He would seek his father's food. You know. We read once in Matthew 4. He was hungry. After fasting for 40 days. Because he had been filled with the Holy Spirit. And he was fasting for 40 days and nights. 27:31 We know that he drank water during those 40 days and nights. That's why he was not thirsty. But he was hungry. And the devil came to him in Matthew 4. And he says verse 3. If you are the son of God. Turn these stones into bread and eat it. 27:56 Now you can learn to live as Jesus lived. You see the secret here. He said. We can apply that to him. See there's this great truth you've got to learn here. And I'll show you this truth in 1 Timothy 3. 28:18 But first I want you to see it here. You are the son of God. Verse 3. You have power. You created the universe with a word. Millions of years ago. 28:40 You have power. Turn these stones into bread. If you can create the world from nothing. You can turn these stones into bread. You can turn these stones into bread. But see what Jesus says. Even though I am the son of God. 28:59 Now. I am a man. Did you see that in the next verse? You call me the son of God. I say yes. Now I am a man. Man shall not live by bread. Man shall not live by bread. 29:20 I am feeling a great truth. I am feeling a great truth there. In the very first temptation. I am here on earth as a human being. I am not living here as the son of God. Even though I am the son of God. 29:40 Living here not with the mighty power of the son of God. But with the limitations of a man. Now you tell me. How many of you can turn stones into bread? God has filled me with the Holy Spirit. But I cannot turn stones into bread. 30:05 Because I am not God. I am a man. Now God can give me power to do anything. God can give me power to turn stones into bread. But I don't have that power. Many Christians have not seen that simple difference between verse 3 and 4. 30:25 That is what the Lord opened my eyes to. Very simple truth. That though he was almighty God. Jesus did not live on earth as almighty God. 30:50 When he was tempted he did not say I am the son of God I can do it. The very first word he used is man. Why didn't he say those men but not me. No he included himself. 31:10 Because the devil is speaking to him. And he can say he put his hand to his chest and said man shall not live by bread alone. I as a man will not live by bread. Yeah I need bread. 31:31 But not by bread alone. He didn't say man doesn't need bread. He said bread alone is not enough. And bread is not the main thing. And when Jesus said food is not the main thing. 31:51 He was saying all the means you use to get food is also not the main thing. That means your job is not the main thing. Your promotion is not the main thing. Your salary is not the main thing. How many of you have seen it? 32:16 I don't think most believers have seen it. And they are praying to overcome temptation. If you want to overcome temptation. First of all realize that food and money are not the main thing. What is the main thing? To listen and obey every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. 32:44 That is how Jesus lived. So that is the first principle we need to learn. Now we are going from kindergarten to first standard. And learn how to live by every word that proceeds from God's mind. 33:04 That doesn't mean hearing it. Or understanding it. It means hearing, understanding and obeying. If you only hear and understand it will be like this no digestion just stomach getting bigger and bigger. 33:28 You know Jesus said if you have ears to hear let him hear. What does that mean? It doesn't mean some people don't have these ears. Everybody has got these ears. They can hear. But their inner ears they are not listening. 33:48 That means they are not obeying. So we can say what he was saying is. Man can live only by obeying every word of God. You know many people are disturbed if they don't read the Bible in the morning. 34:12 It's a very good habit to read the Bible every day. I used to read the Bible many times a day. That is how after I was born again. In six, seven years I really studied the whole Bible. 34:32 By the time I was converted when I was 19. By the time I was 26 I knew the scriptures. If you study hard you can also understand it. And I was working in the Navy those days. I was not a full-time worker. But in between my spare time. 34:57 There was no television those days. But I had no time for radio or music or anything. And I was studying the Bible. I want to encourage you to read the Bible. But a hundred times more important is obeying the Bible. So let me tell you something. 35:20 Supposing one day you are so busy that you didn't read the Bible. Make sure you obey the Bible the whole day. Some people, they say, I must read the Bible half an hour in the morning. 35:40 And then they go out and shout at their wives. What's the use of that? What's the use of your Bible reading? As soon as you get up from there you are disobeying the Bible. And you must hear what God is saying. 36:00 Supposing in the morning. Your wife is struggling with the small babies and children. Struggling in the kitchen. Looking after the children. Getting them ready for school. You are sitting like a holy man studying the Bible. 36:23 Oh Lord, please explain this Hebrews chapter 3 to me. What is the meaning of the tabernacle? And the Lord says, You shut your Bible and go and help your wife. 36:44 But you can't hear it. Because you think God is going to tell you about the tabernacle. God says, you don't need to understand about the tabernacle. You need to understand how to help your wife. When she is struggling in the morning. 37:08 But do you hear that? No, that's Satan. Get behind me, Satan. That's not God. Satan is telling me to go and help my wife. No. Lord, the tabernacle. This is what I want to say. Don't be deceived, dear brothers. 37:32 What you need is not Bible knowledge. What you need is Bible obedience. Help your wife. Help your children in the fear of God. Man shall live by listening to every word that proceeds from God's mouth. And that's why Jesus quoted the word of God to Satan. 38:03 Second temptation came. If you are the son of God, go and jump from the top of the temple. Again, the word of God. Get away. God's word says, I'm not going to do that. Third temptation. Again, he quotes the word of God. 38:25 How can you overcome temptation if you don't know the word of God? That is how Jesus lived. Living as Jesus lived is not such a difficult thing. If you have got the Bible in your own language, you are more fortunate than 300 language speaking groups in India. 38:58 There are 18 major languages in India. In those languages, the Bible is there. There are 350 dialects in India. In many of them, there is no Bible. 39:22 I think even New Testament is only in about 60 languages. Nearly 300 languages in India. There is no New Testament. I was once in one part in Northeast India. When somebody was translating for me in that language. 39:43 And I said, now let's turn to Isaiah. He said, brother, we don't have an Old Testament in our language. I was so shocked. I said, Lord, I have never thanked you for the Old Testament. I never thanked you for the New Testament in my language. 40:09 That day, I learned to be thankful that I have the Bible in my language. Think of some of our poor countrymen who don't have the Bible in their own language. You have the Bible in your language. 40:32 And you don't read it. You don't study it. And then the temptation comes. You don't know how to overcome Satan. How did Jesus overcome Satan? He said, it is written. It is written in God's Word. It is written in God's Word. 40:49 How shall we overcome Satan? See, 1 John and chapter 2. And verse 14. 1 John 2, 14. The last part. I have written to you, young men, because you are strong. 41:10 And the Word of God abides in you. And you have overcome the evil one. We can say that about Jesus. He was strong. The Word of God was in him from the age of very young age. 41:34 And he overcame Satan. Now, 1 John 2, 6. We can walk as he walked. And you say, how John? John says, verse 14. The same Word of God, like it was in him. If it abides in you, you will also overcome Satan. 42:00 So, what shall we do? Even a little bit that you hear, obey it. See, I was born into a church that did not believe in water baptism. 42:20 My parents belong to the Orthodox Church. So, in those days, they baptized me as a little baby, christened me. And when I got saved, when I was 19 and a half, some people told me, 42:42 I didn't know much of the Bible those days. Why do you want to get baptized? Because these people in this church are all unconverted. If you get baptized, they will throw you out of this church. But if you stay here, you can preach to these people and convert them. 43:08 So, I said, yeah, that's a good idea. So, I will disobey God and convert these people. Can you imagine how stupid I was? I will disobey God and I will serve Him. 43:29 That is how stupid I was and that is how stupid many believers are today. So, I did not get baptized. Because I wanted to convert everybody. And after one and a half years, nobody was converted. But I had another problem. 43:49 Whenever I knelt down to pray, God said, you are not listening to me. Why should I listen to you? I told you to get baptized. You are not baptized. Finally, I got fed up. I said, I don't care which church throws me out. 44:09 I am going to obey God and get baptized. And suddenly, my life changed. Not because of baptism. Because I obeyed the word of God. Many times, you are hindering God's blessing from your life. Because there is something God is telling you to obey. 44:31 You are not obeying. When you pray, God doesn't even pick up the phone in heaven. No, you won't listen. Because you are not obeying Him. That is the reason God is not listening to some of your prayers. 44:54 Why did God listen to the prayers of Jesus always? See what Jesus said in John 11. Wonderful verse. This is how Jesus lived. And this is how we can live also. 45:16 John 11, 42. Jesus prayed to the father. Verse 41. Last part. Jesus raised his eyes and said, Father, I thank thee, thou heardest me. And I know that you hear me always. 45:37 You hear me always. Oh, what a wonderful thing. Lord, I want a life like that. 45:58 Where you hear me always. Always you hear me. Why did he hear him always? You want to know? Here is the answer. John 8, verse 29. 46:19 If you want the father to hear you always. Here is the answer. Verse 29. Last part. I always do the things that are pleasing to him. Thank you, father, for hearing me always. 46:44 Lord, how does he hear you always? I always do the things that are pleasing to him. That can happen to you and me. Why does God hear the prayers of some people more than the prayers of other people? See, it says in James chapter 5. 47:13 James 5. Verse 16. The last part. James 5.16. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much. Who is a righteous man? 47:36 The man who is always seeking to please God. In his words. In his actions. In his thoughts. In his attitudes to people. The way he looks at women. He looks at his computer. 47:58 The way he handles money. Everything. He is trying to please the father. Little, little things. The way he treats his enemies. By loving them. Why God will listen to the prayers of such a man all the time. 48:21 You see why God doesn't listen to the prayers of many of his children. Because there is some sin in their life. Psalm 66. Psalm 66. Verse 18. If I regard iniquity even in my heart the Lord will not hear me. 48:46 Even in my heart. He doesn't have to come out from my mouth. He doesn't have to come out in my actions. Just in my heart. I am thinking something bad about somebody else. 49:08 Or I have got a bitterness against somebody else. You can pray and pray for a hundred years. God will not even hear you. Definitely not answer you. But you say God has done so many things for me brother. 49:28 Those are the things he does for the unbelievers also. Matthew chapter 5. Verse 45. He causes the sun to rise on the evil and the good. He sends the rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 49:52 See those days everybody was a farmer. There were no factories or offices or anything. A hundred percent of people were farmers. And the most important thing a farmer needs is sun and rain for his crops. 50:15 For the trees and the field and everything. So here is a believer God fearing person who has got a farm. And here is a Godless person who has got a farm. Who doesn't pray. But the rain comes. It comes on both of them. 50:37 Sun comes on both of them. Why is that? This man is praying and fasting. He gets rain. He is not praying and fasting. He even says there is no God. But rain comes there also. What is that true? 50:58 That material blessings God gives to everybody. You don't have to be a believer. You are a believer. You get a job. That unbeliever also gets a job. The believer and the unbeliever are lying in the hospital. 51:19 You pray. He doesn't pray. Both of you are healed and get out of the hospital. Unbeliever and believer both praying for marriage. Both get marriage partners. They pray for children. Both get children. That atheist. 51:42 He also gets children. What about that terrorist? He also gets children. It's amazing how good God is. I say, I sometimes think, Lord, at least the terrorists, please don't give them any children. 52:02 God says, no, I'm a good God. I give to evil people. Evil people, he gives good things. Some people say, God gave me a job in Dubai. How much he has blessed me. 52:23 But there are many non-Christians who also got better jobs than you in Dubai. Then what is the mark of God's blessing? That we can become like Jesus Christ. That is the only mark of God's blessing. 52:47 So, in 1 Timothy 3, 1 Timothy 3, we read this is called the secret of godliness in verse 16. The secret is that Jesus came in a flesh. 53:07 That means, in simple words, he lived on earth as a man. So, if you want to live a godly life, if you want to live as Jesus lived, you must first learn that Jesus lived on earth in the flesh. 53:29 And, it says he was declared righteous in his spirit. With the flesh, he was pure. Since the day of Adam, nobody had lived like that. But it says about Jesus in Hebrews 4, He was tempted like us. 53:56 How was he tempted? Like you. In how many points? In everything. But he did not sin. Lord, then how did you overcome? He had the power of the Holy Spirit. That is the secret of overcoming. 54:16 That is the secret of overcoming. We need the power of the Holy Spirit. And that's why the devil has brought so much confusion concerning the Holy Spirit in the world today. As soon as you say, 54:40 Oh, that's all Pentecostal. We don't want that. It's not Pentecostal. It is from the Bible. I'm not a Pentecostal. I've never in my life been in a Pentecostal church. I'm not a member of any Pentecostal church. I've spoken in many Pentecostal churches. 55:02 I'm not against them. I love them. There are some very good believers there. And there are some very bad believers there. Just like in every denomination. But the fullness of the Holy Spirit is not for them. It's for every believer. 55:21 And that's why I began to seek God. Lord, I want rivers of living water to flow through me. I want power in my life. See, Jesus said in Acts 1.8. When the Holy Spirit is come, you shall receive power. 55:45 That's what I need. You know, when you construct a new house. You see, electrician can put all the wiring and connections and everything and the switches and everything. Then you have to apply to the electricity board to give you power. 56:06 Then only everything will work. That's what we need. After we are born again. We need to put in an application to heaven for power. You can't make the light and the fan and all run without power. 56:28 And that's the mistake many people have made. They are afraid of the Holy Spirit. They are afraid to ask God for the power of the Holy Spirit. Because they have heard all types of strange stories among some people. Why do you look at them? 56:48 I remember. When I was a young man. I also went to the Pentecostal church. I didn't know what it was. And I looked at what happened. And I said, Lord. I do not want this. But I want what Peter, James and John got on the day of Pentecost. 57:10 And so what did I do? I knelt down in my room. And I said, Lord. You fill me with the Holy Spirit. And God met with me. That is the secret. It's the thing that changed my life. It's the thing that changed my wife's life. 57:30 It's the thing that changed my children's life. So that they could serve the Lord. It's the fullness of the Holy Spirit. That is how Jesus lived. And that is how we can get God's nature. 57:51 And that is how we can live. Otherwise, we will hear all these messages. And we will know how to fit the tube light. And how to fit the fan. And how to fit the washing machine. And how to connect the computer. Everything is connected. 58:10 No electricity. What's the use? That's how many Christians are. They come to the meetings. And they hear about all these wonderful truths. And I say, you need one more thing. You need power. And we got to seek God for it. 58:33 One last verse. When Genesis 32. We read about Jacob praying like this. He says to God in verse 26. I will not let you go unless you bless me. 58:55 Pray like that. I will not let you go unless you bless me. Fill me with the spirit. God will meet with you. The fans will start working. The washing machine will start working. The computer will start working. 59:15 The lights will come on. Your life will be different. What a wonderful thing happened in my life. There is only one answer to what God has done in me and through me. It's got nothing to do with me. 59:35 One day. God filled me with the Holy Spirit. And that's the secret of every genuine man of God in the history of the Church. Let's pray. Heavenly Father. Apply these truths to our lives. 59:57 Help us to be overcomers. Everyone.
