load and so we can sing there's no reason for any of us not 9:21 to sing in every situation in life the trusting heart to jesus christ nor any yale for boats but at the cross of calvary praising the hymn thou christ of burning cleansing flames and the fire 12:20 this is written by that godly man william booth who did so much for the lord when he prayed send the fire the lord did send the fire and used him mightily this must be the cry of anyone who will be used no matter what you're calling 12:33 brother sister child cry out to the lord to fill you with this holy spirit today to fill you and burn up everything this is the work of the holy spirit to burn up all of self that moral christ might be revealed through us 13:04 [Music] [Music] give us the promised holy ghost [Music] 13:44 [Music] to bring the light and glory in the revolution [Music] 14:56 in the fire [Music] see us on the outer our lives are on this very day 15:37 to crown [Music] and let's continue in a spirit of prayer consecration if you really meant what we 15:57 just sang dear friend dear brother your sister he will send a fire he'll burn up things that you love that are a distraction he will take away things he will consume that which is not of him in you 16:14 those selfish self-centered ways of living of thinking of speaking but oh what liberty where the spirit of the lord is there is liberty he will set you free so don't be afraid lay it all give 16:32 yourself completely to him today as we pray i pray we'll pray it's more important that the lord hears your prayer this is an individual thing not a collective thing we can't give ourselves to him as a as a church collectively he looks for us 16:46 individually when the holy spirit came on the day of pentecost there was a tongue of fire over every single one of those 120. and so he's looking for as many of us as i hear in this building right now those listening online 17:01 if you're willing for the holy spirit to come and fill you that tongue will rest upon you you may not be able to see it but oh it will he will give you that assurance of his holy spirit filling within you and strengthening you strengthening you 17:14 for grace to conquer in the fight the fight that's coming this week that you're not you don't even know about you're gonna need grace you're gonna need power that's greater than your own ability power that's greater than the fact that 17:28 you've been a christian for so many years a living fresh anointing of the holy spirit today without this i pray you won't leave this this building this morning let's sing this family pray to him he's your head he's your bridegroom pray to him let him speak to you even as you pray lord we come to you and we're just thankful lord for what you've done we exalt your name we give you thanks 21:35 because it's right for us to give thanks to you there you are seated on the throne and who am i who are we mere flesh that you would be mindful of us and who am i what did i do to deserve i did absolutely nothing to deserve your 21:53 attention that your thoughts are always towards me that your plans for me are for my welfare and you've been silently planning for me in love thank you lord jesus we bury our faces in the dust and acknowledge that we're 22:05 nothing but dust and yet you've chosen us you put your hand on our shoulders and you lifted us up from the miry clay you put our feet on a rock you gave us a hope of salvation you gave us a hope for eternity we have jesus and we have 22:19 everything we need in him thank you lord we exalt you and praise you you put your hand on our shoulders and didn't just say come live with me you chose to marry us you've given us a bridal relationship with you lord jesus the king of heaven 22:32 help us lord jesus to see this more clearly because i know it will change remove all complaining and grumbling from our lives so help us lord give us the joy of our salvation afresh this morning restore it to us lord like that lamp afresh our 22:46 first love we come back to you lord with that first love we had when we realized what what you had done for us and we're just as thankful today we're more thankful today lord because you're proven yourself year after year day 22:57 after day thank you we praise you and exalt you lord and that's our desire lord that you would purify our hearts there's so much on christ's likeness still in us lord some of it we see through the week most of it we don't see and yet you love us you're 23:12 not afraid to come close to us you weren't afraid of our filth and our sin when you died on the cross and drew us to yourself and offered us a way of salvation offered us a complete cleansing and forgiveness from our sins 23:24 offered us a full justification offered us credit to us the righteousness of christ even though we didn't deserve it thank you lord for all these blessings spiritual blessings and on top of that you've seated us in the heavenly places with you there we are 23:38 with you we're not here on this earth lord and so we fix our ambitions on the place where you have seated us there at your right hand thank you father we we rejoice over you and we know that you rejoice even more over us with shouts of 23:50 joy thank you that you are here in our midst a victorious warrior and you will prove yourself lord not just in when we're here together but even in our lives day by day overcoming the sins in our flesh through through the power of the holy spirit 24:05 lord jesus this is the victory that overcomes the world our faith in you and so we trust you for the victories that you that are to come that you will fulfill according to your word thank you you began the good work in us you're 24:15 faithful to finish it lord jesus even when we are faithless you remain faithful because you can't deny yourself thank you pray be praised be exalted be glorified be magnified more today lord than you've ever been in our in our 24:28 estimation in our thoughts in our words and our deeds be glorified be exalted and like we just sang lord we lay our all on the altar we give ourselves away to you love's so amazing so divine demands my soul my life my all and so 24:44 here lord i give myself away that's all i can do i give myself to you you don't ask for my money you don't ask for anything else except our bodies as a living sacrifice and so we give that all to you lord thank you thank you be 24:57 exalted we commit our spiritual needs to you lord we think of any who are discouraged or defeated any where there's a spiritual battle whereas the devil has a stronghold or somebody that's bound by a spiritual bondage addiction to sin or 25:11 bad habits in the name of jesus we pray you'll come and release those that need to be released set them free lord jesus break the bonds that satan has bound up people in the name of jesus spiritual bondages lord discouragement despair 25:24 constant defeat and sin this is not the life you called you came to give us you came to give us abundant life lord you came to set us free of and indeed freedom lord that's what we want from you so we praise you and exalt you and we pray on behalf of those 25:37 that maybe are struggling in their faith today who are uncertain lord if you if the if you're still working in their lives and are needing a fresh touch from you a fresh anointing of the holy spirit oh i pray that their heads will be 25:48 lifted up and they'll see the glory and the lifter of our head who is you lord jesus thank you father you will do that and so we pray for those spiritual battles we pray for those who are pray for every marriage hear our lord i pray that 26:00 you'll knit the hearts of husbands and wives we know the devil comes after our marriages and and he's destroying marriages around the world among those who call themselves christians and not lord i pray it's only your mercy that 26:11 will preserve us so it's only your grace that will preserve us and so we cry out to you that we'll be more christ-like husbands to our wives and we'll be more christ-like wives to our husbands more christ-like parents to our children lord 26:23 most more christ-like brothers and sisters to each other in the church do it lord in a living way we thank you that you've gathered us together as a local expression of your body in this place where we can live out that 26:35 sacrificial love denying ourselves and taking up our cross and serving each other in love do that lord i pray and strengthen the bonds of unity among us in this church especially lord we pray that you'll knit our hearts together 26:47 help us to die to ourselves to fall into the great ground like a grain of wheat and die that we might bear fruit thank you for the promises in your word pray also lord for those that are in in physical need of healing lord there are 26:59 many in our midst who are still sick during this time of sickness around the world but those that also struggle with constant pain and other sicknesses and diseases lord you're the same who yesterday today and forever and any who came to you in faith 27:13 you healed lord and we don't know if you will heal all of us we know that your word doesn't guarantee that but we can ask you in faith lord and trusting that you know what's best and so we ask you lord even now that you will lay your 27:23 hands your nail pierced hands you bore our sicknesses on the cross lord and we look and see those nail pierced hands and we remember you took our sins you took our sicknesses you took all sorrow away lord lay those hands on any who are 27:36 sick right now and heal them lord jesus let your healing power flow through their body and restore them to complete health complete healing lord jesus and yet not as we will but let your will be done in every situation in every 27:49 situation with earthly things with material things we say not as we will but your will be done you know what's best you've charted out a plan for our lives you've written every day of our lives in your book even before we were 28:01 born you've collected our tears and you're in a bottle you've stored them lord and your your plan for us has not changed from the day that you sent your son jesus to die on our behalf and you who delivered your own son freely on our 28:13 behalf how much more will you not give us all that we need we trust you lord i pray that this week will be a week free of anxiety free of any worry free of any unbelief or fear we bind the spirit of fear and unbelief in the name of jesus we resist your 28:29 satan in the name of jesus lord i pray that this this week will be a spirit a week full of the spirit of love and power and discipline a sound mind this is the spirit we want lord jesus that we will walk in in newness of life 28:43 and we commit our material needs also thank you that you said we don't have to spend a moment worrying about tomorrow because you have it all in your hands you clothe the lilies you feed the sparrows and we're much more valuable 28:54 than them because you are our father a so much more precious lord than even just the creator you are to them thank you that we have a loving heavenly father whose eye is on us all his eyes your eye is on us we thank you thank you lord jesus you've watched 29:09 us you've watched our past you watch our today and you know our future and so we commit our future to you lord we commit the rest of this day we commit tomorrow and the week ahead the month ahead the year ahead all of it we don't know how 29:21 long we have left on this earth but we know it's short your return is soon lord jesus i pray that we will live in readiness like you warned us over and over again to live in readiness but to not be anxious to not have even a little 29:33 bit of fear because you love us and it is your good pleasure to give us the kingdom we receive more of your kingdom today through your holy spirit that spirit of love that spirit of joy that spirit of peace that spirit of uh 29:45 patience kindness goodness gentleness faithfulness self-control lord pour out that spirit upon us help us to be more like you we thank you you will do that we give you all the glory and help us lord to to love others around us 30:00 that your love which is shed abroad in our hearts will be manifest by our words and by our deeds and by our actions by our thoughts towards others loving thoughts thank you lord be exalted in jesus name amen here's a a poem actually that was 30:20 written a number of years ago [Music] and you you'll recognize the tune so hopefully you can sing with us [Music] 30:36 do not know how long i live but while i live lord let me give some comfort to someone i only want to 30:59 love like the lord help me live on earth like thee lord help me live on earth the words up yes no okay we'll wait till the word's going 31:19 [Music] maybe we should have reserved him books or where the technology fails but oh wait it's a wonderful hymn and it's important that we see the words that we're singing okay we'll sing from the top again 31:49 i do not know how long i live but while i live lord let me give some comfort to someone in need by smile or not kind word audience if you think it's it's somebody in the other side of the world or some other good deed you can do to some poor 32:04 person in the street how about beginning in our homes with our spouses with our children there's plenty of people right close to us who are in need of comfort or with a smile or a nod or a kind word and the second verse says lord help me 32:20 to do whatever i can to ease things for my fellow man i only want to do my part to lift a tired weary heart and if i can help them love again verse 3 says and i won't have lived in vain and i won't care how long i live if i 32:37 can love and give and give i only want to love like thee i do not know how long i live but while i live lord let me give some comfort to 32:54 someone i only want [Music] on to like thee 33:12 lord help me live on earth lord help me [Music] i only want to 33:34 do my a part weary heart i only want to love like the lord help me live on earth help me live on earth like this 33:57 [Music] if i can heaven love again then i will not have lived in faith and i'll not care how long i live if i 34:15 can love and give and give i only want to love like the lord help me live on earth [Music] earth like me 34:37 i only want to love like the lord help me live on earth like [Music] this is a hymn of triumph it's an army 35:01 hymn and i think we have to stand when we sing this so let's stand together we never need to be vanquished children you've you've heard this word here in this church before vanquish means defeated or discouraged or beat down we 35:13 never need given when we're waging war with satan encompassed round with sin because jesus in the name of jesus we shall we will we must prevail temptations will be set us 35:46 but in the name of jesus we shall we must prevail he leads is 36:23 right that we from its resources 36:52 they draw [Music] whereby we conversate we live to do 37:39 [Music] our stronghold is christ jesus his grace alone we please [Laughter] 37:59 is his name our shield and himself just all we [Laughter] come need maybe 38:21 [Music]
