don't need the sun there he is the light but think what it must be like to stand there in his presence and one day we will all be there and this life here on this earth which 0:34 is so short will just seem like a dream but the way we live on this earth for this short time is determines what our eternity will be like we know that let's sing today with the spirit of heaven the lamb upon his throne ask god 0:51 to give you a deeper revelation as you're singing if it means closing your eyes while you sing so that you're not worried about looking at others around you or thinking about praise you give you all the glory and honor lord wisdom power all authority is yours we proclaim it we 11:53 believe it's true lord no matter what it looks like with our natural eyes the eyes of faith in our heart that you opened say you are god you're seated on the throne you have all power all authority you're sovereign you're our 12:05 father your plans for us are for our very best you're causing all things to work together for our best for our good thank you lord that you're committed to conforming even me wretched sinful person that i was when you pick me up 12:18 you're committed to conforming us into your image thank you lord jesus you'll do that we praise you we exalt you we give you the glory and honor lord and i pray that the praise won't stop when the music stops but that will be singing too 12:29 throughout this week lord no matter what's coming up tomorrow and the day after that or even on friday or saturday through the end of this week a shout out praise from your people here knowing that that's what gives you that that's 12:41 what makes a throne for you so be enthroned take for take your rightful place lord take the place of preeminence the place where everything else gets dark we turn our eyes to you lord jesus and we we we believe we see your son shining 12:55 down on us and our faces are radiant because of how you're looking down on us with love we look up and see you rejoicing over us with shouts of joy we see you getting out of your throne and resulting over us lord i pray that we'll 13:08 see that not just now but throughout this week throughout whatever we might face that you will be glorified you'll be exalted thank you thank you lord you believe you'll do that be with us even this time that we're together 13:20 even in our thoughts lord may you take that place of honor that high place that place of brightness more that place where everything makes sense because of you i praise you in jesus name amen i mean you may be seated and let's 13:34 continue to pray and commit our needs to him he says cast all your cares upon me because i care for you all cares whatever it might be maybe you didn't realize it was a care but you found your thoughts going back to it and you found yourself 13:53 leading down walking down that path of unbelief or fear or anxiety or worry or discouragement condemnation those are no entry roads we hear that often no discouragement no condemnation there's absolutely no reason no matter 14:07 how bad or good the last week's been that you should be discouraged today dear friend your brother and your sister because god is on the throne jesus christ is the same yesterday today and forever his love in times past his love when he saved you 14:21 his love when he died on the cross for you his love as the father when he gave his son to die on the cross for you has not changed at all he loves you and sometimes he'll discipline you sometimes he'll withhold things from you sometimes he'll he he'll 14:34 he'll seem distant or it'll seem like you're walking through a fog but he's there he said i will never leave you or forsake you lo i am with you even unto the end of the age if you are his disciple if you're walking with him 14:46 you're seeking to obey all that he's commanded you to do and teaching others to do that he says i'm with you and i'm with you with all authority that's been given to me jesus says so come to him you who are weary and heavy laden 14:59 a heavy burden you've been carrying this week perhaps come to him and lay it down lay it down really for real this time never to pick it back up again that that thought that doubt that anxiety that uncertainty that that that sense like it does you don't 15:13 feel it perhaps god says lay it down at my feet i'll let me fill you with your holy spirit let me give you that obedience that's not in the feeling it's it's an it's a it's an obedience of your will where you lay down your will and say no 15:27 matter what it feels like i'll obey you because i put my trust in your word lord jesus you said heaven and earth will pass away but your words will never pass away and the commandments that you've given us the promises that you've given us none 15:38 of those will pass away lord we believe it and we put our complete trust in you all our eggs are in that basket lord in your word your promise that you've given us in your word we trust you you began the good work in us you'll finish it we 15:51 believe it lord we speak these words of faith because we need them lord and i pray that we'll hear you speaking words of faith this morning words of faith that will go deep down into our hearts and become a seed of faith that will grow 16:05 into a little shoot of faith and a tree of faith in us do that lord through the holy spirit pour out your spirit upon us lord we come to you needy we don't even know how to pray we don't even know how to pray but yet your spirit is given to us to 16:18 teach us how to pray to cry out within us with groanings that are far deeper than words so come holy spirit and and light a fire within us put a prayer within our hearts lord jesus your burden not my burden not each other's burden 16:31 but your burden you you holy spirit who searches the mind of god come search our hearts lord see if there's any grievous way within us and plant a burden and fill every part of me fill every part of my being o lord that's our cry from each one of us here 16:45 fill every part of our being that we might be be a a being of praise a being that's that's holy and pure and sanctified set apart for use thank you you will do that lord believe you'll do that you will pour your spirit upon us 16:58 you will open heaven over us to everyone who's thirsty and everyone who believes we believe you'll do that we know you'll do that thank you lord we commit our needs to you pray for those that are sick even some among us that are still sick and 17:09 deal with constant pain or illnesses lord we lift up especially our children we think of lord many who suffer and we we're helpless lord and that's a good thing because we can't trust in our own methods we have we've run out of options 17:21 lord you are our only option you are our plan and you'll always be that we can we lift up our sons and daughters to you and any who are sick lord jesus even right now wherever they are in this room or at home or someone else listening to this prayer 17:36 i pray you lay your hands on them in the name of jesus father we come to you because jesus said we could come directly to you and and take the name of jesus with reverence and with faith and lord i pray that you lay your hands 17:47 on them lord jesus and heal them let that healing power flow through them even right now they may be too afraid they may not even know how to pray lord but we lift them up to you and we believe you'll see our faith and you 17:57 will honor our faith and you will answer on the basis of that faith lord jesus and i pray you'll give even our little ones faith as they grow up that they can come to you that they see us praying to you and they know that they too can come 18:08 to you because you love them jesus you love the little children of this world of different colors different ages different abilities disabilities you're you're the god of them all and you created them exactly as as they are lord 18:20 for a purpose to show forth your majesty and your glory in your church do that lord and i pray again for the for those that need healing will you do that we lift up our material needs lord our financial needs those that maybe may be uncertain about 18:34 what the future looks like or uncertain about job situations lord you you came to this earth and had a job and you worked and you were tempted in all points as we are yet without sin to show us that we too can have hope we have a 18:47 hope that's an anchor that anchor that's there at the right hand of the father where you have entered through the veil and we know that you walk through that veil your flesh being tempted in every situation and there you are at the right 18:57 hand of the father proving that we too will be there soon oh lord i pray that you will open our eyes with faith that there will never ever be any more unbelief in us never any any grumbling or complaining or dissatisfaction or 19:10 discontentment lord thank you that you draw the boundaries around us and you provide us for everything that we need and you've made a plan for us for us allowing us to have the jobs we have and the financial situation we have and the homes we have 19:23 or don't have lord all with a purpose and we leave it in your hands thank you thank you lord that you come to give us rest you said we would find rest when we came to you that's what we long for lord i pray that this week for all of us here 19:35 at river of life and any listening to this prayer that this week will be characterized by rest we will rest in you do it lord that's the cry of our heart give us the rest that can't come from anything on this earth in the world 19:46 we'll have tribulation but in you we have peace we have rest thank you father you'll do that knit our hearts together lord i pray for every marriage you'll knit the heart of husband and wife we know the devil that wants to attack our marriages and we 20:00 stand against you satan in the name of jesus knit the heart of every husband and wife here lord in love in true love in divine love in christ like love not a human love knit the hearts of the parents to the children likewise with a divine 20:14 christ-like love lord jesus give us grace as parents to do that and at the heart of our children to our parents is to us as parents as well and in our hearts together here in this church lord with the unity that's not by human means 20:26 lord not a club attachment not an earthly attachment not our liking each other but a unity that's come through the knitting of your holy spirit where each one of us have been baptized in the holy spirit filled with your holy spirit 20:38 lord and through that you've melded us into one new man just like you did on the day of pentecost lord pour your spirit upon us and let our unity come through that through being filled with the holy spirit we believe you lord speak to us 20:49 give us a prophetic word today not uh not only in the things we hear but even as we share lord as we eat a meal together watch over us keep us healthy and safe but help us to guard our mouths lord that we will be reverent 21:00 in what we say knowing that we'll have to give account for every idle word that we speak guard our tongues lord jesus we pray only you can do that through the holy spirit help us help us lord thank you you've heard our prayer even the 21:12 unspoken needs lord you know them even better than we do and we commit them all to you in the name of jesus amen [Music] so a wonderful old song words that my dad put together 21:30 some years ago talks about how jesus who made the sun and the stars and everything that we see came and opened up a way through his flesh for us if you know that you'd sing with us 21:45 [Music] [Music] 22:09 is [Music] 22:57 [Music] he walked that lonely roll for you and me 23:13 all through his earthly life [Music] that we might be 23:34 set free from all our sins he did turn away [Music] 24:03 so faithfully upon [Music] [Music] 24:29 oh he died a sacrifice 24:49 to set us free and now we die with him [Music] is shall be us 25:17 as we obey his power he offers us to this way he did his father's will 25:35 and died by then oh he rose he overcame the grave and rose he's coming for his pride 26:12 for you and me to reign there by his son eternally and soul will
