Dear friend, dear brother, dear sister, your child, your life is not your own. Your time is not your own. Your days are not your own. You've been bought with a price. He paid an enormous price. The precious 12:04 blood of Jesus Christ. Not something cheap like gold and silver. Not something cheap like all the money in the world. The most precious thing that exists. The blood of Jesus the father paid for your life for your days here on 12:18 this earth. You are not your own. You've been bought with a price. So consecrate it. Give it back to him. You're doubly his. He made you for your his good pleasure. He made us for his good pleasure. We're created in his image to 12:32 bring him pleasure. And despite our mistakes, despite our fall, despite the sin with which we dishonored his name, he came back and bought us again and made us doubly his when he purchased us with the blood of Jesus. Your life is 12:46 not your own. Your your time is not your own. Your emotions are not your own. Every part of our being belongs to him. I have no right to feel gloomy or depressed because he has given me the joy of the Lord as my strength. I have no right to 13:02 complain or grumble because he has promised that he will work everything together for good. I have no right to be anxious or worried because he said you don't have to be worried. He who knows the beginning from the end holds your 13:15 future in your in his hand. Dear friend, trust him. So during this time of prayer, will you consecrate your life to him? It can make such a difference if you begin the week this way, saying, "Lord, even if it's not been that way 13:28 until this past week, until today, even this moment, Lord, from this day forward. I want to live as one who has been bought with a price, purchased with a precious blood." Heavenly Father, we commit our lives to you. We give you 13:38 glory and honor and praise like we've just sung. Lord, truly, you deserve all the glory. You're worthy, Lord. You're worthy of it all, of everything. But we don't want it to just be words. We want to prove that you are really worthy by 13:50 how we live our lives. that in secret, Lord, that the words that we've just sung will actually be meaningful because of how we live our lives, how we commit our emotions to you, how we spend our money, what we use our time with, what 14:02 we think about, how we think, how we treat others, uh what we what we do with our words, how we use our tongue, how we use our eyes, how we use our ears, our affections, our ambitions, our goals. Lord, I pray that you will find that we 14:16 are truly a people who live out that you are worthy because you are truly worthy. Receive all the glory and honor and praise blessing. Lord, what what is it, Lord, that we flesh dust can bless you, Lord? And yet you ask us to. And so we 14:29 do. And we believe that something happens, Lord, that you receive somehow greater glory that you deserve. That we mortal flesh that you've redeemed from sin can lift up our hands and lift up our voices and say, "We bless you. Thank 14:42 you Lord that you are blessed indeed. We bless you and glorify your name. Lord Jesus I pray that you will come and take your place as the bridegroom in this church Lord as the bridegroom in this place as the preeminent one the one most 14:55 glorious. Fill our vision Lord with you Lord Jesus more that the things of this world will be more will be will be more unattractive to us because of how attractive you are. Your glory, your purity, your holiness. Make it 15:07 attractive to us, Lord. Make your holiness something that we're drawn to, not something we're afraid of or struggle to live up to, but help us to see holiness in the light of heaven as the best possible thing, Lord. And and 15:19 the sin of this world is filth and muck and undesirableness, Lord Jesus, and pride and selfishness and selfish ambition. All of those things, Lord, open our eyes to see it from heaven's perspective. So, Lord, we want to set 15:32 our affections on things above, not on the things of this earth, that we might live lives that are pleasing to you. We thank you, Lord. Lord, we're here to simply say thank you for what you've done. We don't deserve to be alive 15:41 today, but where you are grateful, Lord, and I pray that our lives will constantly be ones of gratefulness to you so that all complaining will be removed from our mouths. Bless this day, Lord. Bless this meeting. Take full 15:52 control of it, Lord. May you have your way. And I pray for any life in whom the devil has a foothold. Any marriage, Lord, whether devil has a foothold or any individual, whether it be an adult or a child, a young person, whoever it 16:04 might be. Lord, I pray that you will come and bind the work of Satan. We resist you, Satan, firm in the faith. We bind your work in the name of Jesus, knowing that you have no authority over the church because Jesus has defeated 16:15 you. You are a disarmed enemy. You're powerless against the church, against those who are in Christ Jesus, who have been cleansed in by the by his blood and clothed in his righteousness and have his spirit dwelling in us. You have no 16:28 place in any such life. And so, we bind your work and resist you. Thank you, Lord, for the authority you've given the church to bind the work of Satan and believe it shall be. So, I pray, Lord, as parents, you'll give us that constant 16:40 prayer of binding the work of Satan in our homes. Lord, knitting our hearts together deeper in unity in marriage. Knit every heart together in marriage here in this church. Lord, every marriage knit together. Husbands and 16:50 wives growing in deeper love for each other, Lord, more than we've had in the past. We're not looking back. We're looking forward and expecting greater things in our marriages, Lord, than we've experienced yet. and for our 17:01 children. You said, Lord, that the church would come in the spirit of Elijah and restore the hearts of the parents to the children and the hearts of the children to the parents. And we claim that promise today in the name of 17:11 Jesus that you will fulfill that that you will draw the hearts of our children up to us parents, Lord. And draw the hearts of us parents to our children that they will not be lost. We pray for every child in this church as we 17:22 constantly do, Lord, that not a single one of them, not even one, Lord, you're the one that went looking for the one when the 99 was still safe in the fold. And we pray that you'll give us that spirit in the church as well, Lord. That 17:33 not a single one will be lost. Not a single one of these children, Lord. Watch over them, guide them, go ahead of them, prepare them, Lord, for the future you have planned for them. And I pray that they too will be captivated by you 17:45 that they will be your disciples. Thank you, Lord. We can entrust ourselves fully to you and our children, our homes, our futures. They're in our in your hands. Lord, we pray for our earthly needs as well. Thank you for for 17:57 the provisions you give us. Thank you for the jobs you've given us that we can earn money and provide for our children. We don't ask for much, Lord. You've given every one of us much more than we need or deserve. Lord, I pray that 18:06 you'll free us from anxiety. And that if if there is anxiety, Lord, you'll show us that it it comes from the love of money deep down. Free us, Lord. Help us to make sure that our character is free from the love of money because you have 18:18 said you will never leave us or forsake us. You will not leave us alone, Lord, so we don't have to be worried at all. Free us, Lord, more and more from the love of anything in this world. We ask you to do that. Continue to provide for 18:30 us, Lord. We believe you will. You will provide for all of our needs and every single one of them. And for healing, Lord, if there are any who need a touch from you, some who are sick couldn't be here. Others who are dealing with pain 18:40 now or constantly with other forms of disease. Lord, you're a healing God. You're our maker, Lord. You're our creator. That's even greater than being a healer. So, we know that you're able to heal. We trust you fully for every 18:52 earthly need. Lord, for our physical needs, touch your touch anyone who's in need of a touch from you, Lord. Heal our bodies. We pray completely. Our bodies are for you, Lord. Only that you can we can serve you fully until the end of our 19:05 lives here on this earth. We thank you that you will do that. Pray for others, Lord, who may be dealing with sorrow or other forms of emotional hurt. Lord, we pray that you will come and be the comforter. Send the comforter, Lord, 19:16 through the Holy Spirit. Thank you that you've given him such a name. He is a comforter, one who brings strength through consolation and encouragement. So bring that comfort, Lord, to any who are in need of it now. Especially at 19:28 this time, we thank you that you're a friend who is closer than a brother, Lord. You're our deepest friend. You're our closer than any earthly friend we could ever have. You are our friend, Lord Jesus, and you will carry us 19:38 through until we see you. I pray that we won't lose sight of the hope that is set before us. a hope fixed as an anchor, Lord, there at the right hand of the Father where you are seated, interceding for us day and night. We thank you, 19:51 Lord. We entrust our day, our week, our month, our year, whatever time we have left here on this earth fully into your hands. We praise you in Jesus' name. [music] Amen. For those who have truly seen Christ 20:10 and seen [music] his sacrifice, they will naturally be coming out from [music] within us a desired to be poured out like him. Paul said, "I am already being poured out as a drink offering." This was one who had followed Jesus until the way all the way 20:25 until the end. Now, as you [music] look back on your life and you look ahead to your life that's left, dear brothers, dear sisters, dear children, we have a very, very short time left on this earth. Determine with all your heart 20:37 that your life will be poured out for Christ, not for anything else, for Christ alone. My life [singing and music] must be Christ broken bread. My love [singing] 20:55 is out poured wine. A [singing] cup [music] or filled a table spread beneath [singing] [music] his name 21:13 and son. that other [singing] souls [music] refreshed and fed may [singing] share his life through [singing] my oh [music] 21:32 may that be our prayer. Make it so Lord. My all [singing] is in [music] the master [singing] hands for him to [music] bless and [singing] bring [music] beyond [singing] 21:54 the brook. His wine presence [singing and music] and then my way I [singing and music] take resolve [singing] the 22:14 love of love to [singing] give for [music] his dear sake. Lord, let [singing] me [music] share 22:31 that grace of thine where [singing and music] without sustain [singing] the burden [music] of the fruitful 22:51 vine. [singing] The gift of [music] buried grace. >> Who [singing] dies with thee, [music] oh [singing] divine 23:09 shall rise and [singing] live [music] again. who [singing] dies [music] with thee. All worthy [singing] 23:25 [music] shall rise again shall rise [singing] and live again. >> We believe it is so, [music] Lord. We will we who die with you will rise and live again. Dear family, there is a work 23:45 that's unfinished [music] here on this earth. That's why Jesus has not yet come. There is a purpose, a plan that he has made before the foundations of the world. [music] A work for him to accomplish through his church. That's 23:56 you and I. Oh, that none of us will reach the end of our lives, having missed out on finishing [music] the work for which God placed us on this earth. Jesus said he glorified the father having accomplished that [music] for which he was placed on 24:10 this earth. And you are here not by accident. Even you young children, you're here not by accident. Not [music] just to live a life pleasing yourself, making some money, and having a good life, enjoying the things of this earth. 24:22 God has given us things freely to enjoy here on this earth. But you're here on earth for a purpose. May it not be missed for any one of us. Facing [singing] a task [music] unfinished that drives [singing] us to our knees. 24:41 [music] A need that unde [music and singing] rebues our slothful. We who [singing] rejoice to know you. Renew [music] before your throne. 25:00 The [singing] solemn pledge [music] we owe you to go and [singing] make you known. [music] Where other [singing] lords beside [music] you hold their 25:16 unhindered [singing] sway. Where [music] forces that defy you [singing] defy you still today. [music] With none to heed their [singing] crying 25:32 [music] for life and love and light. [music] Unnumbered souls [singing] are dying and passed into [music] the night. We [singing] bear the torch [music] that 25:51 flame fell from the hands [singing] of those who gave their [music] lives proclaiming that Jesus died and [singing] rose. [music] Ours is the same commission, 26:10 [music] the same message. Ours [singing] marked by the same ambition. [music] To you we yield our [singing] hearts. Oh father [singing] 26:28 who [music] sustained. Oh spirit who [singing] [music] inspire, savior whose love constrain [music] them [singing] to toil with zel untried from [singing and music] cowardice. 26:47 Defend us from death. [singing] Awake for [music] not your send us [music] to labor [singing] for your sake.
