Thank you, Lord. >> He has done so much indeed. If you think back even not too long ago, dear brother, dear sister, even dear children, if you'd come to know the 5:24 Lord, do you remember what it was like when you didn't know him and he wasn't the satisfaction and the joy of your heart and how you thought this thing on the earth would satisfy and that other thing on the earth would satisfy. 5:38 Think about that prodigal son who woke up every morning thankful that he was in the presence of his father. Reflecting back on what it used to be like when he was there with the pigs or even there with his friends and how nothing all the 5:51 temporary satisfaction he had in the world never satisfied and it all eventually gave out. We have found Jesus. The chorus here we sing says, "Hallelujah. I have found him whom my soul so long has craved. Jesus satisfies 6:08 my longings. Oh, dear young people, dear children, and all of us adults as well. May we know that Jesus alone satisfies my longings? Ask yourself this question honestly, deep within your heart. Has your longing been satisfied? If not, you 6:24 haven't seen Jesus. Come to him. He will satisfy. Hallelujah. I have found him [singing and music] whom my soul 6:42 so long has prayed. [singing] Jesus satisfies [singing] [music] my longings. Through [singing] his life I now am saved. [singing] All my life 7:05 I had [singing] pented for a drink from some cool [singing] spring [music] that I hope would quench the burning. [singing and music] 7:23 But the thirst I felt within but I found him. Hallelujah. [singing] [music] I have found him [singing and music] whom my soul 7:40 so long has crave. [music] Jesus [singing] satisfies my longings. [music] Through his [singing] life I now am saved, feeding [singing and music] 8:00 all the husks around me [music] till my strength [singing] was almost gone. [music] [singing] Long my soul for something [music] 8:17 better. only [singing] step to hers on. [singing and music] Hallelujah. I [singing] have found him [music] whom my soul 8:37 so long [singing] has crave. [music] Jesus satisfies [singing] my longings. Through his life, [singing] I now am saved. 8:55 >> For I [singing] was [music] sought for grace, something that would [singing] satisfy. But [singing and music] the dust I 9:13 gather around me [singing and music] only mocks my soul [singing] sad cry. [music] Hallelujah. I [singing] have found him 9:31 whom my soul [music] [singing] so long has crave. Jesus. [singing and music] >> Yes, he does. Thank you, Lord. Despise my long [music] need through [singing] his life. I now 9:50 sing, well [singing] of water, ever springing, [singing] [music] bread of life so rich and [singing] free. [music] Untold wealth that 10:11 never [singing] failth. My redeemer is [singing] [music] too. Oh, sing of it. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. I [singing] have found him [music] whom 10:29 my soul [singing] so long has. Jesus [music] [singing] satisfies my longings. [music] Through his [singing] life I now [music] 10:48 sing from your heart. Hallelujah. I have found him. Hallelujah. >> Yeah, I have found him whom my [singing] soul so long has. [singing] 11:05 Jesus said [music] despite [singing] my needs through his [singing] life I now [music] sing >> Bible tells us to rejoice in the Lord 11:25 always. Again he says again I say rejoice. Why is that dear family? Have you thought about it? It's because it is in the Lord that we can really find joy 24/7. And if you're here this morning where there's even a little bit of a lack of joy is if 11:43 there's a reason why you can't rejoice, you can't lift your hands up to him and with a smile on your face and say, "Lord, I'm not looking to the circumstances around me. I'm not even looking at myself and how far I still 11:54 have to go to be like you, but I'm looking to you, my redeemer whom I have found." that spring that I looked for here and there and in something else. I thought I would move here or do this or do that. I'd get this other opportunity, 12:07 but I found you. The spring of joy, eternal well of water, ever springing bread of life so rich and free. Are you feeding on that bread of life? Are you drinking off that water? Jesus alone satisfies. And let's come to 12:25 him and offer him our lives aresh. that's not been true in some way. If in some way throughout this past week or looking back on the last few days and weeks or months, you think, Lord, I wasn't satisfied. There was something 12:37 that left me still hungering. I thought this other thing here on this earth would. And thank you for showing me that nothing here on this earth will satisfy. Help me, Lord, to find my joy and satisfaction in you alone. Pour out your 12:49 whole your soul to him. Commit your way unto him. Pour believe cast your burden on him. Dear brother, dear sister, new children as well. Pray to him and cast your burden. Is there a burden you're carrying? Whatever it might be, he says 13:00 he doesn't want you to carry a single burden. Cast all your burdens. Cast all your cares. Maybe you cast most of them. Maybe 90% of them are cast, but that one thing or that 10% is still dragging you down, holding you back from the things 13:16 that God wants you to experience that satisfaction in him. Lay it before him this morning. committed to him fully and see if he will not loose that burden and let you fly with him. Heavenly Father, we thank you for gathering us here this 13:31 morning. We give you praise and glory and honor like we sang at the beginning. Your loving kindness is better than life, Lord. We don't ask for life even necessarily, Lord. We ask for your loving kindness. We know that's enough. 13:42 So our lips praise you and we bless you, Lord. What a thing that even we mortal flesh, sinful as we still are, even not yet fully made like you, can bless you in some way. The Almighty God who needs nothing, who to whom we can add nothing, 13:56 Lord, who who who doesn't ask us for our opinion or or or whom we can question. You are the almighty God, eternal, supreme, knowing all things, having all wisdom and having all power, Lord. And yet you say we can bless you by lifting 14:11 up our arms to our hands to you and praising you with our lips. We believe that you will do that, Lord. May it just not be something that we do together on a Sunday morning, but throughout the day, whatever it might be, whether we're 14:21 singing or listening to you, that our hearts are full of praise. We thank you, Lord, for all you've done, for your loving kindness. Your faithfulness is great. Great is your mercy. It's new this morning, Lord. You've been merciful 14:33 to every single one of us in a way that we perhaps don't even fully realize how new your mercies are this morning. How your faithfulness endures forever. And so we praise you and give you thanks, Lord. May we never grow tired or take it 14:47 for granted that we woke up this morning and had those mercies and that we're in the land of the living tasting your goodness. We never want to take it for granted, Lord. I pray that not even one of us will ever be ungrateful, that 14:58 there will ever be a spirit of unthankfulness in us, Lord, for what you've done or even the circumstances you've allowed in our lives. Lord, we know that we can trust your word. Every promise that you every good promise that 15:11 you made will come to pass. They did come to pass for those who trusted you and they will come to pass for all of us because we trust you Lord. So we praise you. Thank you for your word Lord that keeps us and reminds us and keeps us on 15:23 the path. Pray Lord that you'll pour out your Holy Spirit aresh upon us. Oh that you would send it like you did on that day of Pentecost on the on the on those gathered there Lord and it transformed their lives. You gave them boldness 15:34 Lord. You gave you made them more holy as they were filled continually. So Lord, pour out your spirit aresh on us. We long for a fresh outpouring, a fresh filling in every one of our hearts. Lord, I pray that not one of us will go 15:47 away from this meeting not having been filled. Lord, not having experienced and filled a little bit more. We come to you with bigger vessels, Lord, longing for that outpouring of your spirit. You I believe you will fill it, Lord. We lift 15:59 up our cup to you. You said, "Open your mouth wide. I will fill it." We trust you. It's your word, Lord. We wouldn't believe it if you hadn't said it. So, we thank you. You will do this. There's not a single one of your promises that you 16:10 don't intend to fulfill if we have faith. So, we do it. We do trust you, Lord. And we believe all things are possible to you, the almighty God. And so, all things are possible to us who believe in the Almighty God. We confess 16:23 our hope, Lord. We proclaim it. It shall be so. Lord, I pray, Lord, that you will do a work deep within. that it won't be an emotional stirring that we have today or anything physical that we experience but a spiritual work. You said that 16:35 those who worship you must worship you in spirit and truth. Give us that life Lord that you had being a worshshiper of your father while you were here on this earth in spirit and in truth in all honesty Lord and in the spirit Lord I 16:48 pray so give us that holy spirit. We thank you Lord for your goodness. Pray for any who are still struggling in some way. Any life in whom the devil has a foothold. any child, any young person, any brother, sister, anybody listening 17:00 to this prayer where the devil's had a foothold where they're still addicted through through bad habits or uh defeated by by the use of their tongue or bad moods or irritability or complaining or grumbling about anything. 17:12 Lord, I pray you will come and loose those that need to be loosed and bind the work of Satan. You gave us in the in the church as the church authority to bind the work of Satan. And so we believe Lord his work is bound by our 17:24 prayer of faith and our agreement here on this earth that it would be bound. So we thank you Lord and we stand against you Satan. We bind your work in the name of Jesus. Lord rebuke you. You have no place in any heart in any marriage in 17:37 any home in any or in this church at all. The Lord God Almighty is a wall of fire on this church. He's the glory in our midst. He's the one that we're pursuing. He's the head of the church. He's the captain of our salvation. He is 17:48 here in our midst a victorious warrior rejoicing over us with shouts of joy. Thank you Lord that you have given us that promise and that's why the devil doesn't want to be here because you are here in all your power and you're 18:00 rejoicing in the spirit of heaven. Lord will you give us that. Help us to walk with clear consciences knowing that your presence will be with us when we keep our conscience clear. Help us to be quick to apologize. Help us to be quick 18:11 to forgive. I pray that every one of us even as we stand praying will forgive. Now, if there's anybody that we are holding any grudge against, any bitterness, I pray today will be that morning. This morning will be that time 18:21 when we let it go completely forgiven. Everybody, no matter what they've done, whether they've come and said it right with us or not, Lord, from our side, we release them. We forgive them completely. Thank you, Lord, for the 18:33 freedom that comes when we forgive others. I pray that we will be such a church, a forgiving church, a merciful church, because you've been so merciful to us. Thank you. Thank you, Lord. Pray for those that are sick as well. Those 18:44 that are in need. Pray for those that need a touch from you physically, Lord. Some that are sick and can't be here. Others who deal with constant pain in their bodies, Lord, and and have prayed and we trusted you and we're not going 18:55 to stop trusting you. Even if the answer delays, Lord, we our faith grows stronger because you promised in your word, Lord. So will you in your mercy and out of your tender love and your care for us, touch those that need a 19:07 touch of healing now. Let your healing power flow through their bodies, Lord, and heal them completely. Others that need heal healing in their emotions or mentally or otherwise, Lord, uh relations, relationships, Lord, I pray 19:20 you'll bring healing, comfort to those to those who need comfort, Lord, who've experienced the loss of loved ones or other loss. Lord, I pray you'll bring comfort. Your spirit is called the comforter. You are a comforting spirit. 19:31 So come, Lord, and bring comfort. We thank you for that. We commit our earthly needs to you. You said seek your your kingdom first and you would add all that we need. May this be the week that we prove that that we're not going to 19:43 have any worry or anxiety or fear. But seek your kingdom first today and tomorrow and the day after that and every day of this week. Seeking your kingdom first, knowing that whatever our needs are, you will add to them. Lord, 19:56 you will add that to our lives. We trust you. We give you the glory and honor and praise. We thank you aresh Lord for your great mercy to us. You've been so faithful and in eternity even those in hell will recognize. They 20:13 too will bow and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. And I pray Lord that now here on this earth while you've given us bodies that we will offer it to you as a living sacrifice. That it won't just be songs we sing on a Sunday morning Lord but our lives 20:29 surrender to you that say great is your mercy. Your loving kindness towards me is so great. You've been so faithful and I see your tender mercies day after day. Thank you, Father. Thank you. 20:46 Great is [singing] your [music] mercy. >> Sing it from your heart toward me. Great [singing] is your mercy. [music] me. Great [singing] is your grace. I [singing] 22:57 will not fear. [music] [singing] You I'll trust [singing] you. Lord, [music] >> you're my hiding [singing] place, a shelter 23:17 from the storm. [singing and music] I am assured [music] [singing] of your great love for me. >> Lord, I find [singing] in you my Yes. In 23:41 you alone my [music] peace forever more. >> I will not fear. I [singing] will not fear. >> I'll [singing] trust you, Lord. 24:01 [music] You're [singing] my hiding place, a shelter from the storm. [singing] [music] I [singing] am a Yes, you love me. [singing] [music] Oh, that you would trust him today. And when [singing] I need your hand [music] to guide [singing] me, Lord, I know you're right beside me. 25:17 And I [singing and music] know that you will lead me safely home. [music] >> Let's sing. That when we get to heaven, that's the only thing [music] we will long for and 29:39 desire. This will be rapture indeed to lie prostrate before his throne and gaze and gaze on [music] thee. And if that's the the only way we can be prepared for that is if we have found Jesus as our satisfaction here on this earth. When we 29:55 get to heaven and realize there is no money there, there is no success there, there is no self there. It is Christ and Christ alone. Will that be boring? It will be for anyone who has longed for anything else here on this earth. But 30:09 for those who have daily denied themselves, taken up their cross and follow Jesus, fixing their eyes on him, their only reward. When they see him their reward, this will be our response. Father [singing] of Jesus 30:27 loves reward. [music] What rapture will [singing] it be? [music] Prostrate [singing] before thy throne to life 30:46 and [singing and music] gaze and gaze on me.
