testify that he is 18:20 worthy now he says cast all your cares upon me because i care for you he's the only one that's capable of taking your care and resolving it you can't do it by carrying it you can't do it by thinking about it by being anxious about it or being 18:35 worried about it being fearful about it jesus said cast all your cares upon me i care for you come to me all of you who are weary and heavy laden what's this week been like friend brother sister family what's this week been like 18:51 has it been weary swimming heavy in any way even for a minute jesus didn't want you to carry that worry and that anxiety pray to him lift up your needs to him it's not enough that i pray you pray he wants to hear your voice 19:03 you're his child like a child speaks to their father and has freedom jesus paid that price so that you could come and talk to your father and sit in his lap and be lean on his bosom and hear him sing over you with shouts of joy 19:18 he's pleased with you he's he's he he longs for you to be free from all those things that you're carrying whether it's sin whether it's anxiety fear worry so pray to him and give yourself a fresh to him and see if he will not 19:31 show you that plan he has for you plan for your welfare not for your calamity to give you a future and a hope he knows the plans it's enough that he knows father we entrust our lives afresh to you this morning as we do every day lord not just on a 19:45 sunday this is no different today for you than any other day lord jesus you are the same yesterday today and forever and yet we set aside this day lord at the start of a week and this time to come and renew our commitment to you 19:57 to say yes lord we mean it together with your people we mean it when we say that you are all in all so be all in all lord in everything that we do beginning with our of our motives and our ambitions and our goals and our thoughts our words our deeds how 20:13 we treat each other how we think about each other how we love even our enemies lord jesus come and take control of our lives we're just wrestles we're just channels for you that you might let your grace and glory and peace and love and joy flow through us 20:27 be exalted lord jesus by us your people here on this earth as lord jesus you were exalted when you were here on this earth you exalted the name of the father when they saw you they saw the father let that be true about us let that be 20:39 true about our marriages let that be true about our homes but that be true about this church i pray lord a little bit of a taste of heaven as they interact with us it's it's it's possible lord jesus with us in our own strength it's 20:51 impossible but with you all things are possible and so we lift up our hands and our voices to you we lift up our mouths to you that you would pour out your holy spirit upon us lord that's what we need we need your spirit 21:02 truly coming and dwelling within us empowering us and strengthening us lord to live as you'd live lord jesus pour out your holy spirit upon us cry to him church if you need that anointing if you need that power if you need that 21:14 touch from him he longs to give it to you thank you father that you will give it to us it's not in vain lord you said that if we ask and keep on asking seek and keep on seeking knock and keep on knocking you will do it lord jesus and we're evil 21:28 fathers compared to how good a father you are you long to give us the holy spirit you long to pour out your spirit upon us and empower us in a way that we know nothing of yet lord jesus i has not seen year has not heard 21:39 nor has entered into the heart of man the things that god has prepared for those who love him yet we know it through the holy spirit who searches the hearts of all men and has revealed it to us thank you father we believe you'll do it 21:51 we entrust our lives to you and pray for any who are bound in sin lord there's anybody here listening to this who's bound in sin in any way in the name of jesus we bind the work of satan we loose those that need to be loosed lord and 22:03 you are bound in addiction lord our bad habits come lord jesus and set them free as you set free those who came to you in faith thank you you will do that your name is jesus because you will set us free from all sin that's the promise you've given 22:16 us in the new covenant we exalt you and praise you we also bring our material and physical needs to you lord jesus because we know you care the birds and the lilies they just have a creator we have a father and you care 22:29 for us thank you lord jesus so we pray for any who are in need financially job situations come lord jesus and provide as only you can because you're our father who cares so provide for our needs we pray pray for those who need healing lord 22:43 there are some in our midst even this time of sickness that's spreading around the world i pray that you'll cause that to end soon and i pray for any who are sick in any other way lord jesus in their bodies touch them even those that deal with 22:54 persistent illness and sickness in the name of jesus lay your hands on them lord wherever they are lord as they're listening to this lay your hands on them and touch them and restore them to health according to your will lord jesus 23:06 because we our bodies are for you that we can further your kingdom that we can do your will here on this earth and so we know you will strengthen our bodies you gave you raised jesus back to life and so you will give strength to our mortal bodies 23:19 that we might please you that we might glorify you that you might be lifted up by our bodies lord jesus we offer our bodies of as a living sacrifice this is worship lord not just words we sing or music we sing along with 23:32 words we say but this is our spiritual service of worship our bodies as a living sacrifice take control of our tongue how we use our tongue take control of it lord we really mean that this week have control of my tongue this 23:47 week have control of my eyes this week have control of my ears what i listen to this week have control over my mind to think on those things that you alone would want me to think about lord those things that are praiseworthy 23:59 have control of my heart my whole body is yours lord jesus to do with as you please this is our ambition thank you praise you exalt you you're worthy to be praised thank you you've heard the prayer for every everyone that's prayed in faith 24:13 and you will answer the fervent effective prayer of the righteous accomplishes much thank you lord you will do it in jesus name amen here's an old hymns also i think about 100 years old or so [Music] 24:31 jesus said if anyone must follow would follow me he must take up his cross deny himself daily [Music] and to follow jesus if you read the gospels you see what he was really like [Music] when he went into the temple and chased 24:47 away those who were dishonoring him when he went alone to pray on the mountain when everybody else went to sleep when he looked upon the people who were going to persecute him with compassion as sheep without a shepherd 24:58 this is the jesus we're following this will probably be a new song to most of you listen and sing along if you can catch on to the two 25:15 [Music] the father's good pleasure was his prayers always heard 25:44 [Music] when jesus the master passed by 26:01 [Music] when it all went their way and were he went to the mountains to play and dare he received 26:21 his father the strength that he needed each day so mighty and clear was his message the 26:56 [Music] see the hearts broken contrite and great 27:13 keep up the way of life's wisdom mankind with compassion 27:32 and unspeakable grief he's all he did offer for sitters piss all he poured out [Music] 28:14 relationship he came to perfection [Music] 28:42 and now he calls us to follow he's given us a body just as he had oh 29:19 lead us this way keep glory majestic 29:37 kid grows jesus said unless a grain of wheat fall into the ground and die it remains alone but if it does it will bear much
