And it [music] is the same power that he pours out within us to give life 2:49 to our [music] weak dying bodies. And as we think about that empty tomb, he is no longer here. He is risen. [music] He is seated at the right hand of the father. Let it bring joy into our hearts. Let it bring hope. This is our 3:04 hope that [music] Jesus Christ is no longer on the cross, no longer in the grave, but seated at the right hand of the father. Fix your vision on him. See what [music] a morning gloriously [singing] bright with the dawning of hope in 3:22 Jerusalem. [singing and music] All in their great coaches to [music and singing] fil with light as the angels announce Christ is risk [singing and music] God salri. 3:44 [singing] [music] to fulfilled [singing] in Christ the man [music] for [singing] he lives. Christ is risen from the dead. 4:05 [music] She very weeping where he lay [music] as in sorrow [singing] she turns from the empty room. Here's [music] a voice [singing] speaking. 4:22 Calling her name is the master [singing] the Lord raised to [music] again. The [singing] voice that stands singing life, [singing and music] 4:38 stirring hope, bringing peace to us. [music] We'll [singing] shout till he appears [music] for he lives. Christ is risen from the dead. A [singing and music] 4:54 voice that stands the youth. Speaking light, [music] stirring hope, bringing [singing] peace to us. We'll [singing] shout till [music] he appears for he lives. Christ is risen 5:13 [music and singing] from the dead. One [music and singing] with the Father, anient of days [music and singing] through the sea. Pray who clothe with certainty. Honor [singing and music] and blessing. 5:32 Glory and praise to the King. [music and singing] Christ has 5:50 come and we [singing and music] shall reign with him. For he lives. Christ is risen [singing and music] from the dead and we are raised [music and singing] with him. 6:07 Death is dead. Love has won. Christ has come. >> [music] >> on earth and [singing] we shall reign [music] with him for he lives Christ is risen [singing] from the dead [music] 6:30 let's use this time for personal prayer commitment re reaffirming our commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ you know dear family prayer is a mysterious thing the more I pray. The longer I have had a walk of prayer with the Lord, as have we all, it seems 6:47 to be more and more of a mystery. We can't understand it with our earthly minds. We can't wrap our minds around how prayer works that the God who knows the future from the very beginning according to his fornowledge allows us 7:04 mortal flesh to move his hand through prayer. It's a mystery that we will only understand fully in heaven. But we're commanded to pray. We're told to pray and to pray with faith without trying to understand it with our own eyes and our 7:17 own minds and to believe that God hears and answers prayer. He hears prayer. Brothers, sisters, children, young people. God hears prayer. He has ears that we can hear. We're not praying to an idol or a stone. Have you treated the 7:33 God of heaven who's living like a stone idol who has no ears and who has no eyes to see, no mouth to speak? We serve a living God. Jesus is alive and he ever lives to intercede for us. He is praying. He is praying for you there at 7:51 the right hand of the father. He's interceding for you. Join him in that prayer that he's praying for you. Join him in the prayer that he's praying for others in your circle of influence. Is there something? Think about the most 8:03 impossible seeming circumstance. The one that seems hopeless. The one that seems like it's dead and buried, three days buried, and give it to God today and see him use the resurrection power of Christ to bring that back to 8:19 life. Think about the most hopeless situation. The psalmist said, "I believe that I will see the power of God in the land of living, in the land of the living." We want to prove his power here where there is life here on this earth. We 8:37 live in a dark world, in a world that's full of pain and hurt and hopelessness in a world of suicide, in a world of death, in a world of sorrow and and broken relationships and and and divorce and family disharmony and dysfunction. 8:53 And in the midst of that, there's one light that's one ray of hope and that is Jesus Christ alone. May we put our trust in him today. May we aresh confess and proclaim that he alone is God and he is the way. He is the truth. He is life. 9:11 Come and trust him aresh today dear family. Come and put your faith aresh in him and say Lord I refuse to let to tie your hands through my unbelief. I refuse to limit your possibilities in my life anymore through unbelief. And I'm asking 9:25 you, Lord, today for that thing that I was afraid to ask you because it seemed hopeless. I'm I'm asking you today, Lord, to solve that problem that I've carried, that burden that I've been carrying all this time. I lay it at your 9:36 feet and believe that you will untangle the knots. Jesus Christ came to untangle the knots of your life. And he will do that. He came He came to destroy the works of the devil. And he's doing that. He will do that. He has done it on the cross. He's 9:53 done it through through the through triumphing over the grave. And he's done it because he's seated at the right hand of the father. And all authority has been given to him in heaven and on earth. And that includes hell and all 10:05 the hosts of hell, Satan himself who has been defeated. And the God of peace shall soon crush Satan under your feet. These are the promises he's given us. Church family. May we confess it. May we put our hope in it. This is the only 10:18 thing that's worth putting our hope in. Not our bank accounts, not our homes, not our earthly securities, but the word of God, his promises shall never fail. Heaven and earth shall pass away, but his words will never pass away. So lay 10:33 your burden at his feet. Whatever it is, perhaps you brought one burden today. That's one too many. And if you're carrying 10, lay them all at his feet. Heavenly Father, we commit our lives to you. Thank you that you're a God who 10:47 specializes in the impossible. You specializes in those things that are dead that you might bring him back to life so that our confidence will not be in ourselves. So thank you Lord that you've allowed us to reach places of 10:58 hopelessness, places of death even so that you alone could be our hope where we know that there's no other hope except that your resurrection power bring us back to life. So Lord, I pray for that for myself and for everyone 11:11 here Lord in this room and listening online. I pray Lord that your power will be manifest. Thank you that your power shows up best in weakness. Lord, we look we bring to you our areas of weakness and we recognize we confess that 11:25 everything about us is weakness. You've chosen the weak things of this world, the base things, that which is dead, that which is hopeless, that which is good for nothing. And you say, "That's what I'm going to use to manifest my 11:36 power." So Lord, we bring our uselessness, our hopelessness, our lack of everything, Lord, to you and so that you might prove your power in our lives. Do that, Lord. You know our problems. You know our difficulties. You know the 11:51 burdens we've been carrying and we lay them at your feet, Lord. Burdens for ourselves, our spiritual battles, our emotional battles, our physical battles. You know them better than even we do. You knew we would face it before we even 12:04 faced it. So we thank you and we proclaim that you are God who sees in the darkness even when nobody else sees. And you're the God who heals. You're the God who restores. You're the God who redeems. If you wouldn't spare your only 12:16 son, Jesus, how much more will you not give us all that we need for life and godliness. We thank you, Lord, that you will do that. We proclaim our faith, Lord. I pray that every one of us, from the youngest to the oldest, will receive 12:28 faith today. Faith that overcomes the world. Faith that triumphs in every circumstance. Lord, a living faith, a faith that has fixed its eyes on the hope that you've given us. So we confess our hope, Lord, and we proclaim that we 12:42 will trust you this week more than we have. Jesus, Jesus, how we've proved you, Lord. We look back on the past and we see how you've been faithful. You brought us through circumstances we thought we would never come through, and 12:53 here we are this morning. We don't deserve to have life, and yet you've given us breath. One more day, Lord Jesus. You don't give us what we deserve. You give us life. Thank you, Lord. Undeserving as we are now that you've given us life. Now that we see 13:06 Jesus Christ and the hope that is in him, how much more, Lord, all the earthly needs that we did, we need, Lord, all the earthly needs that we have. Thank you. Thank you for that promise. Your heavenly father knows. Thank you for that promise, Lord, that 13:20 our heavenly father knows what we need. Knows that we need these things. So, Lord, I pray you'll free us from anxiety. Free us from worry. Free us from unbelief. Lord Jesus, speak your words to us this morning. Even now as 13:33 we're praying to you, as we're listening to your voice, that we might receive faith. Faith comes from hearing your voice. Lord Jesus, I believe you'll give us faith. So we pray for every individual, anyone that's in a spiritual 13:43 battle, somebody who's been addicted to bad habits or sin is a foothold in their lives in some way, young or old, whoever it might be. Lord, I pray you'll break those chains completely and set them free. Lord, you came to set us free, to 13:56 break every single chain that not one of us will walk out from this room still bound by anything. You are a miracle working God, Lord, and you will do that. We believe it. So, we bind you, your work, Satan, in the name of Jesus, and 14:08 resist you by the authority that Christ has given to his church to bind your work. You're a defeated enemy. You were defeated on the cross. And that's a permanent defeat. And we know your future in the lake of fire. We want we 14:20 will have nothing to do with that. and you we we resist you and any any effort you have, any work, any thing you're trying to do to hinder God's purpose in any life, we bind it in the name of Jesus. Thank you, Lord. I pray for every 14:34 marriage here that you will knit our hearts together as husbands and wives more deeply, more intimately in true heavenly love. That our homes will be and marriages will be a foretaste of heaven. We're not we're not satisfied by 14:45 any earthly standard of marriage or any length of time, Lord. We want eternity in our marriages. We want eternity in our homes. Your eternal life in us. Pray for every child, every young person. Lord, we've been praying from the very 14:59 beginning that you that not one of these young people, not one of these children would be lost because that's your will. It is not your will that even one of these young people would perish. You said it, Lord. And so we pray in 15:10 accordance with that will that you will save our children. Save our young people. Whatever they might be going through, Lord, that you'll give them hope. Lord, in the midst of a a a world that's full of hopelessness, young 15:20 people who are losing hope and giving up on life, Lord Jesus, will you breathe life into our young people? Breathe hope into their life, into their hearts, Lord. And let that hope overflow into the young people they they interact 15:31 with, the children they meet, their friends in school and other places, Lord. Let the hope be so bright in their eyes and in their voice and in their life, the presence of Christ in them. Lord, would you use our children and our 15:43 young people as change agents for the people they interact with and us as adults as well. Lord, use this church. We believe your presence is here. And we want it to be known, Lord, to the communities around us, to our neighborhoods, to our workplaces, to our 15:57 the schools our children go to, or even online, other activities that they do, games that they play, Lord, that your presence in them will be something that cannot be hid like a lamp set on a city set on a hill, a lamp whose bushel has 16:11 been removed. Do that for us, Lord. We commit our earthly needs to you as well. There are any who are sick. Some who are sick can't be here this morning. And others who deal with constant pain in their bodies. Will you heal them? Lord, 16:23 you're a healing God. We know that anyone who you touched when you were here on this earth was healed immediately. And you are the same yesterday, today, and forever. Jesus Christ is the same. So we put our trust in that same Jesus who now has all 16:37 things put under him, under authority, under his authority. Lay your hands on on those that need healing, Lord, and touch them and heal them completely. Thank you for the jobs you've given us, the means to provide for our families so that we don't have 16:50 to be dependent on anyone else. You own the cattle on a thousand hills. You know, you you know what we need, what the Gentiles, the people of this world seek. You know it, Lord. And so we trust you to provide our needs. Bless the work 17:03 of our hands. May you confirm the work of our hands, Lord. Teach us to number our days. Your coming is soon. The days are short that we have here on this earth. We want to be ready. Preserve us, Lord. Preserve us in a spirit of fire 17:17 and a zeal, Lord, for your house and for your kingdom alone that you might be glorified. We thank you. We give you all the glory and honor praise. Truly, Lord, we believe you have been enthroned [music] in the praises that you will continue to 17:29 be not just by when we sing together, but by every moment of this next [music] week and in the days we have left here on this earth. In Jesus' name, amen. Jesus my [music and singing] savior, thy greatness I see. 17:48 True [music and singing] son of man in a flesh like as me. He can despise [singing] it as [music] not of men. [music] Before we sing this last verse, think of all that we just sang. The life that he lived, scorned, afflicted, [music] made fun of, mocked, homeless. He had far 21:41 less than every one of us has, any one of us. And seeing that he, the king of heaven, chose to leave that throne and to come and live this life that we just sang about. How shall we live? Brothers, sisters, young people, children. How 21:55 shall we live? All else [singing and music] is done when compared unto thee. Honor [music and singing] and greatness mean nothing to me. Humiliation 22:15 but [singing] later [music] a crown. Lord I will follow my [music] life. I lay [singing] down the Lord. I will follow [singing and music] my life. I lay down. 22:35 [music] Blessed [singing] threshing [music] alone. Have a deep eternal pleasure. [music] Christ the [singing] son who loveth well. [music] God here [singing] on earth the treasure 23:31 none but he is Christ [music] deep [singing] [music] pleasure Christ revealed his saint below. >> Did you catch what you just said? That God has a treasure in heaven. That's 23:50 Jesus Christ. But it's more than that. His treasure here on earth is Christ in saints [music] below. So rejoice. You are his treasure. God in tongues of [singing and music] fire descending chosen vessels [singing] 24:07 to fill with [music] the treasure never ending ever unfailing. Peter reminds us to 26:12 not quickly forget our forgiveness from [music] our former sins. That today we are sinners who have been redeemed, ransomed, but not forget that you who you once were. It should never discourage us. It should never bring shame or guilt back into our 26:31 lives when we reflect on who we once were or the pit from which Christ picked us up. But it ought to bring gratitude and [music] gratefulness. It ought to cause us to never lift up our head in pride. Never have any demands or expectations 26:49 or [music] complaints because whatever we're going through today is far better [music] than what we deserve. Think back, brothers, sisters, to that pit that God picked you up from. And he did it. He did it by not something cheap 27:03 like gold or silver. It was the most [music] precious blood of his only son Jesus. Jesus, [music] Lord, [singing] oh help me always to remember. How your [music] miracle delivered 27:22 [singing] me from pain. [music] How your [singing] love has freed my captive heart forever. [music] By your grace, [singing] you've always been my one defender.
