0:08 I praise you [music] for [singing] your faithfulness, oh Lord, for your [singing and music] father's love that never fails. [music] Who am [singing] I? The king of my 0:27 shepher [singing and music] that you should call me friend [music] lower [singing] than the angels for a time to suffer [music and singing] death for 0:46 only you alone. Oh my [singing] one [music] high priest, my only sacriice and my [music and singing] a before the throne. 1:04 Though you [singing] know [music] all my ways, your love [singing] for [music] me endures. When I [singing] think 1:20 on all these days, [music] oh I [singing] love you more and [music] more. Praise you [singing] for your faithfulness, [music] oh Lord, for your [singing] father's 1:40 love [music] that never fails. Who am [singing and music] I? The king of love my shepher is. [music and singing] Who am I that you should call me friend? [music] 1:58 lower [singing] than the angels for a time [music] to suffer [singing] death for only you alone. Oh my [singing] one [music] high priest, my only sacriice 2:17 [music and singing] and my adet before the throne. Though you know [music and singing] all my love for [singing] me [music] 2:35 and yours when I all these things. Oh [music] I love [singing] you more and more. [music] praise you [singing] for your 2:54 faithfulness, oh Lord. [music] >> Let's think about the words we just sang. We sang that that he is our high priest, our sacrifice, and our advocate. Usually in a court of law, those are separate 3:11 things. You have an advocate, you have a judge, and then there's [music] a price that has to be paid for the crime you committed. We just sang and the Lord Jesus is everything. He was our high priest. He's our sacrifice. He's also our 3:27 advocate before the throne. He even paid our penalty. And [music] now he intercedes for us. He before God's throne. While the devil accuses us, he interceds and he speaks for us. [music] He calls us friend. Even though he knows all my 3:45 ways, yet his love for us endures. If there's unconfessed [music] sin this morning, we're missing out on something so precious that our very own advocate, the Lord Jesus intercedes for us. [music] Confess your sin, dear brother, sister, or 3:59 child, this morning that your praise may [music] be meaningful. That your gratitude will be heard. There's a pathway for repentance. There's a beautiful pathway for repentance. That our advocate, that our righteous judge has planned out for 4:13 [music] us by paying the price. We can praise him for his faithfulness. And David majored in in God's faithfulness [music] in in Psalm 37. He said, "I've been old and I've been young." [music] I think it's verse 25, "But I've never seen the righteous lack 4:32 bread or God forsake [music] the righteous." And in in Psalm 40 in verse 10, he says, "I have not hidden your deliverance within my heart. I have spoken [music] aloud of your 4:49 faithfulness and your salvation. I have not concealed your steadfast love and your faithfulness." Let's not conceal it this morning. Let's sing of it. The Lord's faithfulness [music] in our lives of how he he's redeemed us. of how he's 5:04 brought us up from the pit. But even this past week, how the Lord has been faithful. With every promise, with every verse we've memorized, the Lord has been faithful. There's not once that he's failed us. So, let's not [music] be silent. Let's sing of his 5:21 faithfulness this morning. >> [music] >> Lord, [singing] I come before your throne of grace. I find rest in your [music] presence and fullness [singing] 5:39 of joy. [music] >> In worship [singing] and wonder, I behold your face, singing, [music and singing] "What a faithful God I! What a faithful [singing and music] 5:56 God am I. [music] What a faithful [singing] God. [music] What a faithful God am I. Faithful [music and singing] 6:13 in every way. Lord of [singing and music] mercy, you have heard my cry. Through the storm, you're [singing and music] the beacon, my song in the night. 6:32 In the shelter of [music and singing] your wings, hear my heart reply, singing, "What a faithful [music and singing] God have I." What a faithful God am I. What a faithful [music and singing] God. 6:56 What a faithful God [singing and music] am I. Faithful in every way. [singing and music] Lord all [singing] sovereign granting peace from heaven. Let me [music] 7:13 comfort those who suffer with the comfort [singing] you have. [music] I will tell your great love for as [singing] long as I live. [music] Singing, "What a faithful God [singing] 7:32 have I. [music] What a faithful God have I. What a faithful [singing] God. [music] What a faithful God [singing and music] am I. 7:51 Faithful in every way. What a faithful God [singing] am I. [music] What a [singing] faithful God. What a faithful God [music and singing] 8:09 am I. Faithful in every way. [music] David sang of his faithfulness not only when things worked out like when he was able to slay the giant or when he won 8:27 wars but if you go through the book of Psalms there's so many psalms that he wrote when he was in deep distress when he had sinned when he had failed the Lord when he was in trouble when he was fleeing from Saul because he knew God. It was not just it 8:43 was not just oh God [music] did God solved all my problems. He gave me everything I asked for. So he's such a faithful God, but he knew [music] God had promised that he will be with him and God was with him. That he will 8:53 deliver him and God delivered him. God forgave [music] him and showed him the path to repentance being redeemed from his sin. Even the sin being blotted out. That's what we can sing about this morning. That the Lord is near. I want 9:09 to read a few verses from Matthew 13 verse 44. The kingdom of heaven is like a treasure hidden in a field which a man [music] found and covered up and then in his joy he went and sold all that he has and bought that field. 9:27 Verse 45. And again the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant in search of fine pearls who on finding one pearl of great price went and sold all that he had and bought [music] it. I was thinking this morning that we might be like that merchant who we found 9:45 many fine pearls. We're merchants and we have many fine pearls in our hands. But there's only one pearl that matters. The pearl of greatest price. Nothing else matters. Not our reputation before people, not the honor that we 9:59 get, not not our families, not the joys of this earth, but Jesus and Jesus alone. And if it's been that way for us until now, we can sing these next few songs in in faith. Say, Lord, it's been this way. It's been the blessing, Lord. 10:15 But we want it [music] to be you. It's been your gifts that I've looked for. It's been your you working impossible things in my [music] life, but now I just want you, Lord, all in all forever. Jesus. Jesus only. Let's make that our prayer [music] as we 10:33 sing these next songs. You might have many other fine pearls, but let's look for that pearl of greatest price and say, Lord, [music] we leave everything aside, Lord, for you. >> Once [music] it was [singing] a 10:51 blessing, now it [music] is the Lord. Once it was [singing and music] the feeling, now it [singing] is his word. [music] 11:07 Once a [singing] gift I wanted, now [music] the giver all. Once [singing] I sought for healing, [music] now himself [singing] alone. 11:24 All it all forever. [music and singing] Jesus will I sing. Everything [music and singing] in Jesus and Jesus everything [music] 11:41 once was faithful trying. [singing] [music] out his perfect trust. Once [singing] a half salvation, now the [music and singing] uttermost. Once was ceaseless, 12:03 now he holds me fast. [music] [singing] Once was constant drifting, [music] now [singing] my anchor cast [music] all it all forever. [singing] Jesus will I sing. [music] 12:24 Everything [singing] in Jesus and Jesus [music] everything. [music] Once [singing] was busy planning, now distrustful [music and singing] prayer. 12:42 Once was anious caring, [singing] now [music] he has the care. Once [singing] was what I wanted. [music] Now what Jesus says once was [singing] cons 13:02 [music] now to Jesus [singing] praise. All it all forever. [music and singing] Jesus will I sing [music] everything in Jesus. Jesus [singing and music] 13:20 everything. Once [singing and music] it was my work, his [singing] hand shall be. Once I tried to [singing and music] use 13:36 him, now he uses me. Once the [music and singing] power I wanted, now the mighty [music] one. Once [singing] for self I [music] now for [singing] him alone. 13:58 All it [music] all forever Jesus will [music and singing] I sing. Everything in [music] Jesus. [singing] Jesus. Everything. Once I hoped in Jesus. [music] 14:20 Now I [singing] know he's mine. Once my lamps [music] were dying. Now [singing] they brightly shine. Once for death [music] I waited. [singing] 14:37 Now is coming [music] hell. And my [singing] hopes are [music] anor all [music and singing] in all forever. 14:53 Jesus will [singing] I sing everything [music] in Jesus. Jesus everything. All it [music and singing] all forever. 15:09 Jesus will I sing. Everything [music and singing] in Jesus and Jesus [music] everything. All I want held dear. 15:30 [singing and music] Build my life upon [music] all is worldly ree [singing] and wars to own. [music] All I [singing] once thought came 15:48 [music] I have counted [singing] lost sent [music] and worthless now compared to this [music] knowing [singing] you [music] Jesus 16:07 knowing you there is no [music and singing] gater >> [music] >> You're my [singing] all. You're the best. You're my joy, my [music and singing] righteousness. 16:23 And I love you, Lord. [music] >> Now my heart's [singing] desire is to know [music] you more, to be [singing] found in you. and known [music and singing] 16:42 as yours to possess my faith. >> [singing] >> But I could [music] not all surpassing [singing] all of rightuous. [music] Knowing [singing] you, 17:04 Jesus. [music] Knowing [singing] you, there is no greater thing. You're [singing and music] my all. You're the best. You're my joy, my righteousness, 17:22 and I love you, Lord. [music and singing] Oh, to [music] know [singing] the power of your risen life and to know [music] you [singing] 17:38 in your sufferings. [music] to [singing] become like you in your death, [music] my Lord. So with you to [singing] live and never [music] 17:57 die. Knowing you, [music] Jesus, [singing] knowing you, there is no [singing and music] greater thing. You're [singing and music] my all. 18:14 You're the best. You're my joy, my righteousness. You're my [singing and music] all. You're the best. You're my joy, my righteousness. And I [music and singing] love you, Lord. And I [singing] love you, Lord. 18:38 [music] mind our days [singing] at God's [music] number. I will stand to [music and singing] walk with him. I won't look for [singing] treasures 18:57 or forsake [music] the King of Kings. For [singing] mine is open, my redeemer. If I fall, [music and singing] his love is sure. For Christ has paid for [singing] 19:15 every failing. I am [music] his forever [singing] more. [music] My are tears in [singing] times of sorrow. [music] 19:30 Darkness not yet unerstood [singing] through the valley. [music] I must travel where I see [singing and music] no earthly 19:45 but mine is peace that flows from heaven and the [music] strength in times of need. I know my pain [music and singing] will not be wasted. Christ 20:03 is working [music] in me. find our days here [singing] as a stranger [music] pil [singing] one with [music] Christ I will encounter 20:22 [singing] harm and hatred [music] for his name but his armor [singing] for this battle [music] strong enough to last the war And he has said [music] he 20:39 [singing] will deliver safely to the golden [music and singing] shore. And mine our keys to Zion [music] city where beside [singing] the king [music] I for there my 20:57 [singing] heart has found it treure. [music] Christ is mine forever. >> [music] >> Come rejoice now my [music and singing] soul 21:13 for his love is my reward. Fear [singing and music] is gone and hope is sure. Christ [music and singing] is mine forever. Rejoice now, oh my [music and singing] soul, 21:32 for his love is my reward. [music and singing] Fear is God and hope is [music] sure. Christ is mine forever more. [music] And mine are keys [singing] to Zion 21:51 city. [music] There beside the king I walk for there my heart [music and singing] has found his treure. Christ is mine forever [music] more. >> Christ is [singing] mine 22:11 forever. [music] Sang a few lines we we sang in that song knowing you Jesus that you're the best. There's other good things, Lord. There's things that you've given me. There's your blessing. There's your healing. There's ministry. There's [music] 22:29 fellowship. There's church. There's family. But you're the best. And one day we'll walk beside the king in Zion [music] City. But we have that privilege today. We can say, Lord, we we give it all up, Lord. We found the pearl of great price. 22:46 My heart has found its treasure. And so we want you. And Paul said in [music] Philippians 3:8, he said, "Indeed, I count everything as loss. The good things, [music] the bad things, everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ 23:04 Jesus, [music] my Lord. And for his sake, I have suffered the loss of all things and count them all as rubbish [music] in order that I might gain Christ." We have that opportunity this morning. And it's a hard song to sing 23:18 Sunday morning. All to Jesus I surrender. But Jesus said, "Take up your cross daily." The first line of this hymn, we say, the first verse, I will ever love and trust him and in his presence daily live. Romans 12:1, Paul said, "Give [music] up your bodies 23:36 as a living sacrifice every day." So we can pray this prayer today and say, "Lord, this is our prayer and all to you and everything, Lord. [music] The good things, the bad things will count as rubbish this morning. All to gain you, 23:51 to gain Jesus, everything in Jesus and Jesus everything. Let's sing this next song. It's a prayer for today, [music] a prayer for this coming week. Singing, Lord, truly every single day we want to take up our cross. Surrender all things, 24:05 Lord. Count all things as loss and compare it with the surpassing worth of knowing you and gaining you. Let's sing. Oh, [music] to Jesus [singing] I surrender. 24:23 All [singing] to him I [music] freely give. I [singing] will [music] ever go and trust him in [music] his presence [singing] till he live. [music] 24:42 [singing] I surrender all. [music] I [singing] surrender all. All [music] to [singing] thee, my blessed Savior. 25:02 I surrender [music] [singing] all to Jesus. [music] I [singing] surrender humbly at [music] it. I [singing] bow. 25:21 Worldly [music] pleasures all [singing] forsen. Take me [music] Jesus. Take me now. I [singing] surrender [music] all. I [singing] 25:41 surrender [music] all all [singing] to thee my [music] blessed savior I [singing] surrender all [music] [singing] 26:00 to Jesus [music] I surrender baby savior [singing and music] holy Fill [music] me with [singing] thy holy spirit. [music] Truly [singing] 26:19 know that thou art mine. I [music and singing] surrender all. I [singing] surrender [music] all. All [music and singing] to thee my 26:40 blessed savior. [music] I surrender all. All [singing and music] to Jesus I surrender. Lord [singing] I give myself [music] 26:59 to thee. Fill [singing] me with thy love and power. Let [music] my blessing [singing] fall on me. I surrender 27:16 [music and singing] all. I surrender [music] all. >> [singing] >> All to thee, [music] my blessed savior, I surrender [music] 27:35 all. Amen. Please be seated. [music]
