0:07 And let's all pray. Father, even as we come this morning, Lord, to sing your praise, I pray that you'll bring to mind, Lord, everything that you've done for us, Lord. Lord, the times during this week, you showed us who you are, that you comforted us, 0:22 Lord, with your love. Lord, at times when we were tempted, Lord, by your spirit, you preserved us, Lord Jesus. Thank you, Lord, that you sustain us. What do we have, Lord, that you haven't given us? We have nothing to boast this morning. 0:37 Lord, we have not one plea except that your blood was shed for us, Lord Jesus. Thank you that you've brought us thus far. Thank you, Lord, that we can even sing your praises, Lord. Thank you that our eyes have been open to see you. And 0:51 I pray Lord even as we sing this first song that it'll be a prayer Lord that our eyes will be open to see you even clearer clearer this morning Lord that our walk with you will be a little closer Lord Jesus we believe this is 1:03 possible we come in faith Lord even as we praise you Lord Jesus even as we lift your name on high even as we bow our knees Lord and we confess with our tongues that you are Lord I pray Lord that we will know you a little bit more 1:16 intimately Lord after today this is our prayer in Jesus Sing. >> Open the eyes [singing] of my heart, Lord. 1:34 Open the eyes of my [singing] heart. I want to see you. [music] >> I want [singing] to see you. >> [music] >> Open the eyes of my heart, [singing] Lord. 1:54 Open the eyes of my heart. [music] I want to see [singing] you. I want to see [singing] you. [music] See you. High, lifted [music] up, 2:13 shining [singing] in the light of your glory. Pour out your power [singing and music] and love as we sing. Holy, holy, holy, [music] holy, holy, [singing] holy, 2:32 holy, holy, holy, holy, [singing] holy, holy. [music] I want to see you. to see you high [singing] lifted [music] up. 2:51 Shining in the light [singing and music] of your glory. Pour out your power [singing] and love as we [music] sing holy, holy, holy [singing] to see you high lifted [singing] up 3:10 shining [music] in the light of your glory. [singing] Pour out [music] your power and love as we [singing] sing holy, holy, holy. [music] >> I want to see you. [singing] >> I just wanted to read [music] the read 3:30 the passage from which these words that we're just singing were were taken from in Ephesians 1 and it starts from verse 16. This is Paul's prayer for the Ephesians. Now remember the Ephesians were already believers. their eyes had 3:42 already been open. But Paul [music] prays, "I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers, that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, [music] may give you the spirit of wisdom and of 3:56 revelation in the knowledge [music] of him, having the eyes of your hearts opened, enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious [music] inheritance in the saints, and 4:08 what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward you who believe, according to the working of his great might that he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at the right hand [music] in the 4:19 heavenly places far above all rule and authority and power and dominion and above every name that is named not only in this age but also in [music] the one to come. So singing this song is a prayer. Maybe your prayer is [music] 4:33 Lord I've been discouraged this morning. Maybe your eyes need to be open but to verse 18 to know what is the hope to which he has called you. [music] What are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints? Or maybe to 4:44 verse 19 if you've been beat down by sin this past [music] week in discouragement to know what is the immeasurable greatness of his power. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead. Or maybe [music] your eyes just need to be 4:56 open to see that that Jesus is far above all rule and authority and power [music] and dominion and above every other name that is named not only in this age but the age that is to come. So let's make it [music] a prayer. Let's sing this 5:10 chorus one more time and make this our prayer. Whatever your eyes [music] need to be open to, whatever your eyes need to be enlightened to this morning to see Jesus seated on his throne. [music] Open the [singing] eyes of my heart, 5:25 Lord. Open [singing] the eyes of my heart. I want to see [singing and music] you. >> I want to see [singing and music] you. Open [music] the [singing] eyes of my 5:43 heart, Lord. Open the [singing] eyes of my heart. I want to [music] see you. I want to see [singing and music] you. 5:59 See you high and lifted up. [music] Shining [singing] in the light of your glory. Pour [singing] out your power and love 6:13 as [music] we sing. Holy, holy, holy, holy, [singing] holy, holy, [music] holy, [singing] holy, holy, [music] holy, [singing] holy, holy. I [music] 6:32 want to see you. >> Hallelujah. [singing] [music and singing] 6:58 for the [singing] Lord God Almighty. [music] >> Hallelu [singing and music] Hallelu [music] 7:16 [singing] for our [music] Lord God Almighty. [music] >> [singing] >> Hallelujah. [singing] Holy, [music] holy 7:37 [music] are [singing] you Lord God Almighty. [music] Worthy is [singing] the lamb. Worthy is the lamb. [music] You are holy. Holy 7:56 [music] are you, Lord God [singing] Almighty. Worthy is [singing] the lamb. [music] Worthy is the lamb. Amen. [singing] [music] [singing] 8:21 [music] Hallelujah. [singing and music] For the Lord God Almighty [singing and music] reigns. [music] [singing] [music] 8:43 >> Hallelu [singing] for our Lord [singing and music] God Almighty reigns. >> [music] >> Hallelujah. [singing] Holy, [music] holy [singing] 9:06 [music] are you, Lord God Almighty. [singing] Worthy is the lamb. [music] Worthy is the lamb. You are [singing] holy. Holy 9:25 [music and singing] are you, Lord God Almighty. Worthy [music and singing] is the lamb. Worthy is the lamb. [singing and music] You are holy, holy [singing] [music] 9:45 are you, Lord God Almighty. [singing and music] Worthy is the lamb. [singing] [music] Worthy is the lamb. Amen. [singing and music] Just a [music] closer walk [singing] 10:14 with me. Granted, [singing] Jesus [music] is this my plea. >> Daily [singing] walking [music] close to thee. 10:32 Let [singing] it be, dear Lord. Let it [music] be. I [singing] am weak, [music] but thou are strong. Jesus, [singing] 10:49 keep [music] me from all wrong. I'll [singing] be sisfied as long [singing] as I walk. Let [music] me walk close to you. Just [singing] 11:10 a closer [music] walk in him. Granted [singing] Jesus is my [music] plea. >> Daily [singing] walking [music] close to me. 11:28 Let it be, dear [singing and music] Lord. Happy through [singing] this world of toils and snares. [music] If [singing] 11:44 I falter, Lord, you care. [music] >> You with [singing] me, my burden share. [music] >> So I'll walk, [singing] dear Lord, close to you. >> [music] 12:04 >> Just [singing] a closer walk with [music] the >> preious [singing] Jesus [music] is my plea. >> Daily walking close [singing and music] to you. 12:24 Let it be, dear Lord. [singing] Let it be. [music] When [singing] my feeble life is [music] over, time for [singing] me will be no more. 12:43 [music] Guide me gently, [singing] safely on [music] to thy [singing] kingom shore, to thy shore. [music] Just [singing] a closer walk 13:02 with me. >> Precious [singing] [music] Jesus is my plea. [music] >> Daily [singing] walking close to thee. [music] 13:19 Let [singing] it be dear Lord. Let [music] it be >> daily [singing] walking close to me. Let [singing] it be. Dear Lord, let it 13:38 be. >> Let's make that our prayer brothers and [music] sisters that not not just now but even through the week that in a nutshell if our prayers can be boiled down to this. We might have many requests. We might bring a lot of things 13:52 before the Lord, but can our prayers be boiled down to this in a nutshell? That we just want to have a closer walk with Jesus every day of our lives. And as the days go by, a closer walk that fewer things will be between us [music] and 14:05 our savior. That there won't be anything hindering us. No worldly pleasures, [music] no lesser loves, just one love, just one passion. Make that, make that your prayer, brothers and sisters. I want to make it mine. Not just now, but through 14:18 the week. Even us ch even the children in our midst. We [music] can make this our prayer. Nothing between the soul, my soul and the savior. None nothing that this world has, none of its delusive dreams, no sinful pleasure, nothing else 14:34 between the soul and the savior. Let's sing. >> Nothing [music and singing] between my soul and the [music] savior. God [singing] of this world delusive [music] dreams 14:53 I [singing] have reounced all sinful pleasure [singing and music] Jesus is mine there's [singing] nothing [music] between nothing [singing] between my [music] soul and the savior 15:13 [singing] so that his Blessed [music] face may be seen. Nothing [singing] preventing [music] the least of his favor. [singing] Keep the way clear. Let nothing [music] 15:32 between. [singing] Nothing between like worldly [music] pleasure. Habits [singing] of life, though harmless [music] they seem, must [singing] not my heart from [music] 15:51 him ever sever. He [singing] is my all. There's nothing between, [music] nothing [singing] between my soul [music] and the Savior. 16:09 Oh [singing] that his blessed [music] face may be seen. Nothing preventing the least [singing and music] of his favor. Keep the way clear. Let [singing] nothing between. [music] Nothing [singing] 16:30 between like pride or station. [music and singing] Self life or friends shall not [singing] intervene. [music] Though it may [singing] cause much triulation 16:48 I [singing] am resolve there's [music] nothing between [music] nothing between my [singing] soul and the savior. So that his [music] blessed 17:05 face may be seen. [music] Nothing preventing the least [singing] of his favor. Keep the way clear. Let [music] nothing between. Nothing [singing] 17:24 [music] between. in many hard trials. Oh, the whole [singing] world [music] against me. Godly. Watching [singing and music] with prayer and much selfdenial. 17:42 I'll try the last [singing] with [music] nothing between nothing [singing] between my soul [music] and the savior. Oh that his blessed [singing and music] 17:59 face may be seen. Nothing preventing [music] the least of his favor. Keep [singing] the way clear. Let nothing be [music] that line we sing. Keep the way 18:17 clear. It seems like it's a command [music] to somebody else but it is to us. We're the ones that need to keep the way clean. So as we sing that, you know, we we sang another line saying, "I have resolved." I'm reminded of Daniel who 18:30 resolved, who determined [music] in his mind to not defile himself with the king's food. And we can make a decision this morning. We need the spirit's [music] power to follow through on it. But brothers and sisters, in faith, we 18:42 can make [music] a resolve this morning that we will keep the way clear. Let's sing the chorus again. Nothing [singing and music] between my soul and the Savior so that [singing and music] his blessed face may be seen. [music] 19:00 Nothing [singing] prevents the least [music] of his favor. Keep the [singing] way clear, let nothing [music] be. Keep [singing] the way clear. Let nothing [music] beat. >> Oh, to be safe [music] 19:29 for [singing] myself, dear Lord. Oh, [singing] to be lost [music] in thee. Oh, that [singing] it may be no right, 19:47 but Christ that lives in [music] me. >> Not [singing] I, but Christ [music] be honored, loved, exalted. Not [singing] I but Christ [music] 20:06 be sing only be heard. [music] Not I [singing] but Christ in every look and action. [music] Not I [singing] but Christ 20:22 in every thought and [music] word. Not [singing] I but Christ in lonely [music] silent labor. [singing] Not I but Christ in humble [music] 20:39 earnest. Christ [singing] only Christ will show no [music] ostentation. Christ, [singing] none, but Christ, the gather of [music] the storm. 20:58 Not [singing] I, but Christ, my every [music] need supply of, not [singing] I, but Christ, my strength and [music] health to be. Christ [singing] only cries 21:17 for spirit, [music] soul and body. Christ [singing] only Christ [music] live thy life [singing] in me. Christ only [singing and music] Christ 21:33 long will fill my vision. [singing and music] Glory excelling soon [singing] I'll see [music] Christ [singing] only Christ my every wish fulfilling [singing] 21:53 [music] Christ only Christ my all [singing] in [music] all to be [music] Jesus [singing] Jesus. [music] All for Jesus. 22:14 [singing] [music] All I am and have and ever [singing and music] hope to be. Jesus. [singing and music] All for Jesus. 22:40 [singing and music] All I ever am [music] and never hopes to be. >> [singing] >> All of my 22:58 ambitions, [music] hopes and plans, [music] I [singing] surrender these into [singing and music] your hands. All [singing] of my 23:21 [music] ambitions, hopes, and [singing] plans I surrender [music] these into [singing] your hands. [music] For [singing] it's all [music] 23:42 the end. your will [singing] that I am free. [music] For [singing] it's only in your will [singing] that I 24:00 am [music] free. Jesus. [singing] [music] All for Jesus. >> [singing] >> All I [music] have and have 24:18 and never [singing] ought to [music] be. [music] Jesus. [singing] All for [singing] Jesus. [music] 24:35 All I am and have [music] and [singing] never hold to me. For [singing] it is only [music] in 24:51 your will that I am free. [music] For [singing] it's only in [music] your will that I [music] [singing] am free. 25:10 Jesus [music] all [singing] for Jesus. All I [singing and music] am and have and [singing] ever hope to [music] be. 25:29 I think there's a sweet song arising from us this this morning. And you know, it's easier for us older people to sing All of My Ambitions, hopes, and plans. We're so far ahead already, but I see teenagers and even children singing that 25:41 song. I believe that's a sweet sound in in the father's ears this morning. And let's sing All of My Ambitions and the chorus again. And let's all sing that in faith. Lord, all of my ambitions, even you children, you have your whole life 25:54 ahead of you. But if you can surrender all of that to Jesus, all of your plans, all of the dreams that you have for this [music] life, Jesus will draw close to you. Even as we sang earlier, he is the best thing that that anybody can have in this world. A 26:11 walk with him is the best kind of life. [music] Let's surrender all of our ambitions, hopes, and plans. All of my [singing] [music] ambitions, hopes, and plans I [singing] sder [music] 26:29 these into your hands. [music] All [singing and music] of my ambitions hold [singing and music] in place. 26:48 I surrender [singing and music] these into your hands. [music] For it's only in 27:03 your will that I am [singing] free. For [music] it's only you, your will and I [music] am free. [singing] Jesus, 27:22 [music] all for [singing] Jesus, [music] all [singing] I am and have [music] and ever [singing] ought to be. Amen. [music] Please be seated.
